Zanjutsu Classes
This is the fighting style for the zanpaku-to: in other words, sword fighting. Its shameful for a shinigami not to master at least this technique.
This class is taught by the 13th Division Captain.
Side Note
What is Zankensoki?
-It's the general term for shinigami fighting techniques.

Minami Takashi  "Scars on the back..." Sliding the door to his classroom open, Takashi steps in, sliding the door closed behind him. He walks over to one of the racks with one of the many wooden zanpakuto replica. Awaiting for the classroom teacher to show, he begin doing horizantal slashes, taking a single step forward, then raising the wooden zanpakuto back over his head, stepping backwards. He did this over and over. Not really to practice his form but to warm up and kill time. He wasn't sure what the lesson was today but he didn't want to still seem sleepy.".....are for Cowards!"

If Takashi could detect reiatsu whatsoever, he'd noticed a source coming from the corner of the building. Another shinigami could be spotted sitting in the corner, his knees to his head with his arms wrapped around his legs. Without any further information on the guy, it'd be easy to assume he was depressed, or at least something similar. No reaction came from him as Takashi entered; it was as if he didn't even notice him, or perhaps he was just waiting.

Minami Takashi "Scars on the back..." Takashi looked up to the corner of the room, and noticed a male sitting there. He'd gone unnoticed by Takashi due to the fact that Takashi had one thing in mind. Picking up a sword and having some fun with it. He let his arms drop to his side, and held the wooden zanpakuto in his left hand. The male in the corner looked down, well as far as body language and posture would show.
"Yo, you alright?" Takashi asked. Not really sure what else to say. He didn't know the guy and wasn't sure if the guy knew him. He could be one of those silent but deadly types.".....are for Cowards!" _______OOC_______

Tensei spoke quietly, but firmly, although without much passion; just enough to be audible and somewhat get under the skin of those with a weak will. Just as he began his statement, he lifted his head up from his knees. "Not to sound narcissistic...but you should worry more about yourself than me." Although impossible to notice by anyone lower than Lieutenant-level, there were at least four people masking themselves in the room, trying their best to make it difficult to find them. They were of no threat to anyone; they simply were there to watch over Tensei on a regular basis. Every few hours, those watching over him would switch in and out.
Tensei didn't mean to scare Takashi if he did, it was just the truth. He stood up slowly and sauntered over to the kid, holding a wooden blade in his left hand. In his spare time, Tensei was often determined to keep his left and right hand at equal strength and usefulness. It was his role as a true close-range artist.

Minami Takashi "Scars on the back..." Takashi left eye brow rose as he tilted his head to the right. He couldn't think of a reason why he neeed to be worried for himself. He pundered for a moment and shrugged it off. Til he saw the male rise from his seet holding a wooden zanpkuto in his hand. Takashin's demeanor changed from a concerned one to a more serious one. He wasn't sure what this guy was on but he wanted to fight, he was more than happy to oblige.
"You trying to say, you wanna go at it?" Takashi said, his voice full of confidence. He was no where near scared, never been in his life. He delt with criminals all his life in the Rukongai, so this was nothing. He raised his wooden Zanpakuto with his left hand so that the tip pointed at Tensei. "I wouldn't mind a quick fight." To be honest, Tensei was simply just gonna practice his swordsmanship, since that's what this building was for, but as soon as this guy mentioned a fight, Tensei was obligated to comply. He looked up at the kid and stared directly at him. A slight grin could be seen as Tensei's entire demeanor changed drastically. He'd speak with excitement this time. "Heh, just feel lucky we're only using these wooden pieces of s**t!!"
Tensei leaped forward with great speed and attempted a meager slash with the wooden blade in his left hand, nothing too serious, just aiming for Takashi's right rib cage. Tensei was a typical Eleventh Division Shinigami, already being an unseated member without attending a single academy class. So, while he lacked kidou and wasn't the brightest, he was on another level in terms of actual fighting, at least compared to most academy students and a lot of lower seats. Perhaps this Takashi character would test that though.

Minami Takashi "Scars on the back..." Takashi smirked. "The smae goes to you." Takshi parried the slash with that of his own, stepping forward to kill the inertia given by the male's lunge. Holding his wooden zanpakuto, he smirked at Tensei. "Not bad your prety strong." He said noting that he couldn't push Tensei back but wasn't budging himself. He stepped to the right so that he was at the side of Tensei.

Tensei wouldn't be surprised that Takashi was able to block his attack. Despite not putting his all into it, Tensei could already tell that their literal strength was fairly similar, and it seemed their speed was similar as well. But after this kid didn't so much as budge after being hit with Tensei's blade, he became frozen. When Takashi attacked, it was as if Tensei was paralyzed. The strike would land, but did very little to Tensei as he just stood there, looking at Takashi in what seemed like awe.
It's been a little while since someone could match Tensei's strength and speed, and to see it from an academy student was just unbearable. After a few seconds of just standing there, that same grin as before arose on his face once more and he'd speak. "It's difficult for anyone to put all of their strength into a weapon. So if that weapon lacks cutting ability or blunt force, it's useless. You're better off using your fists." It seemed he was becoming more arrogant as the battle progressed, but it was true; Takashi may have equally met his strength and speed, but it'd be very surprising if he sustained that equality in defense and endurance, which was shown when Takashi's attacked seemed to do nothing.
If his wooden blade happened to be close to Tensei still, he'd grab a hold of it with his right hand and lunge forward with his arm and attempt to pierce through the kid's arm, the arm holding the blade; if Takashi had backed away before Tensei could grab his blade, the lunge would still be attempted. As stated earlier, it was only a wooden blade, so it lacked any real cutting ability. But if Takashi lacked strength in his body (defense), a combination of that and Tensei's strength would prove that a wooden blade could cut into something. If successful, unlike a normal blade, it wouldn't go very deep, although it'd definitely pierce the skin.

Minami Takashi "Scars on the back..." Takashi frowned as Tensei merely stood there taking the blunt of his attack. What the hell was up with this guy. Was he even a student. Takashi would notice the weird smile on Tensei's face too late. The male would grab hold of Takashi's blade before lunging forward. Takashi quickly moved using Tensei's strength against him. Jumping up and letting go of his own weapon. He did agree with Tensei, these wooden zanpakuto's weren't good for much especially against some one who didn't flinch from Takashi's attack.
Leapt onto the wooden blade, held by Tensei. His weight pushing the blade down slightly, as he back flipped off, extending his foot out enough to reach Tensei's chin. If he hit or not he would land near the wooden zanpakuto rack. "You right, maybe I should put my fist into this little spar." He said with a grin. Tensei dropped both of the wooden swords after Takashi made his attempt at an attack. The kick would land, grazing his chin and forcing his head to turn, although the rest of his body stood still. A counterattack would likely be accepted, but Tensei just stood there. He looked back at Takashi with another grin, cracking his neck twice, once to the left, once to the right. "That was a nice kick. Almost thought I should defend against it." If Takashi looked, there was a small red mark on his chin, nothing serious. As for injuries, there were none.
Without warning Tensei ran forward towards Takashi. As he got within five feet of him, he'd spin on his left foot, still moving forward with the help of momentum. He faked a kick but then jumped upwards. While in the air, he'd spin once more and attempt to kick Takashi in the stomach.

Minami Takashi "Scars on the back..." Things were starting to heat up and Takashi was getting into this. Tensei wasn't not push over, he took the hit head on, that was some body he had. Takashi had foughten bigger guys then him, and the never took at hit from him like that. "Your not too bad, yourself." Takashi said taking his blade into both hands. "Now don't get too comfortable, my next hit won't be so light." Takashi said with a smirk.
That smirk ofcoarse soon faded, as Tensei would rush at him. Weaponless at that. Reading his movement he moved to block the first kick but it turned out to be a feint. Tensei took the air. Takashi quickly, stepped back, and slashed horizontally. His wooden zanpakuto would make contact with Tensei's foot. His previous spin giving Takashi the time he needed to parry his kick. Though it would seem the wooden sword was indeed useless to him, as it would break from the force of Tensei's kick. Hitting Takashi in his stomach, though the kick was cushioned greatly.Takashi cringed, and would grab onto Tensei's ankle and toss him over to the wall near the entrance.".....are for Cowards!" _______OOC_______

Tensei could tell Takashi was quite surprised about what Tensei had previously done. It seemed as if Tensei could get hit by a semi and still stand with ease, which may have been true, but where's a semi when you need one? They'd clearly have to go to the Human Realm to find one of those. Perhaps the two could test out a little theory when they got the chance, although to most academy students, that would be a suicide mission. To Tensei though, it was a proving of his strength, which he had great pride in.
As Takashi was kicked, he'd be lucky the force was lowered by the impact of the wooden blade, or else he would have likely been sent flying through a wall. Tensei grinned as the kid seemed to grab his ankle and throw him near the entrance. Something as meaningless as a throw would have done little. For a few seconds, it seemed like Tensei was spinning out of control, but in the last few seconds before impact, he'd regain control of himself and extend his legs. His feet would make contact with the wall and he bent his knees. With great force and speed, Tensei pushed off the wall, extending his legs once more.
Without saying a word, Tensei began flying through the air, right back at Takashi. It'd be no surprise if Takashi didn't see this coming, as he could have been easily distracted by the pain in his stomach from Tensei's previous attack. If he was looking, however, he'd see a fist coming straight for his head as Tensei aimed to punch the kid in the forehead with his right fist. He was prepared for a counter; if Takashi ducked down or moved to the left of Tensei, he'd meet his left arm and receive a clothesline. Tensei was also prepared to defend or counterattack if necessary, although it wasn't evident as it appeared Tensei was focused solely on knocking this guy's head off.

Btw, when your counting sentences, I don't think Quotes count. Also, if it's not a quality sentence, I Wouldn't count it either, although a compilation of a few short ones could count as a single sentence.
i.e. "Takashi smirked" and "Was he even a student" and "Takashi said with a smirk." wouldn't be considered quality sentences, but you could count the total of them as one. Meaning you'd just take two sentences away from whatever you have now. Please keep these in mind. ^_^

Takashi held his stomach cringing in pain. Looking over to Tensei after he tossed him, he saw the male jump off the wall, and used it to charge at Takashi. He He cringed in pain just as Tensei would straight his arm out to clothesline him. He quickly ducked and rolled forward to doge the attempt. Turn to face Tensei's back, he would run then drop kick at his back. Attempting to use the force of the male's own lunge against him. So that the added force from his kick would send Tensei to the ground.
Missed or not, Takashi would hit the ground holding his stomach. Quickly rolling onto it to push himself up. He took a deep breath and exhaled heavily. Ignoring the pain in his stomach. He stood straight and readied himself for Tensei's next attack. Though he didn't know what it may be, he raised his fist. Tensei was somewhat, at the very least, surprised that Takashi was able to avoid his attack, since it came at him in such a high speed. But as Takashi prepared for a counterattack, Tensei glanced back and grinned. He was completely prepared for this. He'd swing his arms to create enough momentum to spin himself around, just before Takashi's attack would have landed. If Takashi could see his opponent in his position, he'd notice that two hands would be clenched around his feet. This would stop the kick, but the two were still moving towards another wall at high speeds.
While still in midair, Tensei somewhat lifted Takashi up and wrapped his arms around his legs. He wasn't going anywhere now. The two were flying towards the wall behind Tensei, and in only a matter of seconds, they'd slam into it, likely going straight through the wall. The damage caused would be significant, although Tensei would likely receive more damage them Takashi, or at least had the potential to. Seeing as Tensei's defense was quite strong, his body was very durable compared to a lot. While Tensei received more of a hit from the wall, the two shinigami would likely receive equal damage.
So, unless Takashi did something, they'd both end up flying through the wall, likely ending up on the ground. Although, even if Takashi did something, Tensei was gonna still go through it. As he pierced the wall, a huge hole would be created, being about three meters in diameter, although it wasn't quite a circle. Smoke and dust would form in the air and debris would be sent flying in all directions. Tensei himself would land on the ground about twenty feet away from the building, just lying on the ground, blood coming from his forehead. He'd have no idea what happened to Takashi as he just lied there, staring at the sky.
