Daisy walked into class and took the seat by the window. She liked being near a breeze. It kept her thinking she was still outside in the warm sun instead of a stuffy old classroom. She flipped open a notebook and started to do the assignment on the board. Attempted it anyway, she was never good at math.
She let out a fustrated sigh not even being able to get past the first problem and turned to a clean sheet of paper. She started to write.
She was able to write anything, she could create a whole other world...but math? forget it.
She zoned off into her story absent mindedly twirling her hair, like she always did when she was thinking. Most of the time she didnt even realize she was doing it.
