My favourites are
Song of Storms Ocarina of Time. I even tried learning how to play it on various instruments and am buying myself an ocarina in order to learn how to play it. I tried to make myself one, but it doesn't really work >.>
Legend of Zelda Theme performed by system of a down, though I like the orgional version too. warning, has flashes in it, so I probably wouldn't watch the video if your epileptic D:
Uhm...pretty much all of them I suppose. I really like playing the games because of the music and how stupid link can be sometimes XD and the game play of course O.O
