that i have returned, i have learned to work together with people rather then want to do things the hard way...i also have learned to let people know if i need some time away or if i am going to be late with something, i apologize for my rage back then. I am willing to start over again with a clean slate. I will also say i wish to work from the bottom rung of the ladder and earn my ranks as i did in another guild, it helps me to learn my place and to abide by the set rules.

I will leave this here as a reminder. People like her kill guilds. They come in and want to take all the power they can have, but don't want to put anything back into the guild. She was an example of this. She wanted to have moderation and kage power, but was not willing to help us out in return. If I am too "strict" with this policy then I would consider quieting rp altogether. People don't want to see or rp with people like that.
