Wears a black Spiritual Power suppression hat that he designed, has a sort of cloth over his mouth that can change his voice, this cloth is black and has the symbol of the Geist Trio, which happens to be the Hornet Crest made by Leere's and Suì-Fēng's shikai. Wears gloves that don't cover the back of the hand, just fingers and palm, these gloves are weighted to about one hundred pounds each and are also power sealers that seal off half of Leere's actual power, wears a silver ring under the right glove He wears a long sleeve Second Division Haori, the inside color is obviously an Amber color, and under those sleeves on the wrist are weights, Leere often changes the weight of the weights but the wrist weights usually carry three hundred to five hundred pounds of weight each but can increase if Leere feels he's moving to easily. He has large armor boots that go up to he's knees, these are similar to Anti-Herrio armor, however they way much more, they weigh about three hundred pounds each, and even under the boots above his ankle he has more weights, these usually weigh as much as the waist weight, some times a bit less. He also wears traditional Chinese shoes with white socks.
He also often gets mistaken for a female.
He seems to remain calm, or attempt to remain calm or positive no matter what goes on, cause if he shows Negative emotions, his hollow is easily fueled by it and causes him to lose control.
He also can easily lose control if he uses his Souru Tensō technique.

Mask:
Leere's mask is a bit.. different, color wise anyways, his hollow mask is Black and gold, and also the "Summoning" for it is much different from most, the mask only covers the upper part of the face, nose to top of forehead to be exact, but has what seems like gold chains hanging around the bottom of it that covers the lower part of the face to just past the chin. The way its summoned is he holds his right hand over his face, his ring for some reason begins to glow as bright yellow energy begins to form around Leere's head, once his head is completely surrounded by the bright yellow energy the color begins to turn Black and Gold. Once the color changes the energy around his head suddenly ruptures into what appears to be a Cero Oscuras that completely engulfs his body, towering upwards as well as going downwards, but instead of with a green lining like it has shown to have it has a goldish yellow lining. The "Cero Oscuras" then condenses on the face forming the mask. But, he has still not yet fully mastered his hollow, which will lead to issues..

Zanpakuto Spirit:
Sutingābī takes the appearance of a tall dark figure without a face, the body of this figure is black as well as the hair, and black antennas. The spirit is in fact a female, she has for arms, each 'hand' has three claw like fingers, and her feet have two claws as toes. She has large bug wings sprouting out of her back, which are basically clear, and seems to have a large end like a wasp or hornet would have with a stinger at the end, when the Zanpakuto Spirit Materializes it usually as several small wasp flying around it.
The Zanpakuto's personality is rather quiet and yet respectful, she will talk to Leere, Kiri, and Geliebt like friends but whenever anyone else is around the Spirit stays quiet or reseals itself in its sealed form.
And unlike other Zanpakuto Spirits it can materialize freely and stay out as long as it wishes unless it is needed in a fight.

Shikai:
Triggered by the command "Swarm in fury". He will grasp both handles, one for each hand as both the blades will glow entirely as well as Leere's arms as the swords seem to shrink, but the arms seem to get sort of growths on them, When the emitted glow dies out, it is revealed that Sutingābī's blades are no longer present, but the arms of Leere have greatly changed, on the right arm a black and gold Gauntlet has formed, similar to Suzumebachi's style, however, it seems the Gauntlet has also stretched to Leere's shoulder, the only gap in that is around the elbow area but both parts of the gauntlet are still bound together by many small gold chains that add some protection to the elbow still allowing free movement with it and keeping it together, this also means that the arm is greatly protected. Also where the Gauntlet ends seems to be an extension thats maybe half a foot long that looks like a deformed/very incomplete wing, to add onto this, it seems the entire hand is coated in the Gauntlet including the fingers, and on the finger tips seem to be razor sharp points, similar to the claws of Sutingābī. On the hand on Leere's middle finger is a golden 'Stinger'. The "stinger" is now about twice to three times the length of Leere's middle finger, but it seems that the stinger can extend to about five times of that length, meaning in total ten to fifteen times the length of Leere's middle finger, meaning it also greatly increases his striking distance.
The left arm is very similar to the right arm, same color scene, same design and so on, however, there is no stinger on this one, but along the sides of each finger and along the arm, there are several small vertical slits, on the palm and tips of the fingers, there are small circular holes, air is allowed to pass through this slits and holes, this slits and holes are basically the keys for this arms ability.
Shikai Abilities:
Nigeki Kessatsu (弐撃決殺, Death in Two Steps):
As its first step, Leere stabs his enemy with Sutingābī’s blade/stinger which is on his right arm. Not only leaving a rather deep wound, the attack leaves a butterfly-shaped stamp on the victim’s body. Spreading from the center of the wound, known as Hōmonka (蜂紋華, hornet's crest; Viz "Bee Crest Flower"), this stamp becomes the target of Leere's second attack. If struck in this same spot that was hit the first time, the person will inevitably die and thus illustrate "Death in Two Steps." When the ability takes effect, a larger crest quickly spreads out from the two smaller ones, completely destroying the victim's body. The crests are maintained by Leere's will and are impossible to remove unless he wills it. The mechanics behind Sutingābī's ability takes effect not through point of entry but rather point of actual surface contact. This ability is caused by a venom that Sutingābī secretes. When it enters the target's body, it spreads throughout their body in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, destroying it without a trace. The effect of the poison takes slightly longer to work for those who have enhanced spiritual power.
Shindō zōfuku(振動増幅, Vibration Amplification):
While moving his left arm/hand around, air easily flows through the holes that are on the arm and vibrates the small pieces of metal between the slits of the glove and along with those on the arm itself. The air flow is usually none-stop because his specialty is Hand to Hand combat. The vibration of those pieces of metal can be greatly amplified by his reiatsu, when the vibrations are high, it will make loud buzzing noises like a swarm of wasp, bees, or hornets, which are pretty much the same thing. These vibrations can be used offensively as attack's, defensively to push back or cancel out attacks with burst of Vibrations, and even when using enough power the vibrations can be used to cause large amounts of destruction. The Vibrations can also be used as diversions by focusing it on things around the area. If something touches the left arm such as stone, earth, or even a being, the vibration will be to much for whatever it is to handle and wear it down, like pressing his hand against the ground when the vibrations are active the hand can go into the ground, completely breaking down what makes contact with it to utter nothingness, this also means if he grabs someone, say someones arm and activates the vibrations he can wither away their bone, basically breaking it.
Just note, this ability is somewhat sound/wind based because of air being able to cause the vibration and once the vibration is strong it creates a sort of buzzing noise and the attacks when stronger the noise is louder, showing that the vibrations are possibly sound attacks.
Bankai (optional):
Triggered by the command "Kanzen ni kōhai Sutingābī" (完全に荒廃スティンガービー, Complete Devastation Stinger Bee) a Massive amount of reiatsu is released, completely engulfing him in a pillar of golden reiatsu, the Zanpakuto's once again begin to morph while becoming apart of his body, once he is finished entering his bankai, he will swing a large Cylinder shaped object around him causing the pillar to dissipate reviling Leere is now coated with a sort of golden armor with black patterns on it. On his right arm is a gold armor missile launcher base that encases his right arm and comes all the way above his shoulder with a sort face shield, a very large pointed, golden, cylinder shape object, maybe two to three times his own size is in the missile launcher base. Much like the Missile from Suì-Fēng's bankai, however it doesn't end there, his entire body from head to toe has coated with a sort of golden armor with black markings on it, helmet, body armor, and the left arm also has something special about it as well, down to the elbow there is just plain armor, but after that there is a long, minigun designed portion. On his back, where the Shikai had deformed wings are now large wasp like wings, somewhat mechanical it appears, this enables easy flight even with the missile in the launcher, before entering his bankai state, he often makes sure to remove most of or all of his speed restrains (Weights) because though his speed without the weights make him not able to use regular hoho, the weight of the Bankai weights about a fourth to half of what his speed restrains put on his body, enabling him to move rather fast despite the weight.
Like Suì-Fēng, he prefers not to use this, if he ever uses it or is about to, he mentions something usually like this.
"This shouldn't be used for training.. this shouldn't even be used for battle.. all this is good for is mindless violence and destruction.."
Bankai Abilities:
Missile Information:
Being a ranged weapon of the artillery sort, Kanzen ni kōhai Sutingābī has the ability to launch the missile attached to its base. To do so, Leere must first raise and aim the huge missile, using the slits present in his face guard to be able to see while doing so. Once targeted, small fins extend from numerous points along the missile, before it is fired. It then tracks its target for a precision strike. After a successful hit, the missile creates a powerful and massive explosion. The burst of explosive energy after the detonation is powerful enough to blow people away with amazing force, even if they are a long distance away from the explosion.
However, despite its explosive power, this is not usually what the missile is used for, Leere being able to wield very heavy objects such as this enables him to use the missile as a very large heavy weapon that has enough force to crush a victim by swinging it down on them, he focuses a portion of his reiatsu to make sure the missile doesn't actually get set off so he can use it as a heavy weapon.
Minigun Information:
Another ranged weapon, however this one fires at rapid, it makes bullets by compressing Spirit Energy together to form small wasp sized bullets and fires them out at a rapid pace, there is quite a bit of force behind the bullets being fired, however the bullets don't seem to have a special effect, they are just used to overwhelm an opponent with a barrage of projectiles that can kill if they hit a victim in the right place or seriously damage.
Armor Information:
A sturdy armor that adds high levels of defense to Leere, the more reiatsu he flares off the stronger it is, but even when not flaring off a ton of reiatsu it is still more advance than an Arrancar's Herrio. Because of the armor being made of Spirit Energy, if the armor is damaged it can restore itself.
Wing Information:
When entering bankai, he has large wasp like wings, however, they look somewhat mechanical, they beat fueled by Leere's Spiritual Energy, they can do up to 500 Beats a second to keep him afloat in the air no matter how much his weight is, a strong buzzing sound is given off in this process, these wings allow him to fly flew the air with incredible speed, it also lets him use techniques similar to what he can do using Shindō zōfuku(振動増幅, Vibration Amplification), meaning with just the beats of his wings he can cause destruction.
Kido:
He has fully mastered the art of Kidou during his time training except for certain healing Kidou, he is able to perform forbidden spells as well as all levels Bakudō as well as Hadō and various uncategorized spells, he has also mastered perfected Shunko and can activate a Garganta as an arrancar would.
Hoho:
Spending his life to train in the art of hand to hand combat, he vastly trained his speed, he mastered the art of Hoho to its fullest to even surpass that of Yoruichi and Suì-Fēng. He even mastered the technique known as Utsusemi during his first several years of being the Second Division Captain, which at the time technique had no name. While once being the Second Division Captain trained fully in the art of Hoho, he usually never used more than a Shunpo when wearing his weights, unless its truly called for. Though, due to his Overwhelming speed without the weights and use of Hoho, he cannot use regular Hoho unless his speed is somewhat restrained, if he tries to his body will be destroyed in the process, leaving nothing behind.. He did create a new Hoho Technique that he can use without his speed restrains on, this technique is called Souru tensō (ソウル転送 Soul Transfer). {What this techinque is will be listed in the Other Information}
Cero:
His Cero.. is actually a Cero Oscuras which was actually partly shown when he activates his mask but it was not at full power and was not used offensively, it was used to create enough energy for the mask to solidify, his Cero Oscuras is pitch black like the one Ulquiorra used but has a gold lining instead of a green, and it has vast power that greatly surpasses Ulquiorra's Cero Oscuras, it has extremely wide arc and its impact is devastating, it even has the force to destroy ones hollow mask as did Ulquiorra's against Ichigo. He can even use Cero when he isn't wearing his mask, however its not as powerful.
Other Information:
Feline Transformation:
Leere possess a unique ability which allows him to shape-shift into a cat that looks much like one of many types of Egyptian cat statue(Looks like a real cat form of picture). Leere can still channel spiritual energy and move at incredible speeds, though his is physically limited by the form. His transformation also allows him a complete disguise, and unlike Yoruichi, the other person to master this technique, he can transform into this and back to his Regular Form fully dressed. Another down side about this form, is that when he turns into it Geliebt finds it down right adorable and half the time nearly hugs him to death.
Somewhat Genius Intellect
When he was a captain of the Second Division, he seemed to have a large amount of knowledge that would make people think he was actually a high ranking member in the twelfth division, he has invented Several Items since he abandoned his Position as Captain. His intelligence also greatly increases his somewhat Kidou power, even if its custom Kidou someone made themselves, all he has to do is witness it once, he completely memorizes the technique and can train to use it.
Inventor/Inventions:
Most of his inventions do not really have any fancy names, he's invented several type of weights for his body as well as boots and gloves similar to anti-herrio armor, however it weighs much more than Anti-Herrio Armor, he has also invented several Reiatsu suppressing article's of clothing, such as his hat as well as others that are on Kiri and Geliebt. His gloves, also along with their weight and durability are also power seals, sealing off nearly half of his actual power until his gloves are removed. He also The cloth over his mouth acts as a voice changing device in a way, any voice he has heard he can copy an use. He also created a small cube, when activated by his, Geliebt's, or Kiri's Spiritual Energy, it creates several large and small mirror like things floating around the activator, these mirrors act as a sort of Super Computer.

Any records of Leere always mention speed being his greatest aspect, Leere spent his life vastly increasing his speed and strength, he surpassed his goal of becoming abnormally fast, his speed is so overwhelming along with his strength that carrying thousands of pounds of restrains on his body as well as capping his Spiritual Power to half he still moves with rather high speed, if he doesn't have any restrains on his speed matches, possibly even surpasses that of a shunpo, however he cannot use Hoho if he has no speed restrains or it will destroy his body unless his specialized Hoho is in play.

•Ikkotsu (一骨, "Single Bone"):
A powerful punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss. Using this technique, Yamamoto was able to destroy much of Wonderweiss' abdomen and sending him flying along a city street and into a building, destroying it.
•Sōkotsu (双骨, "Double Bone"):
Stronger than Ikkotsu, it is a powerful two-fisted punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss. The attack in one blow can totally destroy an opponent.

Being a Past Captain as well as how long he has trained, he has mastered the art of Kidou, from Bakudō, and Hado to forbidden spells, though he never finds an event he really needs to use Kidou or forbidden spells for that matter, he knows some healing Kidou but only enough to seal up minor wounds, he leaves healing to Geliebt.
•Shunkō (瞬閧, Flash Cry):
An advanced secret battle technique that combines the grappling technique of Hakuda and the incantation technique of Kidō. It is an ultra-powerful technique in which one drives Kidō into one's arms and legs. The Kidō itself can also be controlled and fired at opponents from the body. Shunkō first appeared being used by Captain Suì-Fēng in her fight against her old master, Yoruichi Shihōin. Suì-Fēng states she invented the technique of combining Kidō and Hakuda so recently that she had no experience with it in battle, let alone enough time to give it a name. Yoruichi, however, reveals Shunkō is the technique's name, and that she invented and learned the ability long before Suì-Fēng. The keisen uniform has no back or sleeves because the fabric will rip apart when the user's back and arms are filled with Kidō. Though Yoruichi's Shunkō is perfected, unlike Suì-Fēng's version, she still has difficulties controlling it. It could be said that Shunkō is a secret technique used by the Corps Commander of the Executive Militia. Leere witnessed Yoruichi perform this technique when she first created it, which with his advance mind allowed him to quickly master the technique, with his large amount of Spiritual Power, just activating this technique can overwhelm somewhat weaker beings with massive spiritual power, he prefers to use this technique before even using his bankai, sometimes even before his Shikai.
•Hanki (反鬼, Reverse Demon):
An ability which nullifies an opponent's Kidō by hitting it with another one of perfectly opposite speed and energy. The ability can even neutralize an opponent's movements. (Somewhat erroneously named Hanki Sōsai in the Viz translation, as sōsai (相殺) means "mutual cancellation", referring to the ability's effect.)
Shunpo Master:
•Senka (閃花 Flash Blossom):
Although Shunpo is connected with this ability, this technique possess a unique name and style of its own. This technique is known as Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom), a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts. This technique is one of the two, that Youruichi developed mixing Shunpo to complete its ability. Furthermore, only certain individuals, of high ranking captain level can possess such an ability.
•Utsusemi (空蝉 Cicada, referencing their molting):
This is one of the two, that Youruichi developed as well. It is the 4 ways of the Shihou through Shunpo which is also known as "Utsusemi". It's ability is a speed known to be so fast that the user leaves an afterimage of him/herself. Its affect is most absolute, superb, and flawless if ever fully perfected. And to be more specific, Utsusemi's speed is so fast, that the enemy can practically feel and touch the physical body of the afterimage and not even know the very fact that it is nothing more but an afterimage. Its very image can easily deceive the eyes of the enemy. This technique is very rare, thus few captains are able to possess such a flawless ability. Furthermore it is most lethal when combining Senka after Utsusemi is executed.
•Souru Tensō (ソウル転送 Soul Transfer):
Souru Tensō is type of Hoho that Leere himself created to help his overwhelming speed, this technique can only be performed if his power sealing gloves and all of his speed restrains are removed. It seems to take his Spiritual Energy and creates a stabilizing barrier around his body that keeps his body from being destroyed and performing Hoho, this technique seems to leave an after image, but not just an after image, a solid figure capable of moving and attacking, as if Leere left his body behind and made a new one, though he actually left behind a clone made of Spirit Energy, he can make a very large number of these clones in a split second, and the clones actually last for three to five seconds, since he doesn't have to suppress his speed while using this technique meaning he can move at unimaginable speeds, while also using this technique, he can combine it with other Hoho techniques for an amazing combination of speed that can't be matched, however, though Leere is the only able person to perform this and it seems to have no flaws, releasing and using all that Spirit Energy to stabilize his body, it greatly weakens the portion of his power he uses to suppress his hollow, basically allowing his hollow to take over since he does not have full control over it, so at all cost he avoids using this..
Hollow Information:
Not much is known about his Hollow side, he never experienced any symptoms of having a inner hollow until after he developed his Souru Tensō technique, at that time he was Vastly powerful, and his hollow seemed to be nearly twice his level, he experienced his first hollowfication when they were ambushed by what seemed to be Shingami nearly eight hundred years ago, Geliebt and Kiri were both greatly wounded and Leere lost himself, from what Geliebt described, his hollow form looked like a Vasto Lorde, the highest level of menos, and his power and speed were absolutely monstrous, in the process of just using a Sonido it blew the ground apart and all but the leader of the attackers were killed in a split second then the hollowfied Leere literally blew the leader to oblivion with a point blank what seemed to be a Gran Rey Cero, leaving absolutely no remains and destroyed the surrounding area, since that day Leere has feared of being taken over by his hollow, he seems to be able to suppress his hollow and use some of its power, but because of his fear of hollowfying again, he limits what his hollow powers can do when he activates his mask (To whats listed way above) Also because of this fear, he doesn't use his Souru Tensō technique because using that weakens his suppression of his hollow, he also tries to remain calm or positive instead of negative since that also seems to fuel the hollow causing him to hollowfy.
Sight:
Because of Leere having such overwhelming speed that it could destroy his body, his eyes have actually adjusted to his fastest speed, meaning almost every movement he sees is basically in slow motion for him, even with someone as fast as Sui-Feng or Yoruichi, their regular movements without using Hoho is in slow motion according to his sight that is, allowing him to usually freely dodge in coming attacks and such, he can even see the movement of Flash step/Hoho use, however most often these for him unless the being specializes in speed looks like a fast walk or sprint, beings like Yoruichi and around that speed level when using hoho look like they are running, however he can still tract their movements like they aren't even using a flash step.

He has large armor boots that go up to he's knees, these are similar to Anti-Herrio armor, however they way much more, they weigh about three hundred pounds each, and even under the boots above his ankle he has more weights, these usually weigh as much as the waist weight, some times a bit less. Mask:
Leere's mask is a bit.. different, color wise anyways, his hollow mask is Black and gold, and also the "Summoning" for it is much different from most, the mask only covers the upper part of the face, nose to top of forehead to be exact, but has what seems like gold chains hanging around the bottom of it that covers the lower part of the face to just past the chin. The way its summoned is he holds his right hand over his face, his ring for some reason begins to glow as bright yellow energy begins to form around Leere's head, once his head is completely surrounded by the bright yellow energy the color begins to turn Black and Gold. Once the color changes the energy around his head suddenly ruptures into what appears to be a Cero Oscuras that completely engulfs his body, towering upwards as well as going downwards, but instead of with a green lining like it has shown to have it has a goldish yellow lining. The "Cero Oscuras" then condenses on the face forming the mask. But, he has still not yet fully mastered his hollow, which will lead to issues..

Sutingābī takes the appearance of a tall dark figure without a face, the body of this figure is black as well as the hair, and black antennas. The spirit is in fact a female, she has for arms, each 'hand' has three claw like fingers, and her feet have two claws as toes. She has large bug wings sprouting out of her back, which are basically clear, and seems to have a large end like a wasp or hornet would have with a stinger at the end, when the Zanpakuto Spirit Materializes it usually as several small wasp flying around it.
The Zanpakuto's personality is rather quiet and yet respectful, she will talk to Leere, Kiri, and Geliebt like friends but whenever anyone else is around the Spirit stays quiet or reseals itself in its sealed form.
And unlike other Zanpakuto Spirits it can materialize freely and stay out as long as it wishes unless it is needed in a fight.

Shikai:
Triggered by the command "Swarm in fury". He will grasp both handles, one for each hand as both the blades will glow entirely as well as Leere's arms as the swords seem to shrink, but the arms seem to get sort of growths on them, When the emitted glow dies out, it is revealed that Sutingābī's blades are no longer present, but the arms of Leere have greatly changed, on the right arm a black and gold Gauntlet has formed, similar to Suzumebachi's style, however, it seems the Gauntlet has also stretched to Leere's shoulder, the only gap in that is around the elbow area but both parts of the gauntlet are still bound together by many small gold chains that add some protection to the elbow still allowing free movement with it and keeping it together, this also means that the arm is greatly protected. Also where the Gauntlet ends seems to be an extension thats maybe half a foot long that looks like a deformed/very incomplete wing, to add onto this, it seems the entire hand is coated in the Gauntlet including the fingers, and on the finger tips seem to be razor sharp points, similar to the claws of Sutingābī. On the hand on Leere's middle finger is a golden 'Stinger'. The "stinger" is now about twice to three times the length of Leere's middle finger, but it seems that the stinger can extend to about five times of that length, meaning in total ten to fifteen times the length of Leere's middle finger, meaning it also greatly increases his striking distance.
The left arm is very similar to the right arm, same color scene, same design and so on, however, there is no stinger on this one, but along the sides of each finger and along the arm, there are several small vertical slits, on the palm and tips of the fingers, there are small circular holes, air is allowed to pass through this slits and holes, this slits and holes are basically the keys for this arms ability.
Shikai Abilities:
Nigeki Kessatsu (弐撃決殺, Death in Two Steps):
As its first step, Leere stabs his enemy with Sutingābī’s blade/stinger which is on his right arm. Not only leaving a rather deep wound, the attack leaves a butterfly-shaped stamp on the victim’s body. Spreading from the center of the wound, known as Hōmonka (蜂紋華, hornet's crest; Viz "Bee Crest Flower"), this stamp becomes the target of Leere's second attack. If struck in this same spot that was hit the first time, the person will inevitably die and thus illustrate "Death in Two Steps." When the ability takes effect, a larger crest quickly spreads out from the two smaller ones, completely destroying the victim's body. The crests are maintained by Leere's will and are impossible to remove unless he wills it. The mechanics behind Sutingābī's ability takes effect not through point of entry but rather point of actual surface contact. This ability is caused by a venom that Sutingābī secretes. When it enters the target's body, it spreads throughout their body in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, destroying it without a trace. The effect of the poison takes slightly longer to work for those who have enhanced spiritual power.
Shindō zōfuku(振動増幅, Vibration Amplification):
While moving his left arm/hand around, air easily flows through the holes that are on the arm and vibrates the small pieces of metal between the slits of the glove and along with those on the arm itself. The air flow is usually none-stop because his specialty is Hand to Hand combat. The vibration of those pieces of metal can be greatly amplified by his reiatsu, when the vibrations are high, it will make loud buzzing noises like a swarm of wasp, bees, or hornets, which are pretty much the same thing. These vibrations can be used offensively as attack's, defensively to push back or cancel out attacks with burst of Vibrations, and even when using enough power the vibrations can be used to cause large amounts of destruction. The Vibrations can also be used as diversions by focusing it on things around the area. If something touches the left arm such as stone, earth, or even a being, the vibration will be to much for whatever it is to handle and wear it down, like pressing his hand against the ground when the vibrations are active the hand can go into the ground, completely breaking down what makes contact with it to utter nothingness, this also means if he grabs someone, say someones arm and activates the vibrations he can wither away their bone, basically breaking it.
Just note, this ability is somewhat sound/wind based because of air being able to cause the vibration and once the vibration is strong it creates a sort of buzzing noise and the attacks when stronger the noise is louder, showing that the vibrations are possibly sound attacks.
Bankai (optional):
Triggered by the command "Kanzen ni kōhai Sutingābī" (完全に荒廃スティンガービー, Complete Devastation Stinger Bee) a Massive amount of reiatsu is released, completely engulfing him in a pillar of golden reiatsu, the Zanpakuto's once again begin to morph while becoming apart of his body, once he is finished entering his bankai, he will swing a large Cylinder shaped object around him causing the pillar to dissipate reviling Leere is now coated with a sort of golden armor with black patterns on it. On his right arm is a gold armor missile launcher base that encases his right arm and comes all the way above his shoulder with a sort face shield, a very large pointed, golden, cylinder shape object, maybe two to three times his own size is in the missile launcher base. Much like the Missile from Suì-Fēng's bankai, however it doesn't end there, his entire body from head to toe has coated with a sort of golden armor with black markings on it, helmet, body armor, and the left arm also has something special about it as well, down to the elbow there is just plain armor, but after that there is a long, minigun designed portion. On his back, where the Shikai had deformed wings are now large wasp like wings, somewhat mechanical it appears, this enables easy flight even with the missile in the launcher, before entering his bankai state, he often makes sure to remove most of or all of his speed restrains (Weights) because though his speed without the weights make him not able to use regular hoho, the weight of the Bankai weights about a fourth to half of what his speed restrains put on his body, enabling him to move rather fast despite the weight.
Like Suì-Fēng, he prefers not to use this, if he ever uses it or is about to, he mentions something usually like this.
"This shouldn't be used for training.. this shouldn't even be used for battle.. all this is good for is mindless violence and destruction.."
Bankai Abilities:
Missile Information:
Being a ranged weapon of the artillery sort, Kanzen ni kōhai Sutingābī has the ability to launch the missile attached to its base. To do so, Leere must first raise and aim the huge missile, using the slits present in his face guard to be able to see while doing so. Once targeted, small fins extend from numerous points along the missile, before it is fired. It then tracks its target for a precision strike. After a successful hit, the missile creates a powerful and massive explosion. The burst of explosive energy after the detonation is powerful enough to blow people away with amazing force, even if they are a long distance away from the explosion.
However, despite its explosive power, this is not usually what the missile is used for, Leere being able to wield very heavy objects such as this enables him to use the missile as a very large heavy weapon that has enough force to crush a victim by swinging it down on them, he focuses a portion of his reiatsu to make sure the missile doesn't actually get set off so he can use it as a heavy weapon.
Minigun Information:
Another ranged weapon, however this one fires at rapid, it makes bullets by compressing Spirit Energy together to form small wasp sized bullets and fires them out at a rapid pace, there is quite a bit of force behind the bullets being fired, however the bullets don't seem to have a special effect, they are just used to overwhelm an opponent with a barrage of projectiles that can kill if they hit a victim in the right place or seriously damage.
Armor Information:
A sturdy armor that adds high levels of defense to Leere, the more reiatsu he flares off the stronger it is, but even when not flaring off a ton of reiatsu it is still more advance than an Arrancar's Herrio. Because of the armor being made of Spirit Energy, if the armor is damaged it can restore itself.
Wing Information:
When entering bankai, he has large wasp like wings, however, they look somewhat mechanical, they beat fueled by Leere's Spiritual Energy, they can do up to 500 Beats a second to keep him afloat in the air no matter how much his weight is, a strong buzzing sound is given off in this process, these wings allow him to fly flew the air with incredible speed, it also lets him use techniques similar to what he can do using Shindō zōfuku(振動増幅, Vibration Amplification), meaning with just the beats of his wings he can cause destruction.
Kido:
He has fully mastered the art of Kidou during his time training except for certain healing Kidou, he is able to perform forbidden spells as well as all levels Bakudō as well as Hadō and various uncategorized spells, he has also mastered perfected Shunko and can activate a Garganta as an arrancar would.
Hoho:
Spending his life to train in the art of hand to hand combat, he vastly trained his speed, he mastered the art of Hoho to its fullest to even surpass that of Yoruichi and Suì-Fēng. He even mastered the technique known as Utsusemi during his first several years of being the Second Division Captain, which at the time technique had no name. While once being the Second Division Captain trained fully in the art of Hoho, he usually never used more than a Shunpo when wearing his weights, unless its truly called for. Though, due to his Overwhelming speed without the weights and use of Hoho, he cannot use regular Hoho unless his speed is somewhat restrained, if he tries to his body will be destroyed in the process, leaving nothing behind.. He did create a new Hoho Technique that he can use without his speed restrains on, this technique is called Souru tensō (ソウル転送 Soul Transfer). {What this techinque is will be listed in the Other Information}
Cero:
His Cero.. is actually a Cero Oscuras which was actually partly shown when he activates his mask but it was not at full power and was not used offensively, it was used to create enough energy for the mask to solidify, his Cero Oscuras is pitch black like the one Ulquiorra used but has a gold lining instead of a green, and it has vast power that greatly surpasses Ulquiorra's Cero Oscuras, it has extremely wide arc and its impact is devastating, it even has the force to destroy ones hollow mask as did Ulquiorra's against Ichigo. He can even use Cero when he isn't wearing his mask, however its not as powerful.

Feline Transformation:
Leere possess a unique ability which allows him to shape-shift into a cat that looks much like one of many types of Egyptian cat statue(Looks like a real cat form of picture). Leere can still channel spiritual energy and move at incredible speeds, though his is physically limited by the form. His transformation also allows him a complete disguise, and unlike Yoruichi, the other person to master this technique, he can transform into this and back to his Regular Form fully dressed. Another down side about this form, is that when he turns into it Geliebt finds it down right adorable and half the time nearly hugs him to death.
Somewhat Genius Intellect
When he was a captain of the Second Division, he seemed to have a large amount of knowledge that would make people think he was actually a high ranking member in the twelfth division, he has invented Several Items since he abandoned his Position as Captain. His intelligence also greatly increases his somewhat Kidou power, even if its custom Kidou someone made themselves, all he has to do is witness it once, he completely memorizes the technique and can train to use it.
Inventor/Inventions:
Most of his inventions do not really have any fancy names, he's invented several type of weights for his body as well as boots and gloves similar to anti-herrio armor, however it weighs much more than Anti-Herrio Armor, he has also invented several Reiatsu suppressing article's of clothing, such as his hat as well as others that are on Kiri and Geliebt. His gloves, also along with their weight and durability are also power seals, sealing off nearly half of his actual power until his gloves are removed. He also The cloth over his mouth acts as a voice changing device in a way, any voice he has heard he can copy an use. He also created a small cube, when activated by his, Geliebt's, or Kiri's Spiritual Energy, it creates several large and small mirror like things floating around the activator, these mirrors act as a sort of Super Computer.

Any records of Leere always mention speed being his greatest aspect, Leere spent his life vastly increasing his speed and strength, he surpassed his goal of becoming abnormally fast, his speed is so overwhelming along with his strength that carrying thousands of pounds of restrains on his body as well as capping his Spiritual Power to half he still moves with rather high speed, if he doesn't have any restrains on his speed matches, possibly even surpasses that of a shunpo, however he cannot use Hoho if he has no speed restrains or it will destroy his body unless his specialized Hoho is in play.

A powerful punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss. Using this technique, Yamamoto was able to destroy much of Wonderweiss' abdomen and sending him flying along a city street and into a building, destroying it.

Stronger than Ikkotsu, it is a powerful two-fisted punch used by Yamamoto against Wonderweiss. The attack in one blow can totally destroy an opponent.

Being a Past Captain as well as how long he has trained, he has mastered the art of Kidou, from Bakudō, and Hado to forbidden spells, though he never finds an event he really needs to use Kidou or forbidden spells for that matter, he knows some healing Kidou but only enough to seal up minor wounds, he leaves healing to Geliebt.
•Shunkō (瞬閧, Flash Cry):
An advanced secret battle technique that combines the grappling technique of Hakuda and the incantation technique of Kidō. It is an ultra-powerful technique in which one drives Kidō into one's arms and legs. The Kidō itself can also be controlled and fired at opponents from the body. Shunkō first appeared being used by Captain Suì-Fēng in her fight against her old master, Yoruichi Shihōin. Suì-Fēng states she invented the technique of combining Kidō and Hakuda so recently that she had no experience with it in battle, let alone enough time to give it a name. Yoruichi, however, reveals Shunkō is the technique's name, and that she invented and learned the ability long before Suì-Fēng. The keisen uniform has no back or sleeves because the fabric will rip apart when the user's back and arms are filled with Kidō. Though Yoruichi's Shunkō is perfected, unlike Suì-Fēng's version, she still has difficulties controlling it. It could be said that Shunkō is a secret technique used by the Corps Commander of the Executive Militia. Leere witnessed Yoruichi perform this technique when she first created it, which with his advance mind allowed him to quickly master the technique, with his large amount of Spiritual Power, just activating this technique can overwhelm somewhat weaker beings with massive spiritual power, he prefers to use this technique before even using his bankai, sometimes even before his Shikai.
•Hanki (反鬼, Reverse Demon):
An ability which nullifies an opponent's Kidō by hitting it with another one of perfectly opposite speed and energy. The ability can even neutralize an opponent's movements. (Somewhat erroneously named Hanki Sōsai in the Viz translation, as sōsai (相殺) means "mutual cancellation", referring to the ability's effect.)
Shunpo Master:
•Senka (閃花 Flash Blossom):
Although Shunpo is connected with this ability, this technique possess a unique name and style of its own. This technique is known as Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom), a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts. This technique is one of the two, that Youruichi developed mixing Shunpo to complete its ability. Furthermore, only certain individuals, of high ranking captain level can possess such an ability.
•Utsusemi (空蝉 Cicada, referencing their molting):
This is one of the two, that Youruichi developed as well. It is the 4 ways of the Shihou through Shunpo which is also known as "Utsusemi". It's ability is a speed known to be so fast that the user leaves an afterimage of him/herself. Its affect is most absolute, superb, and flawless if ever fully perfected. And to be more specific, Utsusemi's speed is so fast, that the enemy can practically feel and touch the physical body of the afterimage and not even know the very fact that it is nothing more but an afterimage. Its very image can easily deceive the eyes of the enemy. This technique is very rare, thus few captains are able to possess such a flawless ability. Furthermore it is most lethal when combining Senka after Utsusemi is executed.
•Souru Tensō (ソウル転送 Soul Transfer):
Souru Tensō is type of Hoho that Leere himself created to help his overwhelming speed, this technique can only be performed if his power sealing gloves and all of his speed restrains are removed. It seems to take his Spiritual Energy and creates a stabilizing barrier around his body that keeps his body from being destroyed and performing Hoho, this technique seems to leave an after image, but not just an after image, a solid figure capable of moving and attacking, as if Leere left his body behind and made a new one, though he actually left behind a clone made of Spirit Energy, he can make a very large number of these clones in a split second, and the clones actually last for three to five seconds, since he doesn't have to suppress his speed while using this technique meaning he can move at unimaginable speeds, while also using this technique, he can combine it with other Hoho techniques for an amazing combination of speed that can't be matched, however, though Leere is the only able person to perform this and it seems to have no flaws, releasing and using all that Spirit Energy to stabilize his body, it greatly weakens the portion of his power he uses to suppress his hollow, basically allowing his hollow to take over since he does not have full control over it, so at all cost he avoids using this..
Hollow Information:
Not much is known about his Hollow side, he never experienced any symptoms of having a inner hollow until after he developed his Souru Tensō technique, at that time he was Vastly powerful, and his hollow seemed to be nearly twice his level, he experienced his first hollowfication when they were ambushed by what seemed to be Shingami nearly eight hundred years ago, Geliebt and Kiri were both greatly wounded and Leere lost himself, from what Geliebt described, his hollow form looked like a Vasto Lorde, the highest level of menos, and his power and speed were absolutely monstrous, in the process of just using a Sonido it blew the ground apart and all but the leader of the attackers were killed in a split second then the hollowfied Leere literally blew the leader to oblivion with a point blank what seemed to be a Gran Rey Cero, leaving absolutely no remains and destroyed the surrounding area, since that day Leere has feared of being taken over by his hollow, he seems to be able to suppress his hollow and use some of its power, but because of his fear of hollowfying again, he limits what his hollow powers can do when he activates his mask (To whats listed way above) Also because of this fear, he doesn't use his Souru Tensō technique because using that weakens his suppression of his hollow, he also tries to remain calm or positive instead of negative since that also seems to fuel the hollow causing him to hollowfy.
Sight:
Because of Leere having such overwhelming speed that it could destroy his body, his eyes have actually adjusted to his fastest speed, meaning almost every movement he sees is basically in slow motion for him, even with someone as fast as Sui-Feng or Yoruichi, their regular movements without using Hoho is in slow motion according to his sight that is, allowing him to usually freely dodge in coming attacks and such, he can even see the movement of Flash step/Hoho use, however most often these for him unless the being specializes in speed looks like a fast walk or sprint, beings like Yoruichi and around that speed level when using hoho look like they are running, however he can still tract their movements like they aren't even using a flash step.
