 Frey took a deep breath and shook his head. He had noticed there was a small strain between Kina and her daughter Frey. He didn’t know if the others knew about it other than Altair who would have known because Farah was his mate, but he knew he had to fix it. Normally no it wasn’t in Frey’s business to butt into others problems but the thing was kina was his beloved Grape maiden and if there was any chance of them starting a happy new family it was when he fixed his mates current one.
No that wasn’t right, Frey thought shaking his head. It made it sound bad, awfully and he was just a busy body. It wasn’t his intent it was more as if he wanted to clear things up between the people that he thought where special. Yes there that was better. Kina was going to have kits soon and before they started their own family he didn’t want to rub it in Farah’s nose that she wasn’t any less wanted. He wanted to be a good step father even if Farah was already fully grown and around the same age as him. Oh he so hoped his plans wouldn’t back fire in his face.

 Farah was laying in the grass outside the castle walls. She had been trying to start a family with Altair, but so far without any success. She had three children from a one night, very drunken, stand but with the man she loved she couldn't seem to be able to create life. It was all a little depressing, but she dared not show that around her mate. He no doubt would blame himself.
"Mmmm...." She sighed heavily. And on top of everything else, Kina....ahem....her mother and Freyr seemed to be happier then usual.

 Kina sighed as she wondered around the halls of the castle ruins. Lately everything had been so stressful. Farah didn't seem to want to talk with her most of the time and she wasn't sure why. Every time she tried to talk with her about the situation she would change the subject or just walk off without answering. She looked away as she sat down looking out into the back area of the tribe. Another thing that would probably made the situation worse was that she was going to have kits with Frey. She was scared to tell her or anyone that she was pregnant because she was afraid that Farah would leave her forever.

Of course it didn’t help that no one really knew about his plan. Okay so he would need to get the two together to talk things out. Perhaps farah first since he could always find his grape maiden. “aye aye aye Frey needs a vacation after this” he muttered to himself. Suddenly a white coat caught his attention and he looked over the rampart he was currently pacing up and down to see Farah lying outside of the castle on the grounds. Well as it was said now or never right? “Uh Farah… would you mind if Frey came to talk to you?” he asked sliding down the side of the castle. It would probably give Kina a heart attack but he had everything under control

Farah looked back at him,"Mm....Um....I suppose...." She eyed him weirdly. He always did the strangest things. She didn't know quite what to make of him. He was nice, sure, but there was just something about him that made her a little leery. Maybe it was the fact that she didn't want to think about her mother with anyone besides her dad. "What do you want to talk about?"

As she sat there she began to think about things. She had to admit she hadn't really payed attention to her daughter vary much over the years. Her ears fell along with her tail. But every time she tried her daughter just shrugged her away. Was there no way to fix it? Did she did a hole so far it couldn't be filled? Maybe she was a horrible mother. That was the only conclusion coming to her mind.

"Well I believe life around the tribe might change a bit soon and so I wanted to I guess repair... no mmm" Frey felt like pulling his fur. Why was this so hard. "I guess I wanted to talk to you about Kina. I know its a bit weird seeing as Frey is mated to grape maiden so I wanted to get your feelings on the subject" Frey started. Ah well he would just go for there. hopefully this wouldn't end up badly. he wanted the kits to know Farah and for the family to be better.

"Repair?" She blinked as she looked at him confused, "Mm....Kina, I mean mom...." She looked at Freyr, "What do you mean things are going to change?" Farah looked at him closely. If she didn't know better she would swear that he was up to something again. "Well....I want mom to be happy....and you make her happy.....so.....As long as that remains so....then I'm fine with your mating."
