When Frieza destroyed the Saiyan planet of Vegeta, they only thought there were three survivers; Prince Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz. Soon they discovered Raditz's little brother, Kakarot, also survived. Raditz was sent to recruit him and demand why he hasn't fullfilled his mission(destroy all humans and the planet Earth). What he found did not please him: Kakarot, or 'Son Goku' as he was now called, had hit his damned head! He forgot all who he was and was actually a HERO to the humans! Raditz offered him a chance to redeem himself, but he declined. Raditz replied by kidnapping Kakarot's son, Gohan. This, after Kakarot teamed up with Piccolo, resulted in Raditz's eventual demise into the battle. Kakarot had sacrificed himself to kill his brother, though. So he was out of the picture. At least until he was wished back with the Dragon Balls.
Unfortunately, Raditz's scouter had been on, and had transferred all information about the Dragon Balls to Prince Vegeta and his comrad Nappa. They decided to venture to Earth, eliminate all life, get the Dragon Balls, wish for immortality, and sell the planet for a nifty price.
They did well until Kakarot came back, fighting and beating Nappa. Vegeta decided Nappa was worthless while injured, and killed him. This shocked Kakarot, and he realized how much of a monster Vegeta was.
After their battle(which included Vegeta turning into a gigantic monkey and crushing all of Kakarot's bones), Vegeta escaped to be healed, while everyone on Earth mourned their dead and came up with a plan to get the ORIGINAL Dragon Balls, on Piccolo's old home of Namek.
So now there were only three Saiyans in existance: Kakarot, Vegeta, and Gohan.
However, over the years(*ahem* During DBZ movies *ahem*) they came across more Saiyans. Broly, Broly's dad(can't remember the name), and Turles.
But they forgot one more. Mephiles, elite class Saiyan and another one Frieza spared(which was about four. Not a very nice guy, huh?)
What if he came to Earth not long after Kid Buu was destroyed, and met a human girl? What would she think? (If she even had time to think before he obliterated her, of course.)

Bio: Mephiles is a highly trained Saiyan elite, one of Lord Frieza's most important men, and complete jerk. He's killed many innocents, he's obliterated whole planets, and in all has done many awful things. All on Lord Frieza's orders. When Frieza was destroyed by Kakarot, he followed his own way, and didn't even pause his path of destruction. Now he's decided to come to Earth.....
Other: He turns into a huge monkey at the full moon; he can created ball of light which allows him to become a huge monkey at any time; he carries a blue scouter; Don't piss him off. Period.

((Thought I'd give this a try...Just saying now I know basically NOTHING about DBZ except that it has something to do with 12 weird ball-thingies that if you collect all 12 you are granted one wish or something, that is the extent of my knowledge... sweatdrop )) Name: Annie Scarlet :3

Personality: She can be quite shy. She's also quite a daydreamer, and a bit absenminded at times. She can be seen as quite slow but she's actually quite intelligent when she wants to be. She's quite an optimistic and kind. She's selfless and often blames herself for other peoples troubles. In short she can be a huge idiot sometimes.
Bio: Growing up in a small country town had a huge effect on Annie. She's grown to love animals and the great-outdoors which is why she hated the thought of moving to the city, which it just what her parents did when she was 13. It was quite a move actually consitering Annie has three younger brothers Allen, whose now 17, Jack; 14, and Harvey who is 11. She cares about them but they annoy her to no end sometimes, not to mention that Allen and Jack both tower over her.
Other: Also she's terribly clumzy. You think your clumzy? Wait until you meet Annie.

~~ (Okay, here's some back-up info before we start.
There's seven Dragon Balls, if collected together you are granted one wish, which can bring more than one person back to life but cannot bring them back more than once. Meanwhile, on another planet called Namek, which is where the balls were originally made(Earth's are just a copy, but work anyway), their Dragon Balls can only wish one person back at a time, but can do so more than once.
Vegeta is the Prince of all Saiyans, and thus was spared by Frieza, an evil space overlord, when Frieza destroyed the PLANET Vegeta. Also spared were Nappa and Raditz. He's a real b*****d at first, but later his son comes from the future to warn them of a threat and of a heart disease Goku would be killed from. Later on, it's discovered Bulma is the mother, and thus Bulma and Vegeta are, later on, married with two kids, Trunks and, way later, Bulla.
Goku is the hero and, like Sonic, always comes in late, goes super, and kicks the bad guy's a**. He's married to Chichi, and is father to Gohan.
That's all that I can think of right now, at eight in the morning. BUT, accepted. ^_^)
It was a bright, rather sunny day. The park grass swaying in the breeze, cars zooming through the streets, people walking and talking on the sidewallks. At that moment, a sparkle appeared in the blue, vibrant sky as Mephiles' ship entered Earth's atmosphere. As it neared Western City, people noticed and looked up. They mumbled and pointed up at the strange circular pod. However, after realizing it's path was headed towards them, they began scattering. Just in time--the pod smashed into the ground, creating a huge crater. Dust spread everywhere, blocking the peoples' view of Mephiles' pod.
(IF you were wondering, Mephiles was named after the badass villain of Sonic 2006. ;D) ~~

((Right, I think I understand...XD I'm trying anyway. The name Goku sounded familiar...))
A huge yawn escaped the lips of the blonde headed female as she walked down the sidewalk, heading for work. Saturday wasn't all it was cracked up tobe when you worked at a local bar. She yawned again then streached slightly as something caught her eye. She looked up. She tilted her head on the side, trying to figure out what it was. It was then she realised it was coming straight towards her. In a frenzy she dived to the side as she heard the unmistakable sounds of a crash behind her. Annie sat up and stared at the dust cloud now forming around whatever that thing was.

Slowly, as the dust cleared, the circualr pod became clearer. It's door lowered down, and out stepped a rather muscular man with wild long black hair and grey eyes. What looked like a furry black belt was around his waist, and he wore a blue glass device on his eye. He glanced around. ~~

Annie's eyebrow shot up in confusion as she took in the appreance of the man. She'd never seen anything like him before. She blinked twiced and gently pushed herself to her feet, looking at him curiously.
