It's not even WildWildWestCon 2011 and I'm working on my pet project for 2012 which will be a Steampunk Freakshow. So here's the think I don't have a lot of ideas at the moment for acts. Feel free to chime in and add to existing ideas on things you would like to see.
Ideas thus far: Steampunk-cyborg Strongman act Reptile handler Siamese Twins (I'll have to find a pair of twins willing to help but movie makeup and latex means they don't have to be actually conjoined)

That's a wonderful idea we'll have to raid the Halloween shops for prosthesis.

You need a juggler and/or a clown. But I'm not sure how to make them Steampunk The human cannon would be good too

*grin* Masks with gears and body-painted hinges FTW....I was a masked clockwork doll for Halloween so that was a no-brainer.

Bearded ladiiiiiies! Or something of the sort. Looking back at the Barnum and Bailey's Circus train that ran around the American countryside, I keep thinking of fabricated beasties, like the Fiji Mermaid and such. Lion Tamer? Without an arm. Cause lions are a dangerous pet to keep :3

Kurisu of the Hellfire Hmm, ideas..... might be cliche but, air pirates? Maybe as what the people involved in do when they aren't on stage but I suspect WildWildWestCon has a surplus of that flavor of brigand.

oooh... good idea on the knife/sword act. I actually have a wide variety of friends with diverse and sometimes perverse talents.
...This now has me wondering if an act of a girl dual-wielding bullwhips and taking out roses or ringing bells from around a live person would be a good act.

Dual-wielding bullwhips taking out roses? That would be so awesome. If she's good enough, have her snuff out a candle with the end of the whip. It's a bit of a classic whip trick, but still amazing nonetheless.
Going along with the fabricated beasties idea, you could get some odd-looking creatures floating in jars and call them anything from mermaids to dragons, to the worm pulled from the intestines of a Malaysian man. There are some tutorials on BrassGoggles for making realistic little things in jars.
