Jean Grey
a.k.a Phoenix
Jean pulled back from Logan, she had confessed her love to him. But at what cost? she didn't want to have people fear her. The Phoenix was a source of limitless power, that caused fear to others and much more. Jean couldn't bear to have the children nor Logan fear her everyday, every waking moment....
But now that the Phoenix and her were one, in mind and body, what could she do? this was all she could think of, what to do to protect them all. She would go to space, where her power wouldn't effect anyone. Where she would be Guardian of Creation, and protect the planets and energy around it.
This was the most hardest thing Jean Grey had to do. She clenched her eyes shut as she looked at Logan.
"How can I live with myself.........and look at the people around me that I love dearly, that show me fear..... she said. Again she placed a gentle kiss against his lip, as fast as it came, it disappeared.
She backed up while looking at Logan, silent tears fell. She then turned around, and blasted into the sky, her form taking on a giant fire bird once more, as she headed to an unknown place that was in space.....
"I am the Guardian of Creation"
