I wanna write a fanfiction, but I can't think of any ideas. It could be a word, or an actual plot. -hates writers block-

Well, if you're just getting into writing stories and stuff, then fanfics are good to start. I wrote a couple fanfics, now I'm working on a novel. Heres a few tips that I find helpful, sorry I don't have any plot ideas.
Sympathize - Try to make sure the reader sympathizes with the main character
Foreshadowing - Have a set goal in mind of where you want the story to go, and use foreshadowing as a way to get the feel of the book.
Good Intro - If you write a good intro, then the rest of the book will almost write itself. Don't be afraid to crumple everything up and start over if it gets too hard.
Realism - Try to make the characters believable, even if it is the weirdest plot/setting ever written, people will be able to relate to the characters more if they are more realistic and detailed.
Hope this helps.

Try your hand at alternate universes. make the main cast a group of super heroes or try to picture them in ancient Rome. Give them a dungeons and dragons fantasy quest.
Anything to get writing again will do. I'm writing a novel now but whenever I get stuck I RP on Gaia or I do one-shot fanfics. Just stay positive about your writing and don't put too much pressure on yourself,
