NAME THE GUILD MULE
It's high time this guild had a mule (why did I just think 'dragon'?).
The guild mule will be used for official guild communication. Also, donations will be directed to the mule so it can be used for competition prizes and so forth.
Since our mule's name is incrediby important, we're going to hold a contest to choose it.
This thread will be open for two weeks to take in suggestions for a name. (Each member is allowed up to three suggestions). Voting will then be open to all members for a week after that.
Since we started the poll two days late, the closing date for voting will be a week from now, either on February 9th 2011. Sorry!
We're offering 10k to the member with the winning name. That's 10,000 gold to the winning name.

I'm going with the obvious: Eragon.
It works on two levels, it is the hero's name, but also that of the elf, Eragon, who was the first dragon rider.
Otherwise I'd go random and offer Solembum. That cat was awesome.

Thaliat Everwood I'm going with the obvious: Eragon. It works on two levels, it is the hero's name, but also that of the elf, Eragon, who was the first dragon rider. Otherwise I'd go random and offer Solembum. That cat was awesome.

How about "Du Könungr Freohr," which translates into "Death to the King" (Galbatorix).
Or Kuthain, since the rock of Kuthain hold the Vault of Souls.
Or Bid'daum, the first Eragon's dragon.

OK, my third suggestion is Eternal Brom (cuz he's not quite just in stone anymore, but in crystal so that "time cannot ravage him" or something along those lines)...actually, no, I just realized how lame that sounds. I unsuggest it.

However, so far we're only allowing three suggestions per member.
The limit was put in place to provide an equal chance for everyone and also to simply limit the number of suggestions so the subsequent voting would be easier. smile The downfall of this is that...well, there are less suggestions.
But within the timeframe that we're accepting suggestions, you're perfectly capable of changing your three suggestions as long as you let us know.
I'll contact Minae when it isn't 4AM her time and we'll see if there's merit in removing the limit but until we decide otherwise, could you please go through your suggestions and pick out your top three?
