It seemed much too good of a day to not go shopping. The Envy demon had debated on whether or not he should indulge himself with some new fashions or not, but he soon figured why not? He would not be breaking his word to Carry and it was safe enough. And he wouldn't truly be shopping for himself, either, so all the better, right? Once he was ready, he decided Luka needed some more training and took him along with. There was a place he could let him romp and play with other pets along the way; and he'd learn some more obedience tips from the place as well. Luka needed them, sadly enough. So by the time he had finally arrived, the first place he had stopped by had been the nearest cafe for a drink and snack.

As usual, the place was teeming with those as eager to shop as he was and for a moment, he paused to just enjoy the energy. Here, the aura of Envy and jealousy were strong and it was quite... refreshing to be in a place where it was so potent. It wasn't as fulfilling as he had thought it would be at the school. Though he wouldn't say anything, it was a deep disappointment to him. And it made him get tired a lot... so this was a refreshing place to be. Now... where would one go to find proper attire for a child? Sipping his iced drink through his dark green straw, he pondered this as he strolled along.

Click to show.Rarely, Foehn left the school dorms - his Masters had sent him to the school to learn his place or some ridiculous crap like that and they had insisted that he stay there. But sometimes...he just had to get out. Get away from the burning eyes of the professors...the creepy feeling that he was being watched all of the time - and the strange politik of the student body. Bodies. Half-bodies, in some cases.

Whatever. Foe had gone to the mall to pick up some supplies and also just to get out. His long fingers were blunted, dulled so as not to cut anything he didn't wish to cut (twice he'd had to leave a store when the urge to slash some idiotic shopper became too strong for him to bear. The whispers, the glances: he was shiny, he was made of metal! And...he looked like a girl. A flat-chested girl made of metal...shopping in the boy's section was bound to catch some attention - entirely unwanted.

The one place he wanted to go into...was the 'knife store'. Marlow's. But he was far, far too young to purchase anything, he didn't have the money to spare for what he would have wanted even if he could have gotten something...and the clerk really didn't like the lovingly possessive way he mooned over the stock. It creeped him out or something - and that was saying something!

Even so, Foehn was standing with one metallic hand pressed delicately against the glass, the other holding a bag with the clothing he'd managed to pick out between the whispers and crap from other shoppers. He was looking in at the knives, swords and various implements with a longing that one rarely saw outside of starving people regarding a sandwich just out of reach.

It was then, as he was passing by Marlow's, that he spotted someone he had yet to see before. At first, he would have just assumed he was a random shopper but the skull pin on his outfit meant otherwise. Ah, another student? How... odd, he was quite certain that he had never seen him before Mainly because he would be damned if he forgot someone who looked made of metal! His lips firmly pursed about his straw, he drank from it slowly as his step slowed, his eyes looking the student over.

A rather interesting style of dress, he had to admit... and all the metal things stick out of his hair was... he wasn't quite sure what it was but he liked it well enough. Liked it enough to decide he was going to go over and say something about it. Since shyness was rarely part of his general demeanor, it wouldn't have made sense for him to keep walking by.

And so he did, stopping next to the boy, ever studying him more and more. He did look a bit.. girly, but that was fine. It was very easy to tell this was a boy. A boy who seemed to be liking.. sharp things? He would have wondered why until he saw his hands and he got his answer. But another soon took up its place. What in Jack's name was he? "I like your outfit. Who designed it? Or did you design it yourself?" He knew many a good tailor and draftsmen, and he even gave a bit of a wave to the man who ran Marlow's, as he was a contact. "Like his works? His craftsmanship is rather spot-on, I say. Ah, but where are my manners. I'm Livi, Livi Addams. We go to the same school..."
