In the large clearing on top of a high cliff over looking the ocean where her family nested she ran back and fourth full tilt, her tiny wings flapping as hard as she could manage. she was trying desperately to learn how to fly all on her own. Of With her poor eye sight and clumsy foal legs she did more high speed tripping than anything.
Her two brothers had wondered off not long ago to go get something to nibble at as they knew she was safe here so close to the cliff. After all mother and father were just one worried whinny away down on the sandy shore.
After a particularly bad a** over tea kettle fall she just laid there resting for a moment with a troubled look.
"i just don't understand why these lumpy things (rocks) keep moving in my way they don't do it to anyone else!" she whined "why does nature hate me so much."
