- Heihachi's resurrection holds the power of abnormal water. He is able to generate water up to 400° C without it turning to steam(vapor) or -400°C without it freezing. However, he is able to change the state of water as he wishes. Controlling the water, he can execute devastating attacks while also having near complete control over water from other swords. In this state his is able to completely manipulate rivers/oceans/lakes, any type of body of water.
- たいようなみ ('Taiyōnami' Ocean Wave') Creates a large amount of water around Heihachi which then forms into a neptune planet shape sphere in his hand which he releases. Holds substantial destructive power, while seeming to be a water attack, it can easily break through thick steel walls. It holds the element of water, so it can it can be used against mighty fire abilities, upon hitting an object, if so desired by Heihachi, it can send forth a massive amount of water in mere seconds. -This video best displays this attack- Neptune Deep Sumberge
こごと ('Kogoto' Scolding') Surrounded by a large funnel of water. The temperature reaches 200° C maximum, he is able to control this water, changing its shape and direction using his hands. He is also able to transform it into a steam at 340° C, though once transformed, the steam will revert back into water at 25° C in only a short amount of time.
イルビエンド ('Hirviendo' Boiling') Heihachi points his finger out and instantly boils any form of water that comes close to it, including ice, and deflects it around himself.
フリーズ ('Furiizu' Freeze') Similar to his Hirviendo technique, Heihachi points his finger out and instantly freezes any water coming near him. However, the difference is that he is also able to generate water that is -150° C without it changing states. The water does not freeze, but whatever passes through it does instantly.
