According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider.com. World Wrestling Entertainment is in the starting process of filing a copyright infringement lawsuit with Juggalo Championship Wrestling over their "JWO" stable. The JWO was formed in September 2007 by Scott Hall. The issues in the lawsuit implies that it was not a parody and they intend to take the highest of legal action. Another thing listed in the lawsuit is the illegal use of the Rockhouse theme which was used as the entrance music for the New World Order stable in both WCW and WWE. The Rockhouse theme was composed by Frank Shelley in 1996. Juggalo Championship Wrestling is owned by Psychopathic sports which is a subsidiary of Psychopathic Records which both are owned by Bill Dail. This would be the 2nd high profile lawsuit brought upon the company in the last 6 months.
Now if the JWO was a parody than this lawsuit would be thrown out. It should be really noted that back in 1996 WCW attempted to sue ECW over the BWO Stable. That lawsuit was thrown out once it was found out that it was indeed a Parody.
