He is the leader of Oogie's Boys, and takes pride in his position, getting angry when someone esle leads. Despite easily getting upset when his position as a leader is taken, or when he's insulted, he does follow others when he cannot think of his own ideas. He still, however, adores being the leader, and taking on the largest roles.
