The cream mare walked aimlessly through the snow covered field feeling in high spirits for once in her life. She was happy again. After meeting Kore and spending a lot of time with him, she seemed to have found her soul once more. He made her feel whole again even though they only spoke a few times. She simply was trying her hardest not to get her hopes up again. She remembered what happened the last time she did that. Three times in a row it all went badly. She hated it. She hated how those feelings still lingered within her. She couldn’t take it much longer. She really couldn’t. She wanted to be rid of them and hoped one day someone else would take the place of them. She wanted someone that would actually stay with her and treat her right.
Sighing lightly at the thoughts, she stopped walking eying the footprints she had left behind. She really wanted to have some form of fun today. With a smile creeping on her muzzle, she continued on before getting the strange feeling of someone around. She didn't know if they were friend or foe, but she wasn't the type to just ignore them. She stopped and looked around hesitantly before sighing.
"Hello..?"
She called out waiting for a voice to answer her.

Soft panting was the only sound heard from the mare as she ripped at her new meal. The snow littered ground had made it easy for the small mare to lurk then catch her prey. Crimson tainted the once pure white snow. As Morana glared around, she noticed something and smiled a little as she let the limp carcass fall to the ground.
The blood in the mare was now pumping and she wanted more of a challenge. A voice in her head told her to attack whatever was in her sight. It was the perfect time. Winter made it easy for the mare to stalk her prey until the perfect moment.
As she peeked out from the forest, she noticed the unicorn mare and let a low growl rumble in her chest. The trees surrounding her glared at her as though they knew what she was thinking, but she paid them no mind. Oh she would have fun with this mare who seemed to be only slightly bigger than the unikalona. "Oh, why hello there~ What are you doing all by your lonesome?" Morana asked as she slowly circled the mare, taking note of any weak points she would have. A little fun never hurt anyone...

The cream colored mare eyed the uni kalona with both worry and curiosity. She loved how she looked and more then anything she loved that she was a uni. Even though there was an evil side to her, but maybe there wasn't? She met Kore after all and he looked evil, but wasn't? Maybe she was the same way? "I'm simply traveling around. I suppose I can't do that can I?" She asked the mare as she saw the blood spattered all over her body like she was a corpse or something. "Did I disturb you?" She asked as she dug one hoof into the soft snow. She wasn't too afraid because she had met another like her and he wasn't all that threatening either. Though somewhere deep in her mind she didn't think this mare was going to be all that nice. She knew there was something off about her. She didn't know what or if there even was something off about her.
"I find it interesting that your kalona and uni. Something so holy and then something so vile and evil." She spoke softly to her and didn't mean to offend her in any way, but probably knew she did. "I'm sorry..I didn't mean to say that. Forgive me. I don't dislike kalona's at all. In fact I find all breeds very interesting and unique." She nodded trying to make it sound better then before.

Morana giggled madly as she stared at the cream colored mare. Her heavy winter coat was something Morana noted closely. It was a source of protection, but it wouldn't protect her from the fangs the unikalona mare possessed. Her spaded tail lashed back and forth as her pure white eyes stared back at the mare with an insane gleam in them. "I wouldn't say you disturbed me. You simply... intrigued me." She licked her fangs as her cloven hoof dug at the snow and her ears twitched every now and then.
She smiled as she listened to the mare's words and she shook her head. "Kalona are vial and evil and uni are supposedly the sweetest of beings. Put them together and what have you got? Me." Her eyes locked on the mare and she felt a dark smile tug at the corners of her mouth.

Hydro tilted her head a little bit wondering if this meant the mare was kind or just down right evil. "I see..well that isn't a bad mix is it?" She asked the mare before shaking her head and sighing lightly. "I'm Hydro. What is your name?" She asked her in a kind sweet voice, but wasn't expecting a name back because she still sensed like something was completely off with this mare. She didn't want to ask her either. That was the last thing she wanted to do because it might enrage her or something. She noticed the way her eyes were looking at her and it made her feel a little uneasy. She stepped back away from her some with her ears slowly flattening to her head. "Why are you looking at me like that..?" She asked her still stepping backwards feeling fear start to creep up into her. There really was no way she could defend herself other then kick or try to stab her with her horn, but it might break off. She felt helpless and the continued stare from the mare made goosebumps rise on her skin.

The unikalona's tail lashed wildly as she continued to stare at the mare and she shrugged her shoulders. "You tell me." At the question, she giggled madly once more and shook her head. "I prefer not to know the name of my next meal." As the cream colored unicorn mare stepped back, Morana snapped at her, her fangs making a loud clicking noise as they snapped together. She licked her fangs as she giggled once more. When the mare took a step back, Morana took a step forward, keeping the same distance between them. "Oh what a quick and fun game this will be~ I'll be the cat and you can be the mouse. The mouse doesn't usually last very long, though." Her ears continued to flip back and forth as she spoke with a childlike tone.

Hydro heard the female making her eyes go even wider with fear. She somehow knew it would come to this. Now that fear was nearly paralyzing her body she didn't know what else to do. Run or die? They were her only two options really because fighting was out of the question completely. She didn't realize it at first, but she ran. Ran as fast away from her as she could with no idea where she was running to. Her mind was completely blank and thick with fear. The only thing she wanted to do now was survive. "Help! Someone help me!" She called out with all her might and strength thinking this female was probably going to kill her in one swift move if she had to.
(( Also I think Kore should enter here right? o3o ))

Some time had passed since Kore's last meeting with the easily interested mare named Hydro. What a peculiar female she was, and one thing that he simply couldn't get enough of was the affect she had on his Mistress. He found it amusing now to listen to her vent inside his mind whenever Kore got to close to her. For whatever reasons she wanted him to stay away from her more than anything else in the world. He wouldn't listen though. Why? Well, because Hydro made him feel normal, or at least as normal as a mutant could feel. It was this feeling that the stallion had been missing for so long, or perhaps he never knew it in the first place.
He slowly dragged his hooves in the snow, leaving skidded trails just for the occasional tracker to be boggled by them. The thought tickled his senses. "Pick up your feet you filthy animal," mistress chimed in his mind and Kore let out a huff and started to walk more neatly. "You're such a party pooper, you know that Mistress? You never let me have any f-" he paused for a split second and let his ears swivel around. "What is that? Did you hear it?" He asked his mistress and glanced around, fully alert. "Oh, it was probably a dull witted child playing. Lets hurry, before they run into you and scream their head of, yes?" He huffed at her harsh judgment and shook his head. "That wasn't a child..." he noted and stood still in the snow.
The cries got louder and louder until finally he registered in his mind who it was who was screaming for help. "Hydro," he muttered in surprise and widened his eyes. Like lightening he darted towards the commotion and found her panicking in a full out sprint. He caught up with her and halted her by standing before her. "Hydro, what's the matter? What spooked you?" He tilted his head and neared her body, trying to nuzzle the fear out of her. He didn't know what came over him but this just seemed like the right way to calm her. Not that he had experience in comforting before, therefore his touches were awkward and his movements a bit hesitant. Sadly, he was completely unaware of the beast that was chasing her tail.

Morana laughed as though she were a foal playing an innocent game and watched the mare run off. Soon, the small unikalona took off in the direction at a slow gallop. She watched the tan mare dart off in any random direction. The bloodied mare slowed her pace when she noticed the large grey and blue stallion approach the unicorn mare.
A growl rumbled in her chest as she watched the stallion nuzzle the mare then she smiled slightly. "Hm... so the mouse has a protector?" Morana asked as her spaded tail swayed slowly back and forth. Something seemed familiar about the protector... wasn't he red previously? She pushed away the thought as she stared at the larger stallion with a menacing glare.

Hydro eyed Kore closely when he came into sight before turning her eyes back to the female hybrid that scared her more then anything. She never felt such fear before in her life and it was embarrassing to show this in front of Kore. She didn't like doing so at all. She liked to be strong on her own without help. "She wants to kill me Kore...help me.." She spoke softly with fear in her voice that was so noticeable even Morgana probably could tell. She rose to her feet and looked to the mare hearing her words. She felt weak right now and more then that she couldn't do anything to stop this all from happening. She eyed them both before backing up a little bit and nuzzling Kore's neck very gently. "Please be careful...I don't want you to get harmed because of me." She told him softly before stepping further away from the two. She didn't want to get too involved and didn't need to get injured. "Kore please be on your guard...she looks mean." She said to him with her ears flattening to her head.

Gentle were his touches against the terrified mare. He certainly didn't want to alarm her anymore than she already was or she might roll over and die from fright. "Shh, it's alright. I'm here now..." he cooed to her. Which was an odd thing to hear indeed. The gruffness of his natural voice molded into this softness was confusing to say the least, but at least his heart was in the right place. In the back of his mind his mistress was groaning with sarcastic remarks that only Kore could tune in on, but he was glad to say he had the upper hand on her lately.
Suddenly, a foreign figure came into view, speaking in a snake like voice. Something that caused his skin to crawl. She must be the one who frightened his dear friend. "So you're the one who threatened to eat my poor Hydro?" He wasn't sure on why he called her his. It just came out of instinct he supposed. This sent off a flag for his Mistress though and she quickly piped up, "YOUR Poor Hydro?! I think not! I am yours! Not Her! Not that--" "Enough!" he shouted, appearing to have one of this mental break downs as he panted from the mental struggle of pushing his Mistress away, his eyes had never left Morana though, because that would have been a mistake indeed. Never let your guard down.
When the soft nuzzles of Hydro retreated from his neck he knew she sunk back to a safe distance. Good. That's where he wanted her to stay. Out of harms reach. "I'll be fine Hydro. Just stay where you are," he continued his comforting, turning his head slightly over his shoulder, but eyes never falling away from Morana's "Why don't you run off? There's no meal for you here." He spoke in a stern voice, wanting to avoid any conflict if he could. If not then he would have to prove to her he had these spikes and pointed teeth for a reason.
