I'm always afraid to talk to other people (except a few friends) because I can't stop thinking I'm too ugly or too creepy to do so. For the few people I talk to, they tell me I'm not that bad but I can't stop thinking otherwise. Like, are autistic and bisexual people able to make friends in a catholic school? If I'm not as bad as they tell me, how do I overcome this sense of everyone hating on me and become more approachable?

You have to learn to love yourself and be confident eitherwise it may be hard for others to like you back. That being said, all you need to do (I know, easier said than done), is step out of your comfort zone just a little bit everyday (or every week, whichever you're more comfortable with). By this I mean maybe tomorrow, try walking around without looking at the ground, try looking a few people in the eyes and smiling, and later on start saying hi to people you may not know very well, and just slowly continue from there! Why do you ask if autistic people can make friends in a catholic school, autistic people can make friends anywhere as long as they have developed their social skills!

Hey. I have been in the same perdicament you have been in with thinking that i was a lesser than the people i wanted to be acquainted with. But the thing is that you dont have to change yourself to what others veiw as a perfect friend. But to be approachable you have to be comfident in yourself but there is a thin line between errogant and confident remember that and also there is a thin line between being youself/confident and changing yourself for people you probably wont know in five years. One other major key is knowing that this confidence journey is a long one if you know that it is going to take a while to build confidence back up then you'll be ready to face your social life trust me i'm going through it myself. Good luck!
