The moment you walk into the classroom, you feel like you are almost in an entirely different world. Rich, dark colours fill the room, and at it's center is what appears to be a long, slender dinner table. Highly ornate chairs line each side, and at the head sat another, even more extravagant than the others. Just beyond the table, there appeared to be a... dance floor?
Before you get a chance to step yet another foot in, you notice a small table, and a note set atop it. It reads :
"Before you enter, please realize that semi-formal clothing is a requirement to enter this class. Dress shirts for the boils, skirts for ghouls. You will be turned away otherwise. No Exceptions."
It's then than you feel it. Someone looking you over. As you turn from the table, you notice a figure sitting at the head of the table. A woman seems to have appeared, and is clearly taking stock of you and your appearance.
Best hope you meet the dress code.

You're in luck, the woman turns her gaze from you, favouring to stroke the head of a small, black pygmy fox. Clearly you at least passed the dress code requirement at this junction. As you start to head over towards the table, and find yourself suddenly faced with a large, rather irritated looking apparition. Well, as irritated as an apparition with no face from the nose up can look. The frown seemed to be a dead giveaway however. In one of it's large hands, it held a thick piece of decorated paper. In the other, a small, silver pen.
The apparition offers both in your direction, but says nothing. Upon closer inspection you see that it is, simply, a sign-up sheet.
"You'd do well to sign that, before taking a seat." you hear the woman speak from her seat, "Xypher does not take well to people showing up... unannounced, per say." Looking back at 'Xypher', you decide she's probably right.
Better just sign there on the dotted line.
With that done, Xypher moves aside, and allows you to take your seat. The woman you assume is the professor is awfully quiet for the moment, she seems to just be watching as people slowly seem to filter in.

For now, the professor is simply sitting in her chair while students get settled and filter in. Feel free to interact with others. Once sign-ups finish (or after a day or so) the professor will begin with the course.

The first person to filter in was a dracolich. He was wearing a formal shirt, but it happened to be mostly covered by a decidedly informal jacket. Xypher's mouth twisted into an unusually bitter frown as it proffered the pen and paper, but the undead didn't seem to notice, too busy trying to quell whatever was moving around in his backpack. With a quick if wide sweep of his clawed hand, Aymet got his name scribbled down. He scurried to find a seat that was close enough to see what the teacher was doing but far enough away to give everyone else the impression he totally didn't care.

Not far after the first student was yet another of the undead variety, talons clicking softly on the floor as he strode forward. At least he attempted to dress nice, granted it was damp and smelled a bit like salt. The boil had even attempted to comb his hair into order, but his repeated attempts to smooth it down by running it between his talons only made it messier. He added his name to the list and clicked his way over to where Aymet went, taking a seat near him. He proceeded to noisily root around in his backpack for his school supplies.

Riley felt perfectly dressed for this class. Her armored chest and long, flowing skirt always gave off a look of elegance and poise - as did the ghoul wearing them. Therefore, she didn't feel the need to change to suit the class, and found herself signing the form with small, but ornate strokes, and slipping into a seat with ease.
This would be an easy A.

It had become painfully clear that she needed this class. Painfully clear. Amrita had tried her best to be fancy, wearing a dress that reached her knees, one that Livi had approved of and even going as far as to take the time to put up her hair. Sure there were sticks in it, but she thought it was a nice touch! As always she did not wear any form of shoes; shoes were awkward, and they didn't fit so well nor look very nice on her reversed feet. So, shoes were a no-go. Hoping she would be allowed in was rather stressful, but when it seemed that she wasn't getting turned away, she quickly scribbled her name on the list and moved to take a seat of her own.

This looked to be right up here alley! As soon as Kasumi heard about an etiquette class, she hurriedly followed the corridors until she found it. Now this was her calling! She'd love to learn more about class and culture. This would be amazing! She hurriedly scrawled her name on the sign-in sheet, eager to get this started. She wore a simple white dress, something better than her previous hospital gown, but she was still unable to find shoes. Good thing she wasn't the only one!

Ren had absolutely no idea why he was in this class.
For one thing, it was on culture (since when did he care about culture?) and for another thing it was on etiquette (since when was that even important?). As a gryphon Ren was already used to being forced into acting a certain way - they were, after all, a very proud and dignified race who lived for keeping up appearances - but he had never particularly cared about looking good for others - what was the point.
He found himself in the class only because his parents had found out about it and told him that they would pay him more moolah if he went and "actually learned about being civil for once." Ren did not care in the slightest about acting civil, but he did care about the money, so reluctantly he put on a pair of black dress slacks, a black dress shirt, and black dress shoes, dragging himself into the classroom and looking completely unenthusiastic about the entire thing.
Once he got to his desk he immediately put his head down and slept.

Posture and choosing the correct fork? No problem. Barth was relieved, in fact. He was worried he might have to end up taking that gardening class (so much digging). He clothes were, fortunately, always high-end, if the color scheme was on the grubby side. He was wearing dark grey today, with boots, a jacket, a sash, and a loosely-tied bow-tie.

She had mistaken "A Touch of Class" for "A Touching Class", arriving with her mouth open in a smile. Aw well.
Looking the sign-up sheet over, Natalia poked at 'Ren's' name with her finger. Copy cat. She used orange pens all the time!!! At least he was here; she liked touching him. Bending forward to write her name neatly on the sheet, the monster searched around for her gryphon pal before approaching.

When Christof had seen the sign for the class, he had become very excited. Etiquette and culture was something an Igor should always know about, he was told that countless times when he was young. They had their place in life, and knowing the proper behavior to keep in front of any given Master, Mistress or their company was detrimental. He wanted to make a good impression, after all! But formal attire was a more difficult task for the young boil who owned very little. The night before the class he set to work modifying an old suit jacket he had found to fit him better, his best trousers and the hat his Master had given him for special occasions. He left his scarf at home, it had become too dingy from his late night gallivanting, and so his stitched mouth was hidden behind a clean cravat instead, with his best vest. Hopefully he looked sharp enough for the teacher, although he was sure by a lot of the Demons' standards he was looking downright dingy. All in all he thought he looked fairly snazzy.

Holly disliked dressing up, why'd she even attend this class? It sounded interesting at least, minus the dressing up. She added a skirt on over her PJs. There, now she was wearing a skirt. She looked at the list closer. Great. She noticed a few of the names from the game the other night. This would prove to be exciting. Holly didn't care much at all so she'd just sit down anywhere since she didn't know any of the other ghouls by name anyway.

Dress up properly? He always dressed up properly! Finally a class he felt he could truly get into! Ah... what's this? Excellent, his little protege is taking the initiative! Very good, very good. He'll have to sit with her... just for fun of course. (Just put Livi at 11 cause I dun wanna re-do it XD)
