Using a lighter, a Super Soaker, a firearm of any kind, a flashlight, any form of computing technology, almost any musical instrument, any article of modern clothing, any vehicle, any piece of jewelry, any piece of armor, any collapsible object, any retractable object, any modern light source, any piece of worked glass (like those fake gems you find in craft stores, for example), any variation of the Burning Mirror or the technique used by little kids burning ants or hot dogs with a magnifying glass, any obviously worked material, any modern child's toy, any TV show, VHS, DVD, or video game, or almost any object encountered in modern human society, you can impress the s**t out of any caveman you happen to run into.
Also, according to someone, I am in fact a blue water person. I always thought of myself as fire, really. Red and fire. How odd.

fire people are full of vigor and never give in, water just takes what life gives them, ice (though a form of water in real life, it is considerd seperate in most of these type charts) tends to spread their emotionz easily through water people but are turned away from fire, earth is unmoving and loyal, wiind is fickel and free.

So what would you consider the various members of the guild? And yourself.

I'd rather not judge anyone, especially not using some superstitious elemental power system.

ChiRubian If you guys wanna talk about elements, I happen to be rather fond of hydrogen. biggrin I like oxygen, myself. Also copper. Apparently, copper sulfide, when thrown into a fire, will turn said fire green.

Raven Winter I like oxygen, myself. Also copper. Apparently, copper sulfide, when thrown into a fire, will turn said fire green. We did that experiment in chem class sophomore year, it worked. That was basically the only fun we ever had in that class, because our teacher was boring and hated chemistry.
Soryiu: Are the typos in your post intentional? Because if not then that illustrates your point very nicely. XD

Why in the world would a chemistry teacher hate chemistry? That's dorky. Chemistry allows us to vaporize gummy bears.... scientifically.

Soryiu: I'm sorry. D:
Raven (or whatever it is you prefer to be called now. I'm used to thinking of you as Jack): I dunno, but she was a biology major who admitted to us that she hated chemistry, but needed the job. As you can imagine, this made our learning experience simply sublime. Honestly, I haven't had a good high school science teacher since biology freshman year. Don't even get me started on physics class last year. This year's anatomy class is a joke. We have a book intended for college majors, and a class full of buffoons who act like they're still in middle school. Our teacher gives us long, convoluted explanations to otherwise simple concepts, and tends to ignore us as much as possible. Coincidentally enough, she also took the job because she needed it.
My painting of Zoog from Angelspit and Emilie Autumn is halfway finished. I'm excited for the final product. whee

I have no preference, actually. Jack, Raven, Christian, and Lord High Master of All that is Real serve equally well.
Uninterested teachers! Yeeaaaah! They have a way to make class fun and engaging which is truly beyond the grasp of those who genuinely enjoy their job. Actually, my favorites are the teachers who enjoy the job, don't like most of the children, and are intelligent enough to utilize sarcasm in such a way as to express their malice such that only those to whom it is not directed are capable of recognizing it. They typically have highly entertaining classes, due to the combination of educational material and a masterfully-wielded rapier of irony. They also usually have a tendency to point out contradictions and points of black humor in what they teach, which is also a plus.
Meanwhile, the extent of my utilized artistic talent consists of stick figure-based comics with little or no background detail and few personal features -- although, to my credit, the stick figures are posed in realistic positions. And I did do that drawing of Pac-Man and the Masters of the Universe today in Psychology. Amusing fact: my general level of applied artistic talent is almost always proportionate to the length of my classes. I listen, of course; I just listen while drawing.
