Sunset meant 'mid-day' for Kifalmen'Koto, as creatures settled down to sleep he began his stalking for his first meal of the day. With his stomach growling almost louder than his thoughts could resonate in his head he was on full alert like a playful kitten with wide eyes set onto the world.

Before he could hear the footsteps of another creature, he saw a green, blue and white figure in the distance. Unfortunately in this flat plane there was no where to hide but the trees far off yonder. The strength he had in his body was to be used for fighting or hunting, certainly not fleeing.

There the lion stood, continuing walking in a direction sure to cross paths with the lion. But behind it stood the prime hunting grounds. Here we go..

With his pink mane held up high, he continued on his path, on alert. His pink eyes kept calm, though he was preparing himself in his head.

He nodded at the lion, hoping that there would be a nod back. The last time a situation like this arose, Koto limped away, but the other lion forever rested. Hopefully violence would not be the answer this time. Please nod back.

Matter of fact, the two lions sort of looked... Similar. In that.. Distant cousin kind of similar.
