Personality: Jareth is a sweet guy, really. Or he likes to think so. But no one really knows about that because of a few... well... a few issues. He's not sure what happened to make him into his ghostly form, but he does know this: that he hates to be away from his modified (aka hacked) game boy (Sandy has some naughty elves working for him... maybe they're really gnomes in disguise?). Maybe it's due to this attachment that he loves all things game related... and Labyrinth. Don't get him started... Socially awkward, he tries his best to just not be noticed in crowded areas if he can help it. But a generally sweet thing, he doesn't like bad things to happen to good people. Too bad he just can't show it properly. Please read below:

Due to not being an overly assertive type of person, Jareth has the horrible talent for stuttering almost every word he speaks if he's around people. Or more like WHEN than IF. He knows a vast amount of things game related, but he has no proper skills in being able to say it properly. This habit gets worse in the presence of a ghoul.. of any type. He'll even get so tongue-tied that he won't be able to look away from her face! But he'll still try to talk if he can, just have patience with him...

Despite his OCD hoarder self (please see below), in the back of his mind, he knows it's good to share or help others out. If it's gamer related, he'll definitely step up to do that. Need help leveling? He's your man. Lost your walk through book? Borrow his (just please bring it back the same way it had been given, kthanx!! And also, let him get it and don't just get it yourself... he'll feel better >> ). need help making up a D&H character? He'll definitely help you out! New to gaming and wanna learn? He'll teach you! He does it for no sense of reward. Truthfully, he won't want any. To see another person truly enjoy gaming is enough for him. Just don't hug him or something... he'll just faint.
One Track Mind
If nothing else, he knows what he likes to do and can be easily accused of wearing blinders. His world revolves around one main staple: Games. D&H, video games, board games, any kind of game that doesn't truly involve having to be himself, he's very enthused to do. It's truly where he begins to shine and show that he does have a bright, imaginative and creative mind to use... and it's the only time he's not truly stuttering. He's able to handle other people as long as he's allowed to talk to them while staring at the screen or board he's playing with. This is truly, for now, the main way he can adjust to other people and attempt to make friends.
B-b-but... Li-Lin-linkus d-d-d-d-oesn't think it's a... g-g-g-good idea...
The other thing he tends to listen to is "Linkus', his modified scream-boy that he's never without. Due to the blast and being changed around, the box gained a rather unfavorable disposition. When it feels like it, it'll spew game knowledge or maybe some words (whether they're nice words or not depends on its mood) at its leisure. When in his room, Linkus talks more openly to Jareth, attempting to help him but given its harsh way of phrasing things, it's quite possible that it's doing more damage than good. He tends to listen to that thing more than anything else, as its his constant companion. It also is picky about when it allows Jareth to use it to either a; battle or b; just play games in general. Typically, some kind of bribe or soothing is required. It's a prima-dona >>
Hoarder
He could almost rival a Greed Demon when it comes to things he likes. Game action figures, posters, that rare collector's edition? He'll want it, somehow obtain it and love on it forever. Things not meant to be truly opened? He won't open it. Limited edition comic book version of his favorite game? Two copies will be bought; one to read and the other to hold onto in mint condition. Everything will have its place and though, at first glance, his room might appear chaotic, it is actually neat; everything properly labeled and placed with like things. In a sense, he's almost OCD about it and if something is out of place, it would bother him until he fixed it. And having others rifling through his possessions makes him edgy but he tries (tries really REALLY hard) to not freak out until he's alone. Doesn't always succeed at that though.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? He wants to make friends, really he does. That and to grow strong enough so that he's not trying to swallow down the urge to run screaming whenever he's caught in a hallway with too many people. Now he's not too clear as to why he's in Halloween Town at all, he plans to make the most of it... and to gain some more games in the process!
FEAR: Press A to attack, B to Defend
Using Linkus, he'll put in a game cartridge and depending on what it is, can summon a ghostly apparition of either a hero, monster or villain to the battlefield. Using the scream-boy, he can control that character to fight in his stead, using either a to attack or b to defend. Starting off, he can only keep the summoned out for about five minutes max and afterwards, is unable to use the ability at all until he can catch his breath, as it really takes the fight out of him. For the start,he can only summon once per battle, but as he gains confidence, he'll be able to hold the summon for longer and also summon more than one time per battle; as well as get stronger in general and gain more buttons to click.
NOTE: Since he's still learning how to use any sort of ability at all, this FEAR will be mainly used as defense for right now. Hopefully as he progresses through school, he'll learn about the attacking part of it all.

Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Unknown; it's actually unknown if he has any true sense of eyes at all, but obviously he can see just fine.
Hair Colour/Style: Messy and rather unkempt, he hides the fact that his roots are pitch black with his hat, showing just the blond parts.
Skin Colour: Pale... the boy is a recluse and used to being in areas with no light. being a ghost didn't really change that about him.
Clothing Style/Colours: He likes to wear things that don't get him noticed, so more toned down shades suit him fine. But he hates to be without his hat and any clothing he does own gets covered in game arts; either by buttons or iron on designs or by sharpie and colored markers.
