A bat was captured and had many experiments tested on it. One actually mutated it into a bat-woman. Bat, yet pretty and human-shaped. She caught the eye of a young scientist, and, well, became pregnant. The other scientists were not happy, and demoted the scientist, while planning to kill the bat. But the child's father was faithful, and assisted her in escaping. She fled to the forest, where she lived until giving birth. She named her new daughter Rouge, and then, unfortunately, was attacked shortly afterwards by a wolf. She managed to survive, but with deadly wounds. Before the bat-woman died, however, a government agent came by, and was asked to care for the child. He accepted, and returned to base. The girl's mother did not make it.
Eight-teen years later, the bat-woman's daughter Rouge is beautiful young half-bat women, and also highly-skilled agent for the government. People in the base have long gotten over her ears, tail, and wings. Not many people have in the outside world, though.
What if a certain young man came across her? Would he freak, be blinded by her beauty, or(hopefully) just accept her as she is? And what would Rouge think of him?
(Again, another take on a Sonic character turned human. Hopefully, I'll pass this faze before I get sued for copyright 3nodding )

Bio: Rouge is the result of a mutated bat, and a human. She took mostly after her father, but still has some of her mother's bat traits. She doesn't remember a lot of her mom, but remembers her soothing voice and soft words to her. Growing up, Rouge has learned many useful skills; how to use her odd abilities(given from the bat genes), such as flying, climbing walls, and hearing sounds far away, how to fight, how to locate and find any gem(although the knack for it might be from her bat genes too), and how to persuade people using her looks. Often, Rouge is sent on missions, and almost never comes back as a failure.
Likes: Gems, treasure, jewels(pretty much anything shiny and pretty), hearts, pink, berries(Strawberry, Blueberry, Rasberry, anything really), and flowers
Dislikes: Pervs(and believe me, she's met a lot of them), jerks(a lot of them too), finding nothing, finding fake gems, being tricked, liars(again, she has met many), and coming back from a mission unsuccessful

Name: Justin Fletcher Age: 19 Personality: funny, kind, loyal, a bit wild, kind of a game nerd. Bio: Justin is just your average nerd. He spends his time playing video games relentlessly, whenever he's not at college. He has a small martial arts backgroud, but he usually doesn't practice much anymore, due to the fact that he doesn't like practicing alone, and his basement is too small. Rouge walked on the sidewalk of a busy city, holding a pure, clear diamond in her hands. She was wearing a hoodie, which concealed her wings and bat ears, and it came down to her thighs(covering her tail). She walked past the game arcade.

Justin was busy mashing away on the buttons of a poor, innocent Street Fighter game machine. His eyes were glued to the screen, glazed over, as if, for the moment, nothing else had meaning. That is, until he got his a** kicked by Chun-Li. "Damn! That was my last quarter!" He groaned loudly. He then sighed, no longer in his mental game zone, picking up his backpack and leaving the arcade. He zoned out for a bit while he was walking. He was in thought. Games are fun, sure, but I need something away from my norm. I need something exciting. He then accidentally bumped into something. Make that someone: a girl in a hoodie. "Whoops. Sorry!" He apologized.

Rouge stumbled forward, accidently dropping her diamond. It fell on the ground, rolling towards the drain. She gasped, quickly grabbing it and straightening herself. She turned around, scowling at Justin. "Watch where you're going! You nearly made me lose my diamond!" she said angrily.

Justin sighed. "Look, I get what you're saying, but it was just an accident. I know I didn't pay attention, but what happened, happened. You still have your diamond. At least be grateful for that. Don't ride my a** about what ALMOST happened." He told the girl calmly. He didn't like raising his voice unless he was driven over the edge.

"Hmph." Rouge heard a beep, and raised her rist, pulling back the sleeve of her hoodie to reveal a watch. She pressed a button on it, and spoke. Instead of numbers and hands, there was a screen. A man's face appeared on it, the general.
"Agent Rouge, have you retrieved that diamond from Black Lagoon yet?"
"Yes. And some BOZO nearly made me lose it!" Rouge shot a glare at Justin, before looking back at the screen.
"Yes, well....Report to base immediately."
"Gladly." She pressed the other button on it, lowering her wrist. She glared at Justin one more time before walking off.

Justin heard every word. Was this girl some kinda secret agent or something? He knew it was none of his concern, but he became curious. Then again, curiosity killed the cat. Then again, AGAIN, He wasn't a cat, or a BOZO. When the girl was far enough away, Justin quietly snuck after her. He was very good at sneaking up on people. Just ask his sister.

As Rouge passed an alley, she stopped when two guys got infront of her.
"Hey there. Whatcha got?"
"A diamond? Well, we'll just take that from you...." He took it from her.
"Hey!"
"What are you gonna do, spray us with perfume?" They laughed.
"Oh, you wish, boys. Oh you wish...." She rolled up her sleeves.
They laughed again. "She's gonna fight us! I'm so scared!"
Suddenly the guy who took her diamond's eyes widened. He was no longer holding it, and it was in Rouge's hand. "H-how-?!"
"No one steals MY gems." she said, throwing it up in down carelessly, catching it perfectly. "Or else they get their asses kicked." She did a roundhouse kick, knocking them both onto the ground. Her hood fell off, revealing her ears.
They stared at her. "HOLY CRAP SHE HAS EARS!"
"RUN!" They got to their feet and ran as fast as they could.
Rouge pulled her hood up. "Bastards." she mumbled, then cuddled her diamond in her hands. "I won't let anyone steal you from me. Don't worry, I'll just give them the fake gem, so I can keep you...."

Justin saw the whole thing, and was kinda shocked, and kinda impressed. Shocked by the fact that this girl had bat ears, which didn't look too bad, anyway, and impressed by how she dropped those two guys. That was pretty badass. He then saw her cuddling the gem, which was kinda weird, but it made him chuckle a bit, quietly.

Rouge's super sensitive bat ears heard this. She looked over, and scowled, seeing it was the guy who nearly made her lose her diamond. "What do YOU want?"

Justin smirked. "Oh, nothing, really. Just got bored. Plus, after hearing you talking to that guy on your watch, I got too curious for my own good, and it turns out I've stumbled on a secret agent with bat ears. Sorry for snooping." He told her.
