minds of his followers as to what he is. he has steel blades like shark dorsal fins grafted onto the ulna of

his forearm, protruding out of slits on his robe. these are actually part of his anatomy(a.k.a., he was born

like this). his teeth are shark-like in appearance, and have the same properties. his ears are spiked, much

like a Namekian. he has lost his right eye throughout his days as a Kai, and so wears an eye patch over it.

he has no eyebrows or tail.

Background: he has been at the position of East Kai for longer than most can remember. he hasn't appeared to age in hundreds of years, and lives a secluded life. He is known by the other Kai as the Trinket Kai, for although he trains all of his pupils, he gives them each a helpful item at the end of the training.

Description of Jutsu: The user has learned to fly, specializing in high-speed movement in straight lines with

tons of follow-through.

Description of Jutsu: This ability allows the user to sense ki levels constantly. It is a passive skill if only

sensing generalities, but must actively be used to determine specific power levels.

Technique Name: Power-up
Description of Jutsu: This technique is the ability to bring the vast stores of ki that are held in your body's reserves to the surface (and often, beyond the surface, resulting in an aura of ki around the user.)

Damage: 1 hp to inanimate objects per 2 kp over resting rate, at a radius of [ki mod] feet around the user.

Special: This technique allows the user to pull their inactive ki to the active state at a rate of [ki mod + ki

control] per turn.

An aura will develop around the user if they surpass their resting ki rate. Auras can displace solid matter, so it's a good idea to think through it before powering up to full strength in the middle of a flimsy building. (just a suggestion.) Ki causes damage to inanimate objects (that the user is not protecting or keeping out of this effect) at a rate of 1 hp damage per 2 kp over resting rate. Just how it happens depends on personal preference. This damage has a radius of [ki mod] feet around the user. It does not harm people.

Technique Name: Tenraiame (Holy Rain)
Description of Jutsu: the user sends the tertiary Holy water ki into the sky in a large sized ball. This
Ki ball explodes into several billion water particles and condenses into clouds. this rains the holy water
down upon the enemies below.

Damage: 40+ ki mod+ 1 per ten in ki control+ 1 per two in additional kp+ holy water effects
Requirements: 30 ki, 50 ki control, 20 ki techniques, ki blast, water ki, divine ki.

Special: user can put as many kp as he has available into the attack, and begins gaining bonus

damage and attack roll for the kp he puts in over the requisite 80.

Attack roll: 1d20 + 1 per ten in ki control + ki mod + 1 per 5 additional ki put in.

Ki balls deal splash damage. This means that for a range of [ki stat + 1 per five extra kp inserted or less]

feet, your damage is inflicted on everything in range.

The shot takes one turn to reach up high enough, one turn for the clouds to form, and then the rain falls

for +1 per 20 in Ki Control.

Equipment: Twin arm blades (uses the katana/ long sword stats {Katana: The katana is the most

artistic and well crafted sword in all the world. The curve of the katana's blade allows the user to draw the

sword at faster speed than any other sword created by man, the sword itself is both hard and light and

can cut through almost anything with ease. Unfortunately it is large and so is cumbersome to fight with in

small rooms.

Ryuko exited the forge that was his home, and started walking towards a clearing in the forest nearby. in this clearing there was a shrine for the past East Kai. all of the prior east Kai were immortalized in life-like statues in their image, leading up to the East Kai prior to him. he stood on the pedestal where his statue would go once his time was done, spreading his legs slightly and crossing his arms. all of the statues were colored, so Ryuko wouldn't look out of place amongst them. he awaited the new pupil, which he could sense at the end of snake way. "Come find me if you can, oh Chaotic one."

Rota woke up at the end of snake way, and looked at the planet for truly the first time. it was lush and green, and very Nexum/Earth like. he looked at the planet for quite a while, and soon enough saw a giant clearing in the forest. it had something undefinable in it, so he flew down to inspect it. he landed in the clearing in the middle of the shrine. he looked at all of the marvelous statues, all so lifelike. that's when he heard the voice in his head.

Hello, Chaotic one.I am the East Kai. others call me by a different name, but you have not yet earned that honor.

Rota looks around in confusion, and defensiveness "Where are you, and what are you talking about?"

Ryuko laughs on the inside where Rota can hear him, but not on the outside, so Rota can't tell him apart. Surely you aren't telling me that you came all this way not to be trained, are you?

Rota shook his head violently whilst looking around."Of course not, East Kai. but you still haven't answered my question. Where ARE you?"

I am already here. I am somewhere in this shrine, amongst the statues. your test to become my student starts now.You must find which one of these statues is me. you cannot touch, and you cannot manipulate the statues in any way. you must rely on sight and other senses alone. you have one chance, so take as long as you need. if you want to give up, then just say so.

Rota couldn't believe what he was tasked with. he took a casual glance at all the statues, and disbelieved that ANY were living beings currently. when he took a closer look, they were all well crafted, and very lifelike, down to the statues being colored to look like they did when they were alive. he began his arduous search, hoping to get lucky.

Rota inspected the plaques on the base of each statue, and noticed that each one had the name of each East Kai, they day they were inducted as East Kai, and the Day they either left or died. he looked at all of them, until he came across the plaque for the Kai known as Ryuko.It had his name, and the day he became Kai, but the etching for the day he left or died hadn't been done yet. yet the statue was there. he looked up into the smirking, statue-esque face of Ryuko, and smiled."Hello, Ryuko. You really had me for a while there."

Ryuko smiled widely as he laughed loud and proud. he clapped his hands as he looked into Rota's eyes."Good job, chaotic one. you have truly proven yourself worthy."

Rota smiled as he bowed deeply."Thank you, Sensei. Please, call me Rota."

Ryuko smiled, as he recognized the name instantly."Alright.Then let me see your work ethic; Rota, Father of Lite."

Rota prepared his Ki for a new technique, as he smiled widely."How do you know my son,Sensei?"His ki, in the form of Ki blade, radiated around his hand, it's black exterior pulsing erratically. the blood red, and dark Grey veins in his ki pulsing as they never had before. a few were snapping off like static electricity, but they for the most part were content in pulsing like his ki had cardio arrhythmia.

Ryuko smiled. he could already tell that Rota was a good father."He stayed here after he died. he was a good kid, who was very proud of his Dad. he told me all about you, and the stories you would tell him." Ryuko looked towards the sky, and watched innocent white clouds roll across."His trust was not misplaced.

Ryuko walked out of his house , and gazed at the landscape. It was time he became less laid back. he walked to a nearby tree, and kicked it. "EY! Sleepy head! Wake up!"

Rota shifted in the branch he was in."Jes' a little longer, peese?"

Ryuko thought back to how hard and long Lite would sleep and a smirk edged across his face.Like father, like son I guess. Ryuko walked over to an alternate tree, and punched it firmly. out of it came a small fist sized coconut. his smirk widened as he reared it back, and threw it at the dozing head of his apprentice.

Rota awoke with a start as he plummeted to the ground. he hit the ground hard, as he rubbed his head where the coconut hit him. "Yeesh, wadja do that for?"

Ryuko's smirk left his face as he stared at Rota."You've been here a significant amount of time, and I appreciate the company, but it has come to my attention that you are useless to your friends and family with the power you have now. he watched Rota's face turn from shock to bitterness and self-hatred."It's time we got started, my Chaotic friend. and I know the perfect place to start."

Rota regained the conviction in his eyes as he followed his Master to a large mountain in the forest. on the side of the mountain there rested a large cave with an ornate statue in the center of the back wall. there was lighting on the doorway wall, which cast Rota's shadow on the statue. Ryuko stayed out of the light of the room.

Ryuko looked at Rota."This is the cave of Shadow. it reflects the image of yourself, and shows how dark it could really be. this is a high risk, high reward training, for you will be fighting to the death."

As soon as he heard his Master finish, he looked at the shadow, and saw that it was moving of its own volition. it peeled itself off the wall, this shadow Rota, and looked at him with a featureless face. it stood there for a great amount of time, and then opened a single bright red Cyclopean eye in the middle of it face. Rota, wanting to get this done with, charged headlong into his shadow clone.

Physical Description: teeth are in points like fangs, but not very

sharp. he is slim, yet toned so do not mistake his lack of body size for

lack of power. his skin is generic peach, no tan, He has a diagonal

scar across his face from left brow to right cheek, and burn scars

under his vanbraces with the same saiyan symbols for slayer and

repent.
Clothing: a black dress shirt with a white skull symbol( has white

ribbons wrapped around it) on the left pec.solid black dress pants

made of silky, yet durable material. black dress shoes(usually

polished). he has a vanbrace on each arm with the saiyan symbols for

'slayer' and 'repent'
Background: left home when he was 16 to train to be an expert

fighter. he has made little progress on this goal, but he never will give

up on said goal. Until he achieves that goal, he has abandoned all

prospects of good and evil to give himself the best chance of

becoming as strong as possible.

extend the weapon or you can create a cutting edge (depending on

your specialty)

Description of Jutsu: allows the user to form a ball of their ki that can

be thrown/shot at their opponent. This is one of the most basic forms

of attacking with ki, as it only requires a loosely-formed

ball/beam/arrow/projectile (depending on your specialty/preference)

of energy and the ability to move your arm (or not, as it were)

Technique Name: Soul Blade
Description of Jutsu: An advanced form of Ki Blade. the user not only

puts their ki into a weapon, but parts of their soul, causing damage

on the user in exchange for a more powerful attack.

Technique Name: Ki blast
Description of Jutsu: This technique seems to be fairly common, (and

fairly obsolete) throughout the universe. It focuses generic ki and fires

a blast (can be a cone, ball, beam, whatever,) of non-sustained chakra

to do a little damage to whatever it happens to hit.

Damage: 10-30 + ki mod. + 1 per ten in ki control
Reflex DC: 5 + Character level + ki mod for half damage. Neutral 20

or surpassing the save by 10 means no damage.
Requirements: ki 10+, ki control 10+
Training: 3 days
Special: Can be used to cancel another non-sustained ki attack if it

proves to have a higher DC.

Technique Name: Sustained Ki blast
Description of Jutsu: This is another fairly common technique. It

involves the user firing a continuous stream of ki at their opponents.

Unlike a non-sustained attack, this attack can be used to continuously

damage an enemy if you can hit them.

Damage: (10-20 + an additional 10 per turn) + ki mod.
Reflex DC: 1d20 + 10 + Character level + ki mod for half damage.

Technique Name: Kiai
Description of Jutsu: The kiai is never really named, but it consists of

the user flashing their ki from their bodies (usually accompanied by a

yell) nullifying an attack or blasting enemies back. It can be expensive,

but the loss in ki is generally preferred to the loss of life.

In-Game Stats: Allows a person to read apparent power levels, in the

original Saiyan language, unless specially made for a different

language, or modified with a repair DC of 100.
Damage: 15 damage to the person wearing the scouter if they try to

read a power level of more than 25,000, from the explosion.
Requirements: None, except it must be purchased from a Saiyan

store.
Special: A Saiyan with appropriate background may begin at creation

with a scouter without spending a technique on it, although they are

not allowed to have the skills sense ki or conceal ki at creation.

Rota felt the full force of a punch to the left side of his face as he charged in for his attack. undeterred, he caught the other hand of the clone with his left hand, and elbowed clone in the gut. as the clone was lurching forward, Rota released the hand of the clone, and lowered it close to the ground, lifting quick as a flash for a stellar uppercut. the clone went soaring to the back of the room, but landed in a runner's stance, and dashed at his opponent. Rota stood at the ready to counterattack.

Rota braced himself as his Clone kneed him right in the gut, following up with a hammer fist to the back of his head. Rota hit the ground on his back for some time as the Clone edged closer to his seemingly lifeless body. when the eye of the clone was looking at the back of Rota's head 3 inches away, that's when he sprang to action. using his arms, Rota pushed himself 2 feet away, and then "back flipped" off the ground, his heels driving themselves into the back of the Clone's head, driving THAT into the ground.Rota jumped off the clone's head and aimed a punch at his downed foe, unaware that it was prepared for it.

Rota almost landed the punch, but he felt the legs of the clone wrap around his upper torso. before he could think straight, the clone slammed Rota's head into the ground, and got up himself.Rota sprang to his feet, and once more threw a devastating to the clone's jaw. The clone once more landed in a runner's stance. The warriors dashed headfirst at each other with right hands cocked back. Rota threw an uppercut, and the clone threw a downward hook. The two hits clashed, and created a Ki pulse of chaotic and Dark ki. "It's time I started ending this." Rota's left hand became enveloped in tendrils of Chaotic Ki which looked like pulsing veins of red, black, and dark grey.
