Oracle fiddled with the ends of her hair, she had been putting little braids into her long pale hair, she sat outside the end of the wood of East Ikebokuro, she was finally old enough that her parents had finally stopped fussing so much over her and let her wander about by herself a bit. She was an introvert, quiet and kept to herself, quite a bit unlike her two sisters. Her amber eyes looked out at the big city that rose up around her. She pushed herself to her feet and started to wander into the streets, being careful to stay out of the sight of the humans. The purple collar still clung around her neck and it was starting to get a little snug for her liking, she knew what would come soon, but she was avoiding it as long as she could. SHe pulled her jacket tighter around her and rubbed her hands together to bring warmth into her chilled fingers. A smile spread over her face at the sights around it. It was all new to her, wonderful and new, she could feel the prickling in his forehead again, something was going to happen. nothing bad though, something exciting. her heart fluttered with excitement, hoping the feeling she had was right.

Jin stretched from under her tree that she had taken to visiting in a park, it wasn't too far from the Ruin cause her fathers would freak if they knew how far she was goin gin the first place. she had on her Dino dress today cause she had been wearing her bunny one so much that it was dirty and so Ji had made her leave it home to clean. She looked around with a yawn as she wondered if she could find someone to play with. Michi had....dissappeared. She didn't know where her once friend had gone off to but she missed her. She would make new friends though and maybe find a new girl she could spend time with, her brothers go so boring after a while and almost all of them had boyfriends now and she didn't want to be around all that. She stood and shook the grass from her tail and brushed it off her butt before walking out towards the tree line to find something to eat, she didn't like to risk going near the humans to steal food.

Fiddling again Oracle started to feel she had gone too far adn turned back, but as she reach the sight of the trees again she noticed another cat, one around her age by the looks of it. She creapt up quietly and stood a short distance away and watch from behind a bush, her amber eyes wide with interest and wonder, the dress the girl was wearing was quite peculiar, she'd never seen anything like it, but she liked it a lot and a prickling of thought in her mind wondered if she could ask her father to help her find a dress similar to it with the hood and a cute little skirt. Nipping at her lip she built up some courage and snuck over as silent as was possible and when she was just a few short feet away spoke up even though her voice was very soft and gentle. "H-hello..." she said, barely about a whisper, but that's the way she had always been, having taken very much after he father in being subtle.

Jin was sniffing at the air for food that she could hunt when her nose caught the smell of another cat. She looked about and then saw the girl infront of her. She was shy looking but pretty. She smiled brightly and purred."Oh hello back! Are you lost?" she asked as she held the tail of her dress and smiled at her. "My name is JinAi but you can call me Jin if you like." she said with a smile.

That smile was infectious and Oracle could feel herself grinning back and shook her head. "No, I'm not lost, I live here." she said quietly and plucked at her braids that her mother had taught her how to do, she was getting better at them. "My...my name is Oracle...hi Jin." she said testing the name. It rolled off her tongue quiet easily, and she was surprising herself with how well she was talking with this stranger in even the camp she often had trouble talking to others there besides her family, the closest person she had was her parents and her adopted brother Jiji who was now constantly busy with his girlfriend, but he did try to pput aside time for her as well. Now that she could see Jin fully she realized even more how pretty she was, making her wonder if how she looked, bundled up in her fluffy little black jacket and her little skirt poking out and the long black leggings and shin high warm boots. She was slightly jealous of Jin actually.

Jin smiled warmly at her and hugged her. She was a bit touchy feely but she didn't hold the hug too long so she didn't scare the shy girl. "Its nice to meet you Oracle. What are you doing out and about here if your not lost? Are you hungry too? I was going to get some food." she said with a smile looking at the trees. "Want to come with?" she asked as she held a hand out to her so they could go together. "I like your coat. I have so much fluff that i don't need one though. and my Dino dress is so warm that it helps too when it gets windy." she said with a smile, wiggling her fluffy tail with a giggle.

Oracle tensed for a moment as she was hugged, she wasn't used to contact with others that weren't family and even though she wasn't a very touchy cat. "N-nice to meet you too...I was looking around. I've never really been out of the wood before and I wanted to see what the city looked like. My big brother has told me about it, but I had to see it for myself." she said as her voice grew a little in strength. Not that she though about it, she was a little hungry, she hadn't eat much for breakfast. "Sure...I'll come." she said looking at Jin's hand and finally reached out and took her hand. It was a strange feeling, but it was a good one, it felt right. Oracle blushed deeping at eh compliment, but then looked behind her at the little nub she had for a tail, just like her mother...she was envious of Jin and her beautiful tail where she had none at all. "Thanks, I really like your dress, it's really pretty." she said. "I wish I had a tail, all I got is a nub like my Momma. My sister Aliel has a tail and my brother Jiji but me and Faye only got nubs."

Jin smiled at the shyness that she saw from the hug. "I'm sorry i just wanted to hug you. You haven't been out here much either? My parents dont let me out alot either. Let go hunting together!" she said taking her hand and smiling as she walked with her intot he trees. "Oh but your tail is cute and nubby! Its still cute in its own way. Mine is just fluffier but if your legs get cold i'll keep you warm with it!" she said wigging her tail against Oracles leg. "I have lots of brothers...too many i think but its ok i lvoe them still." she said with a large smile.

Oracle shook her head. "It's okay, I'm just not really used to hugs." she said and sucked on her lip and shook her head again at the question. "Nope, I've only just begun to explore the edge of the wood myself. My sisters have done a lot more than me, but I kinda preferred to just stay in the camp where I felt safe, but I finally got bored with everything there." she sighed. The idea of hunting mad eher a little nervous, she'd never hunted before, nor had her parents taught her anything of it. She knew they hunted and her brother hunted as well as everyone else, but she hadn't felt that she'd even be good at it, she was scared of most bugs and she hated getting dirty. Blushing again though at yet another compliment, she wasn't quite sure what to do or how to react. "I like how fluffy yours is, Jiji has a fluffy tail tail too, it's really pretty." she sighed at the thought of his velvety soft, dark fur. When Jin tickled her legs with her tail Oracle giggled and shuffled her legs, the soft fur against her legs even though the legging felt funny and tickled her. "So you have a big family? Don't you have any sisters too? I love my sisters and my brother too, but I alwasy feel like I'm different from them." she said looking away, she always felt different, like she didn't fit in for some reason. And her parents even treated her a little differently, but she had always just been different in many of her ways from the beginning.

Jin smiled at her and nodded. "I see. Its ok. Just know that i hug alot so i'm sorry in advance if i hug you again." she said with a smile as she stopped at a fallen tree. "Well i'm sure you got bored of everything really fast i know i did. I was so tired of my home too. Its so boring there when i have seen it all and i have nothing else to do." She smiled as she sniffed around the tree. "You want a mouse? I can catch you one since your too pretty to have you get dirty." She said as she bent over and wiggled her tail while looking for a mouse. "I love my brothers and i have one other sister. I think theres like 8 brothers in my family...no i think its more then that. i think theres 12 or 13 of us total. I cant remember cause i never get to see half of them anymore." she said as she peeked over her shoulder at Oracle. "you don't look different so i wont treat you different ok. Your just my new friend Oracle right?" she asked with a smile.

"No, it's okay...I don't mind." she said, having liked the contact a good bit. Looking over the tree as well she was curious, it was so large and it made her feel so small, smaller than usual. "Well there's plenty to do around the camp and there's always lots of other around to do something with, esoecially uncle Youko, when he's not sleeping or hiding he's fun to play with. Sometimes he gives me these weird lesson he says help me gain control of myself." she wrinlked her nose. She still didn't understand the sessions in full that were helping her gain control of the foresight she had, allowing her to live more normally than she would have had he not been helping her to balance the energies inside of her. "Um...o-okay..." she blushed worse than ever this time, the compliments just kept coming and she was becoming more and more unsure of what to do with herself or how to give something of the like back. "That's a really big family!" she said in shock, her mouth agape at the idea of such a large family, it made hers seem miniscule. "Okay, and you're my new friend Jin!" she piped up, her voice reaching the loudest it had ever been which still wasn't all that loud at all. Though they had just met, Oracle new she had found a very special friend, her feeling earlier had been all too correct.

Jin smiled at her and purred as she nodded. "Oh good cause i don't want to upset you any with my hugs." she said as she climbed into a hole to poke about. "I don't know my mama i just know my daddies." she said as she wiggled in deeper. She sniffed around and then pulled out of the hole and snorted some dirt off her nose. She smiled at her and nodded. "Yes big family and i don't get to spend as much time with any of them as i want. I feel kinda lonly alot of the time cause they are with everyone else so much. So i just left today and this is the furthest ive been away." she said with a smile as she leaped ontot he top of the tree and kept searching. "This is much harder out here. I've only hunted a little around my home and its easier cause i can tell the smells better." she said with a smirk at Oracle. "Oh yay! Friends always!" she said with a smile as she saw how excited Oracle was getting.

Oracle watched and even poked her head into the hole in the tree and watched, she'd never really climbed into any hollows, besides the ones that were her home and the few that she was allowed to go into around the camp. It could be dangerous to just go into a strange hollow as you never knew what or who could be living in there. She didn't like the idea of taking chances. "Be careful..." she whispered. Daddies? As in more than one, now that didn't make a lot of sense to her. "You have two daddies? I got a momma and a daddy...they raised Jiji...but they aren't his real parents, I don't know know who are though." she said wondering a bit to herself, it was plain to see that Jiji wasn't related to any of them, but now that she thought about it, she really did wonder who his parents were and settled on asking him the next time she got to spend time with her big brother. "I know what you mean. I don't get to see Jiji a lot anymore since he got a girlfriend. She's supposed to be really nice though, and she makes him happy, so I'm happy for him, but I miss spending lots of time with him when he wasn't training." she sighed and crossed her arms and leaned against the tree. When Jin jumped up on top of the trunk Oracle scrambled and lifted herself up to stand on it as well and looked around, not quite sure what she was looking for though. "It's not too bad around here. What's it like where you live? The city is so much different than it is here in East." she said and istantly grinning brightly at Jin, "Yes, always!" she said leapt forward and hugged Jin, something she hadn't really fully thought out, but it had seemed right. She quickly pulled back though, still smiling, but blushing as well. it felt good to have a real friend, there weren't any others in east around her age so it was quite hard sometimes to find someone to play with.

Jin laughed at him and smiled as she looked at the girl. "I'm always careful. And i'm good with most things but mud. I hate mud! A mean man spread mud all over my face when i first tried to find my way around the Ruins where i live." she said as she pouted. "I don't like him at all. He was mean to me and i had mud all over my face and hair." she said softly. "I don't like mud since then." she pouted as she thought about it. "Oh you don't know who his parents are? I dont even know that my daddies told me my my mamas name. But i don't ask alot...she died i know though." she said as she beamed. "Yes i have two daddies. I love my daddies they are the best ever even if i don't get the attention i want." she said with a smile as she took Oracles hand. "We can spend time together then since you dont have alot of people to hang out with and i don't either. Does that sound ok? Cause i'd like a new friend to play with." she said happily as she accepted and hugged Oracle back.

Oracle stuck her tongue out at the thought of mud, she was no fan of it either, or water at all for that matter unless she was drinking it. "That's really mean! We don't have any people who come around us, but I think that's why we live where we do is so that we're left alone. I live with the Anbu, my Momma is one, but my Daddy is just really good friends with Uncle Youko." she shrugged, she hadn't been around humans since she'd escaped the home she had been living in. It had been horrible there, with dogs that never stopped barking and cornered her all the time, it may have had something to do with her quietness as she was always trying to remain unnoticed and unheard. She shook her head, "I think he does though. I know my Momma and Daddy do, but I've never asked, they raised him since he was born but that's it. I'm so sorry, that's so sad!" Oracle pouted a bit at the thought of not knowing one of her parents, she couldn't imagine not knowing her mother, she loved Valiant very much. Nodding a smile spread over Oracle's face again, a real friend she could spend her time with and not just play alone all the time or feel like she was wasting the time of others. "I really like that! Best Friends..." she said as her little nub of a tail wriggled with delight almost like a dogs.

Jin purred and smiled. "I'm glad im not the only one who doesn't like mud." she said with a smile as she listened to her. "Anbu? Whats that?" she asked with a smile as she played with her fluffy tail. I just know all my brothers friends and boyfriends. I like most of them but i don't know some of them very well." she said with a smile as she looked around. "I wonder who his parents are. It sounds like it might be interesting to find out." she looked at her and then crawled over the log after hearing something. "I hear a mouse!" she said before looking at Oracle. "The bestest friends right?!"

"The Anbu are specially trained cats who protect Ikebokuro. Jiji is one too, he said one day he's gonna beat the leader and take his place and make the Anbu even better than it is now! He's the top of his group and can even beat some of the older cats. He's really respected around the camp. Momma was kinda adopted into the Anbu when she was younger, she got really hurt and Uncle Raco took her under his charge and trained her." she nodded, she had considered becoming on of the Anbu in time, but never one who fought, she knew she would be no good at it, but she had always been facinated with the work the Medics did and wanted to learn to help heal and treat sick and injured cats. "I've wanted to ask him lotsa times, but I've never worked up the nerve to ask, it just seems really personal." she wrinkled her nose and shook her head, it wasn't really any of her business, but it had always made her wonder. Her own ears perked at the sound and she looked around for the source and finding nothing, but she turned back to Jin. "Bestest forever!" she piped up grinning widely, proud of herself and truly excited.

Jin smiled as she poked about the trees bark and holes trying to find the mouse. "I know its here someplace..." she said as she looked. "I'm sure it might be kinda hard for him to admit if he doesn't like them you know. But i'm sure if he loves you he shouldn't mind talking about it to you right?" she asked with a smile as she looked at her. She quickly turned back and saw a little mouse scurry over the tree and she chased after it quickly. "LOOK MOUSE!" she called out as she scrambled after it quickly.

Oracle continued to look, even though she'd never really seen a mouse, in the camp since they lived by the lake ate a lot of fish and birds, Mice weren't a big thing and often food was also brought back from the Plaza. "Oh I know he loves me, he's my big brother!" she said continuing to peak around looking for the thing she wasn't even sure what it looked like. When she heard Jin call out she turned just in time to see the furry creature scurrying over the trunk and her eyes grew wide at the sight of it, almost scared of the thing. It was kinda scary looking to her with it little body and it's long hairless tail. "OH!!" she yelped and fell back as Jin took off after it. She wasn't sure what to do, she felt like she should follow, but she couldn't bring herself to go ofter it, instead she watched Jin chase it and yelled after her "GET IT JIN! GET IT!!" she shouted, shaking a fist in the air to cheer her friend on.

Jin smiled and nodded. "Big brothers are great like that." she said as she chased the mouse. It wove and ran from her. She pounced after it on all fours with her butt in the air, her tail working to keep her balance as she chased the little thin. It wouldn't be much of a snack but it would be something she killed and she would go home and tell her big brothers if they cared to know about her kill. She scranbked after it and it tried to leap off the log but she grabbed it in mid air, keeping her balance only with the help of her tail as she stepped backwards after killing the mouse. "Got it!" she said with a smile as she held it up with a triumphant smile.

Oracle clapped her hands and giggled, but she still felt sorrow and pain for the mouse's life that was now gone. But that was how life worked, that was what she had been taught, that life was needed to be given and taken in order to sustain life, it was the way of nature and was needed in order to keep things in balance. If cats didn't eat the mice then they would over populate and overrun everything and cause chaos. It wasn't a large mouse, but with winter they weren't likely to be too big, scrounging for food and shelter, but it was all worth it still in the end as food was food. "That was amazing Jin! I never would have been able to do that." she said shaking her head.

Jin walked over proudly as she looked at her new friend. "Its so fun! Though i feel sad cause hes so cute." she said poking the dead mouse. "Do you want it or should i eat it?" she asked with a smile as she curled her tail into her lap with a smile as she looked over the little brown mouse.

Oracle nodded looking at the little thing, it was very cute looking, if it hadn't been alive just moment before it would have been something she likely would have wanted to cuddle. But after having seen Jin kill it, she didn't think she could eat it, it was too cute to just eat it like that. "You go ahead, I don't think I can eat something that's so cute like that." she shook her head. She knew it was something she's likely just get over, she ate the food at the camp with no toruble, but birds and fish weren't as cute as the little mouse and they were usually already dead by the time she got to them and already open for the eating, this was fresh and still quite warm. Reaching out she touched the head of the little thing and frowned at it and with a silent wish, thanked it and apologized that it's life had been cut short but that it's lost life would not go to waste.

Jin nodded. "I'm sorry i should have thought about how cute it might be before i killed it infront of you. I can tell your not used to it. I'll eat it later so you don't have to watch me eat the cute dead thing." she said as she slid it into the hoody like pocket in front of her dress. "What would you like to hunt now?" she asked as she looked around wondering what things were about that wernt cute that they could hunt.

SHaking her head again Oracle smiled. 'No, it's okay, it's just the laws of Nature is all. Daddy taught me that, even though sometimes the laws can be harsh it's just the way things have to be." she said with a shrug. "You can go ahead and eat, I actually don't think I could eat now without thinking about him. It won't bother me though. Besides, I'm sure there's some winter berries around here that are still good." she nodded and looked around them for the spiney bush that would hold the sweet little fruits she loved so much. She was teasted from time to time over how she preferred fruits over meat most of the time, but the favors suited her better than meat often did. "Have you hever had winter berries before?" she asked looking at Jina dn tilting her head.

Jin smiled and nodded as she took the mouse out and began eating it carefully so that she didn't get blood on her dress. "Ohyes berries i love berries. Theres lots of them around where i live. I'm partial to blueberries but i like most fruit alot. My big brother brought my dried tangerines from the market place once those are yummy too." she said with a smile as she ate the mouse. "Come we'll help you get some berries ok?" she said as she finished what was left of the mouse and stood making sure she didn't have blood on her and then taking Oracles hand and leading her over to some berries.

Oracle didn't watch as Jin ate the mouse, instead she stared off a little bit, her mind dwelling on fruits rather, thinking about the mony that would flood the plaza in the coming spring and summer, but her favorites always came in the fell and were often hard to get, but always made an amazing treat. "My favorite is the Chinese Apples...they're also called..." she thought fo ra moment as it was a funny sort of name. "A Pomagranate! You eat the seeds inside and it's sooo good." she swooned over the idea, but they wouldn't be in season again until next year so she would have to wait. Oracle smiled, holding onto Jin's hand and followed her, she knew all too well what she was looking for, there's would't be much, as soon even as winter wore on even the barries would disappear as other animals ate them and the cold would just make them bitter and hard. It didn't take long before a bush popped up, still well ladden with fruit. "There's one Jin!" she pointed and pushed ahead, pulling Jin along behind her and looked over the berries carefully to make sure they were good.

Jin smiled at her and purred as she thought about it. "I don't think i've had a pomagranate before. Is it good? whats it taste like?" she asked with a smile as she walked with her and then hurried along with her to the berries. She smiled as she watched Oracle. "Are they still good?" she asked poking at a few berries wondering if she wanted one. She looked around wonderingif there were some bluberries around too or if there were some wild strawberries too.

Oracle nodded. "They're wonderful, but hard to eat sometimes. It's hard to describe the flavor though, it's really strong and sweet with a slight bitterness to it. It's really indescribable compared to other fruits though." she said thinking over the strange complexity of the fruit. SHe looked over the berries and pulled one out of a cluster and looked it over and gave it a light squeeze, they were tender and smelled okay, taking a small bite she tasted the fruit, they weren't bitter yet either, if anything this bush had just produced the berries and many of the other animals in the wood hadn't taken advantage of it yet. "They're really good, these are probably really new berries too that just turned ripe so they're really sweet!" she said taking another, much larger bite into the berry. "It's too bad it's too late in the year for any other fruits though, not for another month or two before we get anything else." she wrinkled her nose sadly, There were other fruits to be found, but many of them were scarce and not the best by now.

Jin smiled happily and watched her. "I'm glad that you like the berries. I feel happy with the mouse i ate though so i'll be good. But i like seeing that your happy with your berries." she said with a smile as she looked around. "You'll have to get me one the next time their in season then." she said with a smile as she watched Oracle, while holding her hand still. She smiled and purred happily as she watched her. She wondered what they could do next, what they could do for fun now that they had eatin something.

Oracle finished off the berry and quickly ate another, feeling satisfied for the time being with just that, she hadn't been all that hungry as she had eaten that morning, but a snack had been in need and she would be good until dinner that evening. "I will! It'll be a special treat for both of us!" she said witha quiet purr in her throat. Now that they had eaten she wasn't sure what they should do next, she was sure all around there was at least on Anbu in the area keeping their usual watch and who it was one could never tell, but it would be impossible to find them too. She wondered if it would be okay to take Jin back to her home, but knowing how careful the Anbu were about bringing strangers into the camp she thought better of it, though she was interested in the Ruins as she had never heard of it before and wondered exactly where it was in relation to East. "What should we do now?" she asked, looking confused, she wasn't sure exactly sicne she wasn't used to having friends to play with, it was a new expirence.

Jin smiled at her and purred. "Your so fun! Im looking forward to this so much! We'll have so much fun eating it when you get them next time their in season. We'll make it a date ok?" she said with a smile as she looked at her. "I dunno what that really means but i hear my siblings saying it all the time about getting together with their friends." She said not knowing that their friends were their boyfriends so that was different from friends. She smiled as she looked around. "I could show you were i live if you like. Its not that far from here, i'm scared to go too far cause of that guy who put mud in my face." she said with a smile as she watched her. "Would you like to see it? Its not that great its just a big old building we all took over but its nice and fun to explore."

"It's a date!" she said with a nod, even though the phase didn't mean too much to her. She'd heard the saying before as well and thought it was just regularly used between people when they got together over a promised meeting. The idea of seeing where Jin lived was an exciting prospect, it was better than possibly getting Jin in trouble as well as herself for bringing her near the camp. She would ask her uncle Youko before attempting such a thing, it was after all his tarritory and his rules they all had to follow, even though he seemed to be pretty lazy about rules and sometimes she wondered if there really were any real rules. "I'd really like that! I'll ask my Uncle Youko if I can show you the camp sometime. They're really weird about strangers coming in so it'd be better to ask first." she said feeling a little embarrassed, but at least she was being polite about it. She wanted to see a new place though, see what life was like outside of the Anbu camp and how other territories worked.

Jin smiled happily as she took her hand again and lead her off through the park towards her home. "Is your camps really scary? Are the kittys there mean or anything?" she asked with a smile as she walked with her. "your uncle sounds a little scary. I think that it will be interesting to see it all when they say i can come visit." she said with a smile as she walked. She was sure that if her parents knew she was bringing her home that they would get upset but she would deal with it later cause she was her new best friend.

Oracle shook her head and laughed. "No, it's not scry there at all, in fact it's kinda fun sometimes. And Uncle Youko is really nice, just really weird. Momma isn't all too fond of him, but he's really good friend's with my Daddy. It's really nice in the camp, but Uncle Youko likes to keep the camp quite private because they have lots of secrets and stuff. Daddy said most of Ikebokuro call them the Kitty Police!" she giggled at the thought of everyone being called police. She followed along with Jin quite happily, she wondered a little if her parents had started to wonder about her, but her siblings disappeared all the time and didn't come home until late so what would it matter if she did the same? Sure it would be a first for her, but she was safe with Jin and there were always plenty of Anbu around the entire city that she should be able to get one of them to help her if it really came down to that. "What's it like at the Ruins?"

Jin smiled. "Oh good id be scared to visit someplace scary if their all so strong and amazing there." she said with a smile as she looked around as she made it closer towards home. "Oh the kitty police? Thats a neat thing to call them. Are they cool like police or are some of them scary?" she asked as she walked through a bush and came up to the Ruin. "Here. And its nice. Its mostly my family here with some of their boyfriends but there are a few who just live here or are friends of my parents." she said as she looked around. "Theres lots of places to hide and play. And theres lots of floors to the building to go explore. Though not the rooms cause most of them are taken and...i've learned that opening a door leads to seeing things you cant unsee..." she said with a deep blush.

"Some of them look kinda scary I guess. Uncle Raco can be intimidating, but he's really nice when you get to know him. Some of the cats have lotsa scars though. Miss Asha is covered in them, she almost died once because they got attacked and she got all torn up. They thought she was dead for two whole years until she found her way back!" Oracle said with a sense of awe, she looked up to the female like she looked up to her own mother. "Tha Anbu are really, really strong...I could never be one of them, but I wouldn't mind being like Ishtar..he's a healer and he's really good at it." she shrugged and looked up in awe at the odd building, she could see why it was called the Ruins though, it was fitting and it was all too obvious this place was nothing at all like her own home. "I know what you mean about seeing stuff. Sometimes living in the camp has some really bad draw backs...especially when they pull out the sake. Those are the nights us kids got and stay by the lake and skip rocks." She shook her head and shivered a little.

Jin smiled at her as she listened. "My daddy Tempo is kinda intimidating too i guess. Though I think Papa Ji is too when he gets mad." she said with a smile as she walked closer to the building. "This is a nice place i like it alot." she said with a smile as she walked around. "A healer? Oh that sounds nice. I like to watch my siblings fight when they practice but i don't get to do it often though i'm kinda good at it when i try. I'm very agile when i need to be." she said happily. "Oh sake is bad. I've heard about the Casino place thats in town and i've seen my fathers on it. It seems to make them crazy..." she said with a shake of her head as she lead Oracle around to under her bedroom window where she normally played.

Looking around Oracle liked the place, it was different from what she was used to and she liked that. it wasn't the same old thing, the more she thought about it, just about anything that wasn't the woods of East Ikebokuro was amazing to her, but East would always still be her home no matter how far away she may one day travel. "I'm not much of a fighter, Uncle Youko told me my skills lie elsewhere, but I don't really quite understand what he means by that just yet. He said I'll know eventually." she shrugged again. So many things were still a mystery to her and would be for quite some time. "I don't even like the smell of sake! It's gross." Oracle stuck out her tongue like she was gagged and giggled, her father drank it from time to time and so did her mother, but always in moderation. Under the window Oracle looked around and smiled, this place was so amazing to her, everything so new to her and so interesting, she loved it all.

Jin smiled happily as she looked at how please Oracle looked. "I love my home though i look forward to seeing more of yours soon. It sounds like alot of fun." she said with a smile as she thought about it. "I think i'd rather be a mother then a fighter. Though i don't know much about how thats going to work...But i want a family. Not one as big as mine is but a nice one for sure." she said with a smile. "What about you do you want a family?" she asked with a smile as she sat on the large rock under her window. "this window is my room. I come play out side of my window the most. That pile of broken rock from the roof make a fun hide and seek place." she said with a smile.

Oracle thought about it for a moment, it was never something that had occured to her before, she didn't have a large family like Jin did, but she did very much love her family. But did she eventually want kittens of her own? "I...I don't know. I've never thought about it.." she said with her voice low with contemplation. The idea was going through her mind a bit, but right off the bat she couldn't say for sure if she did or didn't. "I don't know.." she said again and shook her head, chewing her lip in thought. She'd have to think about it before she got back to Jin with a real answer. Brekaing away from the subject of a having a family in the future Oracle brightened up again, "Oh wow, we live in the trees and stuff back at the camp. Most of us live in big tree hollows and stuff, it's quite comfy really. I haven't played hide and seek for a while, all my siblings have been really distracted lately and don't have a lot of time to play anymore." she pouted.

Jin smiled and nodded. "Its a hard question to know the answer to. I'm sure you would be good at it if you wanted to have some." she said with a smile as she looked around. "I know the feeling. I play hide and seek by myself most of the time cause my siblings are busy too and i don't' have many other friends to play with." she said as she looked at her. "Wanna go play now?" she asked as she wiggled happily and smiled.

Oracle nodded, it was a hard question that couldn't be pressed on someone so young to have it all figured out as one always changed over time in their ideas and thoughts about life while few others never changed their minds about such things. She had no clue how she would do at being a mother, she'd never been around kittens, nonetheless ever even seen any before! "Playing alone really sucks, it gets boring so quick and you wind up talking to yourself all the time." she wrinkled her nose at the thought and brightened again at the invitation. "Yeah! I'd love to play!" she said standing up from where she had sat down just below Jin, ready to tear off and look for a place to hide.

Jin smiled happily as she looked at how happy the other got. "Oh yay! I'm excited for this! Its been so long since i played with someone." she said as she covered her eyes. "You go hide i'll find you." she said with a smile. "I'll count to thirty ok?" she said as sh waited for an answer before she would start counting. She loved hide and seek and she loved playing games! She would always be a child at heart but she hoped to be good at other things besides games when she was older.

"Oh me too!" Oracle giggled and looked around her ready to hide, she knew that Jin was likely to have a much better sense of where to look for her, but she would do her best to hide as she could so that Jin would have some sort of challenge. "Okay start counting!" she nodded and took off as fast as her feet could carry her looking for a good place to hide, she looked around everywhere she could, too many places seemed too obvious a spot to hide and she would move on to the next place and the next, behind bushed and around rocks that were even larger than her. At one point she even considered hiding behind a slab on concrete leaned against the building, but even that spot seemed to easy and she continued to seach. Knowing her time was growing short she was becoming a little frantic in her search and she finally spotted something perfect a set of stairs, there were divets under each of the steps, just big enough for her to crawl into and lay down and hide. Rushing over and nearly tripping over herself she climbed up a couple of stairs and climbed into the hole and laid down, lucky for her it was only a little dusty in there and she lay in wait for Jin, grinning to herself widely, proud of the spot she had found.

Jin smiled as she counted happily. Her tail swished back and forth happily. She was having so much fun! more fun then she had had in ages! She heard the other running around though it was quiet and not loud enough to let her know where the other might be at. She smiled as she finished. "READY OR NOT HERE I COME!" she called out as she hurried off looking around for her. She checked in holes and under rocks. She looked around bushes and inside buckets for her. She sniffed around and caught the sweet scent of Oracle some place and looked around. Stairs. She smiled catching a small glimps of her coat but acting like she didn't see it. She walked around the stairs and looked behind them like she was trying to find her and the poked around the side and smiled at her. "Found you! Your it now!" she said with a smile.

Oracle heard her near and held her breath to keep herself as still as was possible, but it was all in vain as Jin popped up and found her making her start and nearly leap out of her skin in surprise. But she only laughed and climbed out of her hiding place and brushed herself off. "I knew it wouldn't take you too long to find me, you know this place so well." she said satisfied at her dusting job and being clean enough again. She was ready to let Jin hide this time, even though she knew she would have one hell of a time finding the girl but it was worth it to just have a friend to play with. "Okay I'm gonna count now!" she said dashing over to the wall and leaned against it and hid her face in her arms and began to count out loud a wide grin on her face.

Jin smiled at her and nodded. "I know its kinda not fair but i'll try to pick a kinda easy spot so you don't have to search for me for forever." she said as she hurried off and looked around for a hiding place. she thought about the slab that Oracle had passed over but thought it too easy. She smiled as she moved along and found a bucket that was tipped over ans tuck in a bush. She smiled and climbed into the bucket, shooing out a frog as she went, and smileing as she cuddled at the back of the bucket to hide while Oracle counted.
