Victoria walked silently with her newly appointed guard towards her garden. She couldn't wait to see the new flowers in bloom that would be budding for only a little while longer because spring would soon be approaching in the valley. Her gaze was fixed on the horizion where the sun was beginning it's journey to cross the sky. Victoria smiled and closed her eyes for a moment and let the scene soak into her mind for later use. After she was finished she opened her eyes and walked a few feet towards her garden. The flowers were in full bloom and beautiful. Victoria smiled and looked to her guard for his opinion. Sadly, he was VERY serious about his job and didn't even pay attention to the beauty that was in front of him. Instead he was busy looking around for any signs of danger. Which, was a good thing. At least no harm would come to her. However, he would never get to see all the wonderful things that the world held. Victoria longed for someone that would take notice of the beauty that grew within the herd's confines. A small sigh escaped her lips before she walked closer to her guard. "I wish for you to leave me so that I might enjoy my garden alone." She spoke kindly to him. He gave a small protest but she shook her head. "I will be fine here in my garden by myself. Should any harm come to me I would not be far away from help." Victoria said with a smile. Her guard sighed and nodded, then he began the journey back towards the herd. Victoria began to sniff at the flowers happily.

Rhapsody trudged through the mud and the muck in the forest. Spring was coming which meant that everything was melting and getting squishy. He absolutely disliked this time of year for that reason. He wasn't even at all sure why he had left his teepee in the first place. Then he remembered it was because everyone else had left and gone out since it was nice and warm out for the first time today. He was out in the hopes of finding something interesting to do or see. Though thus far, it had proved to be a very boring day with nothing interesting to it.

Victoria stood still in front of the flowers she had been smelling. She could hear something coming towards her because she could hear mud slushing around. Victoria turned herself to face whatever it was. When the soquili that made all the noise finally appeared Victoria was unable to speak. She knew that her face had shown she was shocked to see a pink stallion, but she couldn't help it. He was one of the most handsome male she had ever see. "You're so handsome." She said mumbling slightly.
(I had tagged back but I guess it didn't post. :/ )

Rhapsody stopped once he heard someone saying something to him. He had been all caught up in his own boring thoughts that he hadn't noticed he had stumbled upon someone in the garden. "I am sorry to have intruded on you, miss. I will go and leave you be in peace." he said as he turned and planned to go back the way he had come when her words registered in his mind. "Umm...what did you just say, again miss?" he said a bit confused and perplexed.

Victoria smiled, "I said you are handsome." She said as she returned to sniffing her flowers within her garden. "And you do not need to leave. Even though this is technically my garden, anyone is allowed to stay within it's sweet smelling embrace." She said looking over at him. "I'm Victoria. Who might you be?" She asked. Victoria could not but help and linger over every inch of him, he really was quite handsome. Maybe she would collect him like she had done with many others. However, he would be one of her special collector items.

"I'm Rhapsody. It is a pleasure to meet you, Victoria. Though I beg to differ on your statement. I am sure you have come across those more handsome than I." he said softly. He wasn't really sure how to react to her. He wasn't sure how to react much with anyone outside of his family so now was probably a good time to start learning. "Thank you for allowing me to be in your garden as well. I have just been wondering about by myself with not real plan of anywhere to go. Just thinking and walking." he said again softly and not really sure why he was talking that softly to begin with.

Victoria strained a bit to hear the stallion speak, however, it didn't really bother her. "You are very welcome." She said kindly. "And I have met very many stallions before that have come very close to your amount of... handsome-ness, however, none have compared to your beauty so to speak." She said with a giggle. "Besides my dear, compliments are compliments. Nothing more." Victoria nodded.
When the stallion said he had been walking and thinking she wondered why he would venture this far off. No others had come by here in quite some time, and none ever ventured into her garden. "Well my dear Rhapsody, if you wish to eat and relax for a bit my herd's dwelling is just on the other side of that hill there." She said with a smile, hoping he would take her offer.

Rhapsody nodded even though he was still unsure of her compliment. "Well even so, I thank you all the same for it." he said a bit more loudly. He still was not really sure how else to reply, though her giggle made him relax a little bit.
He was a bit taken back by her offering to rest with her herd. It was hard for him to understand why someone who had just met him would so freely offer something like that. Though maybe he was just too much of a hermit and was too used to how things were back within his own family herd. Though he knew his grandmother probably would have given the same offer if anyone had wondered near their home. "That is ok. I am not really all that hungry and besides, I don't want to intrude and be a bother to you or anyone in your herd." he said still being bashful.

Victoria nodded her head as the stallion spoke about how he would have to decline. She knew that his immediate answer would be unlikely, however, she intended the offer to stay open. "Well the offer still stands if you wish to sleep here, even if for a short time." She said with a kind smile. "My dear Rhapsody, may I request your company?" Victoria asked curiously as she tilted her head towards a path that followed her garden. She planned on showing him a bit of her land and more of her garden, if she could get him to agree.
Victoria didn't wait to long for a reply as she began to walk down the path, however, she did turn her head ever so slightly in his direction as she walked to show that him saying no wasn't really an option for her. However, she wouldn't drag him by hair in order to get him to come.
