King Kai's planet is a planet located in the Other World. It is home to King Kai, ruler of the North Galaxy. It is also home to King Kai's pets, Bubbles and Gregory. Even though the planet is relatively small, it has gravity that is 10 times that of Earth's, allowing for more intense training.

Son Goku
Rock, Scissors 'N' Paper - 200 Ki Points
(Jan Ken; ; ; ) is Goku's special attack in early Dragon Ball, but is soon replaced by the Kamehameha. In Japanese material, its user shouts "Jan Ken", then a name corresponding to the attack. "Gu", equals rock and will be a strong punch. "Chyoki", equals scissors and will be a poke in the eyes. "Pa", equals paper and will be an open palm strike.

Instant Transmission - 800 Ki Points
(瞬間移動, Shunkan Idō, Instant Translocation, Teletransportation or Instantaneous Transmission) is a technique for instantly teleporting, learned by Goku on Planet Yardrat after his battle with Frieza. Instant Transmission allows Goku and anyone that is in contact with him to instantly travel great distances just by concentrating on a particular individual's energy signature, and 'transmitting' or feeling that being's location. This action is usually accompanied by Goku placing his index and middle fingers on his forehead to help him concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. Because Instant Transmission requires a ki signature to lock onto (whereas Instantaneous Movement does not), the successful performance of the technique is dependent on one's ability to detect them. For example, at the end of DBZ, Goku proclaimed to Dende that he could not travel to New Namek because their ki signature was too far away.
-Can only be used a maximum of 3x in battle

Kaio-ken - 2000 Ki Points
(界王拳, "Fist of the World King" or "World King Fist") is a fighting technique invented by King Kai. However, Goku is the only person ever able to successfully use it. It is a technique that multiplies the user's ki for a "heart beat", enabling them to inflict serious damage to opponents who are considerably stronger than them. While in the state, the ki aura's color becomes crimson. The technique however has its substantial flaws, such as if the user multiplies their base ki too much, the uprise of ki could easily obliterate them, or severely damage their body.
- A 3,000 Ki bonus is added on per level. So Kaio-Ken x2 would briefly give you 6000 additional Ki Points
- Each level up increases the 4 stats by 1. If you go past Kaio-Ken x10 you will die, if you plan on dying I suppose the max is Kaio-Ken x15
- "Goku went pass 15 in the show without dying why can't we do it here..." Because I said so
- Going past Kaio-Ken x4 will quickly exhaust your body
- Going past Kaio-Ken x7 will severely damage the body (Torn muscles, damaged cells, etc)
- Your power increases for a "heart beat" with that being said the effects of Kaio-Ken only lasts one post before it has to be used again.
- Can't be used in conjunction with other temporary power ups or transformations.
- It can be used with permanent power ups or transformations like Upgrade 2.0 and the Changeling transformations (Works with Items as well)

Spirit Bomb - 2000 Ki Points
(元気玉, Genki Dama; Literally meaning "Spirit Ball"; Energy Sphere) is a powerful attack in Dragon Ball, widely considered to be the strongest attack in the series, but depends on the number of organisms supporting its use. Users of the Spirit Bomb gather huge amounts of energy from all chosen surrounding life forms, and conduct that energy into a massive sphere of astounding destructive power. Energy takes the visual form of sparkling, glittering wisps when adding to the mass. The creation of the attack promotes a calm breeze away from the bomb, which turns into a strong continuous gale and expels colorful bands or radiation of Northern Lights-esque aurora. When used it is quite swift, and if the user is not careful of it, the Spirit Bomb could absolutely obliterate a planet. Essentially, to use the Spirit Bomb, one must have a pure heart so they can manipulate and gather energy, otherwise the move can backfire and possibly hurt or kill the user. Likewise, once a Spirit Bomb has been fired, it is possible for one with a pure heart to deflect the technique. The main disadvantage of the attack however, is the amount of time needed to complete the attack, thus the attack is used very rarely.

User Image~Lord Zhou and Vi made it to the North Kai's planet after traveling from the South Kai's place. Now that Lord Zhou had received his training it was time for Vi to get her training in. When they landed on the North Kai’s planet the difference in size of his planet in comparison to South Kai’s was evident. They were approached by Goku who noticed that Vi was a saiyan based on her tail. He was glad to have someone to train with. They started with by playing rock paper scissors. Lord Zhou was confused with this training method so he went off to meditate.

~ Goku explained the game to Vi and showed the hand signs to her. “Alright let’s go, best two out of three.” Goku said as he held clinched his right fist and placed it on his left hand… “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Haaa… Rock, Paper, Scissors, Haaa… Rock, Paper, Scissors, Haaa… Yeah, I did it!” Goku shouted as he won the overall game. He won the first round, with paper over rock. Then Vi won the second round, rock over scissors. In the last round Goku won, paper over rock. Before Goku and Vi could get into any serious training Vi and Lord Zhou began fading away. It seeming like they were being returned back to earth.

Shirubā looked down on the planet from above. 'Is that it,' he thought. Suddenly, Shirubā felt a surge of pressure. He then was pushed down and landed hard on the ground. Shirubā struggled to lift himself of the ground. 'What the hell is this,' he thought. He then struggled to stand up and walk. "Where the hell am I!" he shouted into the air. He then looked around. 'Now where is this Kai,' he thought. 'What is he, invisible.' He then stopped when he saw a brown monkey. 'What the hell is that thing doing here,' he thought. 'Wait-.' He then looked around but saw no one. "Where that Kai," he said. "What are you it." Shirubā checked his scooter to see that this ape was stronger than normal. However, it still was to weak to be a trainer. The monkey stood there in silence. "Bubbles!" called a voice new voice. The monkey then went over to a blue man with a strange black outfit. "And who the hell are you?" he asked angrily. The man shook his head. "That's no way to talk to your elders," he said. "Especially a special Kai like me." Shirubā flinched. "You're the Kai," he said. "Who are you?" The man smiled and then lifted his hands in a pose. "Your looking at the number one comic," he said. "The one, the only, King Kai!" Shirubā flinched. 'King,' he thought. 'But this guy's a joke.' He shook his head. "I have come here to train under you King Kai," he said to him. "Please show train me in the Martial Arts." King Kai nodded. "Alright then," he said. "Show me what you can do." Shirubā nodded and reached for his katana. He then stopped when he realized that his sword was gone. "What the hell," he said out loud. "Where's my sword!" King Kai sighed. "I can fight without it," Shirubā then said, getting into a fighting position. He then was about to run, but fell on his face. "What wrong with this place?" he said, trying to lift himself up. "Its probably because of stupid Hydra Way. But even when I'm low on ki, I should still be able to move." King Kai laughed. "This has nothing to do with the Snake Way," he said. "The gravity here ten times that of Earths." Shirubā looked at him in disbelief but then buried his head in the ground. "Maybe I should just lay here," he said. King Kai then noticed Shirubā's tail. "Wait a minute," he said. "Your a Saiyan aren't you." Shirubā lifted his head and nodded. "1/21 Saiyan," he said. "But that doesn't change the fact that I'm still strong." He then lifted his body off the ground, panting. "I just need rest a little," he said, his stomach growling. "I'll need some food." King Kai nodded and then went into the house. After a while, he gestured for Shirubā to enter. He then practically crawled inside and then almost fainted when he saw the buffet of food. "I've learned that Saiyan have big appetites," he said. Shirubā then walked to a chair and began eating. Due to the gravity, it took him a while to finish it all. However, he felt refreshed afterwards and fell asleep. King Kai sighed.

Shirubā yawned when he woke up, feeling refreshed. He then found that it was easier to get up now. His ki was replenished so he could now walk and even run, though it was still hard. Before, it felt like he was running in water. Now he felt like he was carrying weighted training clothes. He then saw King Kai waiting outside. "Now I'm ready," he said. King Kai shook his head. "Before you begin," he said, "You should get past a few tests." Shirubā sighed and listened to what he had to say. "First you must catch Bubbles," he said. The monkey then went to stand beside him as if they were raising. As soon as King Kai said to start, Bubbles dashed off. "The hell," he thought, running after him. They raised across the planet but Shirubā could never get close enough to catch him. It didn't take long for the strain of this to take effect. Shirubā then asked for more food and the same thing as before happened. However, three days later, he was finally able to catch the monkey. "Now I get to continue," he said with a smile. "But I need more food first." King Kai sighed.

Shirubā Hoippu

Shirubā yawned as he woke from yet another training day. King Kai hadn't told him what his next test would be, though that was probably due to the fact that he was fast asleep. He picked himself off of the floor and then went outside. King Kai was outside writing, with Bubbles close by. "What am I supposed to do next?" Shirubā asked. King Kai smiled and then took a deep breath, filling his lungs with air. He then turned around and shouted into the air. Shirubā scratched his head and then heard something behind him. Suddenly, a loud shouting busted his eardrums. "Ouch," he said painfully. "What the hell was that all about?" King Kai stood there with that smile on his face. Suddenly, a blue light rushed past him. It then stopped in front of King Kai. The blue light then disappeared, revealing a strange flying grasshopper. 'A bug,' he thought. He then checked his scouter to see how strong it was. To his surprise, this one was somewhat stronger than the monkey. "Who is this guy King Kai?" he asked. The grasshopper looked at Shirubā sternly. "Show some respect why don't you," he said. "Your in the presence of King Kai. You have no idea how lucky you are." Shirubā swatted at the grasshopper like it was a fly. "This is Gregory," King Kai then interrupted. "He is your next assignment. Catch him and hit him with this." Suddenly, a large hammer appeared out of nowhere. King Kai threw it to Shirubā and he then found that it was as heavy as it was big. He lifted it over his shoulder and fell backwards. King Kai then told Gregory to start and he covered himself in the blue light again. Shirubā then let go of the weapon and got up. He then picked up the hammer and went after Gregory. The gravity in conjunction to the heavy hammer made Shirubā quickly begin to sweat. 'Lets see dad get through this training in one place,' he thought as he lugged the hammer around. Gregory continued to go at a constant speed and Shirubā sped up. However, he still couldn't get close enough to use the weapon. As Shirubā ran, he then realized that he was going in circles. This was the twentieth time he had ran past that same house. Shirubā soon stopped running and dropped to the ground, panting. "How the hell can the guy be so fast," he said, still panting. "Its impossible. Or maybe I just need to recharge my batteries again already. King Kai, I need food!" King Kai sighed and went back in the housed. 'This one will be the death of me,' he thought as he began to cook.

Shirubā rushed at Gregory, swinging his hammer, missing, and slamming it into the ground. He lifted it up and tried again, to the same results. Shirubā had been chasing Gregory for four days now and he had almost hit him four times. However, on some occasions, Gregory knocked Shirubā down before he could even swing. Though he didn't act like it, King Kai might have been getting pissed that Shirubā ate so much as well. "If I could hunt I wouldn't need you to cook," Shirubā had told him. It was while he said this that he turned to Bubbles. He knew immediately what Shirubā was thinking and ran into the house fearfully. Shirubā wished that snake way had actual snakes. He sighed. If he hadn't been worried about going to hell, he probably would have eaten Bubbles the first chance he had. He sighed and then sped up. By now, Shirubā was slowly getting used to the gravity. A few more days of this and his speed would be back to normal. Since he was improving, Shirubā stopped less and trained more. After a while, Shirubā finally was able to catch Gregory, waking him with the hammer and sending him crashing though King Kai's car window. He scratched his head laughing. "Guess I don't know my own strength," he said. King Kai then rushed over and began working on the window. That hit had knocked Gregory out, though. King Kai then gave Shirubā a three day rest. However, Shirubā had no interest in stopping the training. He wanted to get stronger. Even at death, he still had the goal of defeating Brigand. So, to get his training done, chased Bubbles around with the hammer. After a few days, King Kai finally allowed Shirubā to begin the real training with him. "Come at me with everything," King Kai said, getting into a fighting position. Shirubā nodded and let his ki spike. He then took off his scooter and gave it to Bubbles, who had a bump on his head from where the hammer had hit. Shirubā then dashed at King Kai and threw a barrage of punches. However, King Kai was able to dodge them all easily. He then out his hand out and sent Shirubā flying as if he had forcefully pushed him, though he didn't even touch him. It was as if he had sent out the wind. Shirubā rolled on the ground before made himself skid to a halt. Shirubā then flew into the air and raised his hand, preparing a Spirit Kamehameha. He then fired forcefully at King Kai, with both hands together. However, King Kai then blocked the attack before sending it into the air, successfully deflecting it. Shirubā popped a vein and then let out two Kamikaze Ghosts. "Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack go!" he shouted, sending one of the ghost toward King Kai. It quickly exploded and sent out cloud of dust. "Alright," he said, having a high five with the other ghost. He then gasped as he realized what he just did. The ghost then exploded, catching Shirubā in the explosion. He then fell to the ground hard. "Damn Kamikaze Ghosts," he said as he lifted himself of the ground. He then froze when the smoke cleared and he saw King Kai unharmed. "I think that's enough for now," he said. "You've certainly proven to be a strong fighter, but you've still got a lot to learn. We'll keep at it and you'll eventually be able to fight me one on one and actually win." Shirubā scratched his head. "I think I'm strong enough to get my own food now by the way," he said, looking toward the tall tree. He then dashed towards it and flew through the top. Shirubā then came out with some apples. "Bubbles!" he shouted. "Get a bucket before these apples are used for monkey stew."

User Image

Shirubā gestured for King Kai to follow him. "Check this out," he said, concentrating his ki into his fist. He then punched the ground and made the earth crumble in a small earth fissure. Shirubā had aimed it towards the hammer from the Gregory chase. The technique then made a hole around the hammer, making it fall underground. "Neat huh," he then said to King Kai. "Now I can trap my enemies underground. Plus I can hide my food now." King Kai then walked over to the hole and jumped in. It didn't take long for him to come back with the hammer. "Try to make it deeper," King Kai said as he dusted himself off. "It wouldn't do any good to have them quickly get out of that trap." Shirubā nodded and then went over to look into the hole. It looked like it couldn't hold anyone above the height of 6'0. He then realized that he needed to have something to use to close up the hole. as soon as someone entered. An idea then came into his mind. "Tree bark!" he shouted suddenly. He then dashed to the tree and clamped his hands together, swinging them downwards. However, he felt nothing but wind. 'Oh yea,' he thought. 'I don't have that anymore.'

Shirubā jumped into the air and aimed a spinning kick at the bag. He then jumped back and hit it with a barrage of right kicks, ending with a spinning left kick. The punching bag then went up and cam back down, slamming into Shirubā. He was sent backwards and fell on his back. "Ow," he said as he sat up and rubbed the back of his head. "Stupid bag." He then got off the floor and went back to training. Shirubā then stopped when his father came in the room. The bag then knocked him onto the floor. His father went over and helped him up. "What are you doing here?" Shirubā asked. "I thought you had your own training to do." His father then took something colorfully wrapped out of his jacket. "I think you're finally ready for this," his father said, handing the object. He looked at it curiously before he began unwrapping. It was a long rectangular box with a removable top. When it was removed, Shirubā's mouth fell open. The sun shone on the object as if it was holy. He then lifted out of the box a long shimmering katana. The silver blade reflected the sun beautifully. Shirubā then stood up and tried it out, slicing through the air. "Thanks," he said. "I'll never take it out of my sight. This is now my most prized possession."

Shirubā stood by the tree with a blank expression. King Kai's voice then cut into his voice. He reassured him he was fine and then went up the tree to get his dinner.

Shirubā smashed the hammer on the ground repeatedly to scare Bubbles. Chasing the monkey had become a hobby of his, though he tried not to actually hurt him. He chased him up the tree and then back down. If it hadn't been for his size, Shirubā would have chased Gregory too. However, it was no fun if he would try to attack back. He kept smashing the hammer on the ground to make Bubbles speed up. By now the gravity had become easy overcome, so he had to suppress his ki to make it a fair, fun chase. He then noticed King Kai standing nearby. "Looks like you've learned to handle yourself," he said. "Now for a quick rundown. Depending on your score, I will teach a new technique." Shirubā nodded and dropped the hammer, letting Bubbles rest. However, King Kai then told them to repeat the chase. Shirubā then turned and smiled evilly at Bubbles. He then went to stand beside Bubbles, who was shaking a little. When King Kai instructed to start, Shirubā quickly grabbed Bubbles before he could get a few feet away. King Kai then stopped a clock he was looking at. "1.8 seconds," King Kai said. "Gregory, your up next." Gregory then covered himself in the blue light. He then dashed toward Shirubā, who had picked up the hammer. However, Shirubā then moved to the side, letting him get past, and swung the hammer, being sure to hit Gregory softly. King Kai then checked the clock again. "2.1 seconds," he said. "Looks like you pass. Now to teach you an easy technique." He then punched the air, followed by stretching his middle and index fingers apart and hitting the air again. King Kai then pushed out his palm as if he was punching. Shirubā scratched his head in confusion. "That was the Rock, Scissors 'N' Paper attack," King Kai told him. "The rock is a powerful punch. The scissors is a poke in the eyes. And the Paper is an attack from your open palm. You try, it's simple. Punch, poke, and finally palm." Shirubā nodded and punched the air. He then stretched his two first fingers apart and hit the air again. Finally, he stuck out his open palm as if he was punching. "Well done," King Kai said. "So will you be staying here longer or are you passing on now." Before Shirubā had a chance to answer, his halo suddenly disappeared. "Too late," King Kai cut in. "You've been revived. Now you would have no chance of returning." Shirubā shook his head. "Not as long as I have my instant movement," he said. "But I'll be leaving now." King Kai then stopped him and replaced his torn up clothes with the ones he had first had. "Thanks," Shirubā said. He then looked at Bubbles. "Someday," he said, pointing to the monkey. He then disappeared using instant movement to go to New Crane School, looking to get his katana back.

Sayla

The small planet was rather empty save for a small house with a well. A small, single lane road runs around the planet and dividing into two different halves. Though nothing really changed as either half of the planet had lush, green grass and small trees here and there plotted around. A few very odd things about the planet could be noted with from the start. First, the planet was much, much smaller than Earth, so much that Sayla could have run around it countless times in one day. Second, the gravity was ten times that of the Earth despite how much smaller it was. Third, was the same red car, which was clean and looked to be able to hold at least two smaller people, that sat in the road. Last was the completely seemingly lacking populace despite the house clearly built up on the side of the road. As Sayla was still forcing her legs up from the gravity, a small, stout blue man stepped out of the house along side of a small monkey and a floating cricket. How did they move so easily in this gravity, but then the Bio-Saiyan had realized that the blue man must had been the North Kai that she wished to train under. As North Kai approached the girl he seemed to judge her strength and potential. With a friendly smile and brush of one of those blue whiskers on King Kai looks to Sayla, "Welcome Fighter, has Lord Yemma sent you to receive my training?" The Bio-Saiyan nodded her head to the simple question and it seemed to cause North Kai to chuckle. His monkey and the cricket had vanished once more into the house after seeing their guest, "Well. When you can make it to my house we will begin training." The little blue Kai walks off and into his house leaving Sayla alone for several meters to get to the house, but still not use to the extreme gravity change made it more difficult than she first though.

[ The Wastelands are one of the few worst places to be on ZI. These vast areas of desert, ruins and valleys are the hiding ground of bandits, thieves and murderers. Those in trouble with the Empire or the Republic escape to here to live. Using Zoids and sheer numbers they attack the farm colonies, steal women, and crops. In most part of the Wasteland neither Republic nor Empire pilots wish to step foot here, so it goes unclaimed.

11 years ago – Croix

Sleeping soundly in his bed, Hayato is soon awoken by the sun’s first rays of light followed by his little sister, Aimi, pounding on his door. Hayato, age 10, opens the door as Aimi falls into him and back asleep in his arms. Not able to hold back a smirk, Hayato picks her up and lays her on his bed. She didn’t need to be up this early anyway; after all, He had promised to do her chores as well today and those chose to wake up to get them all done. Once he gets to the front door, Hayato hears his dad talking about the harvest this year, being one of the best, and can’t help but smile. He and the rest of the villagers put their hard earned sweat and blood into those fields, and Hayato was glad that all the work was paying off. Hayato stepped outside and walked to the fountain near the center of the colony; it was Croix’s only way to get fresh drinking water the rest went to the crops. Around the small town there were several signs for the annual harvest festival. There was going to be a Zoid show and battle put on by his parents along with several games for the children.

After gathering a few buckets of water, Hayato heads back and fills the family’s water tank. He realized that the tank should last for the rest of the day. Hayato then stretches before preparing the clothes for the wash; afterwards, he heads to the kitchen and eats the breakfast his mother just finished cooking before her again gets up and leaves. Doing both his and his sisters chores, Hayato realizes that this would be hard work to do by him self, though if he lived alone it would slightly easier on him. He then checks the list that Aimi gave him and sighs, before he once again is on the move working.

Once Aimi wakes up again, she looks out the window and sees Hayato in the fields work hard as always. She giggles and goes to leave when she notices the note on the nightstand. It simply stated ‘Done! Have a nice day in town with Mom.’ Aimi smiles and folds up the note as she walks into the kitchen grapping a piece of toast, “Mom, why does Hayato work so hard? Isn’t bad to keep pushing your body so hard?” Their mother turns to look at Aimi and smiles for her concern, “It can be, but he is a smart boy. After all with a father like yours, he has to compete. I hope he realizes no one will judge him, after all the Shield Liger likes him more than your father.” Aimi giggles and finishes up her toast before she changes and heads to the field, “Bro! Come rest! I want to try my best too!” She then feels a hand on her shoulder; it is her father standing there watching his son, “Give it up; he won’t even let me take his place. Hayato keep hydrated!” The large man that is their father walks off leaving Aimi there to watch Hayato for a while longer.

Around mid-day Hayato rests in the shade of his house as he drinks down a bottle of water then eats one of the sandwiches his mother made before taking Aimi and her Raynos to the Republic capital. Hayato notices his dad working a bit longer before he takes his break sitting next to his son, “Boy, you have more energy than I did your age.” Hayato laughs, “Thanks Dad…I want to be a great Zoid pilot like you.” Suddenly his dad pats his shoulder, “Well, if anything were to happen to me, I want you to pilot the Shield Liger…what is the name you gave him?” Hayato looks out over the field, “Dad don’t talk like that...His name is Kyoshiro. I named him after a great swordsman I read about.” His dad nods and takes a swig of water before he stands back up, “Time to get back to work. Let’s get the job done before your mom and sister get back.” Hayato simply nods before getting up and going back to work in his portion of the field.

Later that night Aimi and her mother come in laughing and joking, Aimi now wearing a new outfit her mom got her. Not to skimpy but something that could still keep you cool in the heat of the midday sun. Aimi walks over to Hayato and smiles, “Bro, I want to present you with a present. It is from Mom, Dad, and me.” She then pulls out a uniform. This uniform was made for him, but still gave him no real position in the military and anyone from the Republic would recognize this. Hayato takes the uniform and hugs his sister tight, “Thank you everyone. This had to cost a fortune.” His dad sighs and rubs his head, “Don’t think about it…but we would like you to wear it for the festival, but don’t let anyone see it till then.” Hayato nods and brings the uniform to his room were he hangs it up then goes to bed.

The next few days’ progress around the same; Aimi and her mother don’t go back to the capital but Hayato and his father continue to work in the fields. The week afterwards is simply the village harvesting the fields and setting up the festival. Hayato works in the town since his father didn’t need the help in the fields for the week. He helps build the stage for the Village Elder’s speech. This stage is also where the Zoid battle will be announced. The flyers for the festival have been pulled down and replaced with banners and decorations. Booths started to appear around town as everyone’s excitement built up.

The day of the festival was exciting and joyous, Aimi was dressed in one of her nicest gowns and Hayato stood proud in his mock Republic uniform. The villages admire Hayato as they pass by him and his sister at the booths around town. No one asked but they all figured that today would be Hayato’s last day it town then he’d be off fighting for the Republic. Finally the time for the big event, the mock Zoid battle, Hayato stood up on stage and cleared his throat, “Ladies and Gentlemen for your entertainment we will be holding a small battle. As you know our Guardians, the Kuno family are pilots of the lovely Raynos and the exotic Shield Liger!” Shortly after that a squall can be heard as the Raynos takes off into the air only to be shot down promptly by an unknown source. The Raynos’ cockpit was instantly destroyed and crashed into the nearby house where his father was waiting. The Raynos was spose to give an air show before the battle but now the plan changed and Hayato screamed into the microphone, “Mom! Dad!” Suddenly a second shot hit the building the Raynos crashed into as a Geno Saurer charges into the opposite side of town. The Geno fires a shot of its charged particle gun and the shockwaves knocks Hayato off the stage and rolling across the ground. The CPG shot also destroyed a decent chunk of the town circle were a majority of people were standing. Hayato flinched and realized he had a piece of wood in his leg; it wasn’t deep but it hurt and he soon removed it so it wouldn’t compromise his movement. Aimi had been spared the CPG shot and was hiding under the stage, Hayato gave her a sign to stay when a third shot echoed in the air and hit a second building, giving way to a wave of shattered glass and splintered wood. The Geno seemed to take up position where it entered and it didn’t move, and after a few more shots even the heavy fire seemed to stop. Little did Hayato know this may be the beginning of his problems as a Deadly Kong slams through a house near Aimi and the stage. Hayato acting quick grabbed his sister and ran with her over his shoulder. A quiet breeze is left in the air before the sounds of small gun fire fill the air. Hayato hide his sister in a small shed and takes a machete from the wall before he puts his fingers to his lips, “I promise...I won’t leave you here alone, just give me time to draw them away form you…” He smiles and closes the door as Aimi kneels into the corner too afraid to even cry. Now he had a purpose, Hayato thought he had to stop these Zoid wielding mad men.

The sounds of people running through the streets can be heard but one set, draw Hayato’s attention, they sound like a little biped Zoid running along with one human. Hayato knew this was his chance as he gazed around the corner he could see the man and the small Zoid standing there looking over the town with odd silver Zoid behind them. The man spoke into his head set, “Sector clear, get the crops and I’ll burn off the town.” He then walked down the street more before Hayato run out swinging the machete down at the man, “This is for my family!” Announcing himself like that didn’t work well and the man pulls out a handgun shooting Hayato in the left arm; the pain alone caused him to drop his weapon. The small Zoid dart over and whips Hayato with his tail causing the 10 year to fall to the ground. The Zoid then stomps on the boy’s left arm, breaking it, while growling in his face not happy at all that he tried to attack his master. The man sighs, “Raizer down. Diguard will take of them now.” The small Zoid and man walk off as he radios in, “Burn it all.” The odd silver Zoid runs off as five more rush through the area all of which are firing off fireballs at small groups of humans, and buildings.

Hayato manages to make his way back to the shed. Other than the buildings near it burning, he was surprised to see the door broken in. He runs over holding his arm to see his barely conscious sister laying on the ground several holes in her gut, arms, and legs; the work of a machine gun. He kicks the door in more so he can get in and kneel before his sister taking her up in his one arm, “I-I’m so sorry…” His tears dripping off his cheeks and landing on Aimi, “If I had stayed….” Aimi gently shakes her head, “…you… would…have…died…as well….” Hayato shakes his head, “I would have protected you!” Aimi smiles sweetly, “Live for us both Hayato…for our parents as well…I lo-…” Aimi then falls silent while going limp in Hayato’s arm, “I can’t…I have nothing left…” Suddenly a giant metallic paw knocks over the rest of the burning shed as the Shield Liger kneels before Hayato and opens its cockpit. Hayato reluctantly gets into the Zoid before it stands and runs from the village, leaving the burning colony and his family’s last resting spot quickly fading in the distances.]

It takes a long while as she works her way up to the house. She places one hand on the building to rest some, but careful not to make a sound knowing she wasn't ready for any serious training to be done. Instead the Bio-Saiyan pushes off the wall and keeps walking around the planet. It takes about twenty or thirty slow laps around the planet before she can begin to feel her legs and body getting lighter or more to its normal feel. Still, Sayla knew she wasn't ready to begin King Kai's training and begins to jog while pressing the increased weight of King Kai's tools from the shed. It was a rather intense set of training but soon enough the extra gravitation pull of the small planet didn't effect her at all. Getting worried about the hours spent just trying to get to house, King Kai steps out of his house to see a rather surprising sight of the young girl running laps around the planet as if it were nothing and worse yet she held his car over her head by one finger on each hand, "Oh my it seems your quite a healthy one. Hehe..How about we get to training already. And! Be gentle when you put my car down." Again the Saiyan girl nods and sets the car carefully back on the road, before bubbles come out of the small house at King Kai's call, "First training mission is to catch Bubbles here with your bare hands." King Kai then whistles and the monkey takes running in the opposite direction of Sayla.

The Bio-saiyan then takes off and runs after the monkey, Bubbles, trying to catch it as King Kai had told her too. Of course catching this monkey was harder than would be expected, seeing as it was a living thing so it could adjust its movement patterns to counter act the way she moved or went after it. She wondered if this challenge had a purpose or if King Kai was making her do this instead of training her for some reason, or perhaps she had completed the training when she was working out to adjust to the planet's gravity. If that was the case then maybe this was to pass time till she could leave or even go on with something else since this had to be a test of speed. Then a thought popped into her mind and she stopped in place and quickly turned the other way before bolting off away from Bubbles. If this worked then with her speed and the monkey's speed there wouldn't be time to turn around or change direction is a hurry. Within a blink of the eye, Sayla was holding Bubbles be the tail and laughing playfully with the monkey. She then cradles it in her arms and brings him back to King Kai's house, "I got him." The Bio-Saiyan then sets the monkey on the table and laughs again as King Kai nods and smiles, "Good Good, I am impressed. Now then, last training exercise is.." The stout blue man hands Sayla a mallet and calls Gregory out, "..to hit Gregory with this mallet. Also avoid breaking my stuff if you could." With that the floating cricket and Sayla head outside to begin the training. Now this is a slightly different test, though speed was still a very important part of this exercise. Still it required a great deal of strength as well, since the mallet seemed to weigh more than even King Kai's car or perhaps this mallet was made of a special metal that reacted to the gravitation pull of the small planet. Either way the exercise was underway and there was going to be no stopping till the goal has been meet and such a clever tactic of running the opposite way wouldn't help with this mallet. Though it takes several hours, Sayla starts to notice a pattern in Gregory's movement and this was exactly what the Bio-Saiyan needed as she lead the cricket into the same repetitive movements. Then, BAM!, the mallet comes down and smashes Gregory into the ground as it came down with the force of her strength and the gravity of the planet pulling down on it. Finally the test was over and King King pats the girl's back, "Your ready to go home now." With that the halo over her head and she fades from the world leaving with a final bow.

As Coraata came up closer to the planet he was getting pulled in with full force and impacted the ground. He could hardly stand but when he finally managed to, he could barely slide his feet and then a monkey walked up to him. He moved with ease. He did not struggle or anything. Coraata got irritated and the monkey seemed to mock him. Soon a blue-ish fish man walked up with a floating cricket by his side, "how are you guys moving with such speed, especially that grass hopper," Coraata said as the fish one started laughing.
"So I really have a new student? You seem to be attracted here now. Your planet get whiped out again?" The blue one remarked.
"No, I accidently blew my self up, and anyways I am here to train with King Kai, not you." Coraata replied.
"He is King Kai you idiot," the Cricket replied, "and I am not a grass hopper."
"Yes, I am king kai and this is Gregory and this is Bubbles," He said pointing to the creature that he was referring to.
"Wait, so you... You look nothing like I figured you would, not at all." Coraata said.
"What did you think I would look like." King Kai smirked
"Well, stronger I guess..." Coraata said.
"I am one of the strongest in the universe," King kai laughed.
"And don't you forget it!" Gregory said with Bubbles making strange monkey noises off behind the other two.
"Well will you train me?" Coraata asked.
"I do not see the harm in it." King Kai answered.
"So, what will we be starting with?" Coraata asked.
"Well do youu want to focus on your fighting abilities, or your Ki attacks, or your evasiveness." King Kai asked.
"How about I try some fighting abilities." Coraata answered.
"Okay I know we can work on the Kaio-Ken. But you must past a few tests first. You have to catch Bubbles." King Kai looked to Bubbles who started to waddle away.
"That seems simple enough." Coraata said as he started to chase the monkey down. He was not really sure what this was going to do, but it had some sort of purpose or he would not be doing it, he would trust the strange fish man who claimed to be the North Kai. He took his first step and met with the pain of the gravity. He could barely move his arms and he fell and started to crawl. He laughed as well as Gregory and King Kai. "What are you to weak to even walk." Gregory laughed as Coraata pulled himself along the ground. He simply ignored the comment and continued on his way.
After several hours of crawling around he found the courage to move on. He got onto his knees and thought it was a good start and then thought for a second. He stopped completely and layed flat on the ground. He started to do push ups. The others just looked at him even Bubbles stopped to look at what he had started to do. He pushed himself slowly up and held it. He was in no hurry. When he came up he held it until he collapsed, he would lay down for a second then push himself back up. He was not use to this gravity yet and he was not going to give up yet. King kai walked up to him after a while, "Well I am going to go to sleep you might want to as well. i am going to put you through some hard training tomarrow."
"I will just lay here for tonight, well for now, I do not know if you have night but you get it." Coraata answered and the others left. Coraata just fell and rolled over. He looked up to the Other World sky, was this, training at weight he could not handle, worth dieing, He could have trained with Bubbles. He closed his eyes and passed out.

When he woke up he saw the monkey, Bubbles, standing on his chest. He tried to get up and swung his upper body up extremely slowly and the monkey took off running. He pulled himself completely up and was soar. He walked slowly but if he were on earth we would be running at his fastest. The Saiyan was angry and pushed himself even harder. He took about three laps around the planet in thirty minutes. He then fell and tried to rest, "Oh, your not giving up yet are you?" A voice said which Coraata turned to.
"No, I am just tired." Coraata answered not really seeing who it was.
"Well getting tired out is not good, at least you know your limits," the stranger said.
Coraata looked to the man and remembered him from somewhere. "Who are you?" He asked.
"Me? I am Son Goku." He said and Coraata's was in awe, he had heard some many stories about the young man, well the man looked young but was well over his fifties in appearance and hundreds of years old in reality. "M-Mr. Goku. It is an honor to meet you. W-why are you here?"
"I come here to see King Kai all the time, are you a new student of his. What are you working on?" Goku asked
"I am. I am trying to catch Bubbles at the moment and working on learning the Kaio-Ken as well."
"Well then try to catch Bubbles now, you have had some time to rest and you can not give up now." Coraata listened to Goku's words and picked himself up. He spotted Bubbles and started to go walking speed which was killing his legs. Coraata took a stance and growled out loud. His hair spiked up for a split moment as the dark blue turned to dark red. His skin to a gold color and his pupils disappeared. He now charged at a speed that increased to a somewhat jog, he ran after the monkey who was jogging until he looked back to Coraata. He then increased in speed. Goku watched on as he transformed, "he is a Saiyan, but not enough of one to become a Super Saiyan, I guess they learned to control this form at one point. I do see he has a tail, I wonder if Trunks or Bulla were able to carry down that trait is well as Goten, if not that means he is a descendant of Gohan." He thought out loud.

Coraata chased down the monkey and then slowly drifted off the ground and shot forward, this time he figured he would give a go at flying. Bubbles increased in speed into a run. Coraata shot into the air. When Bubbles walked directly under him and did not notice Coraata flying up and he figured he had out ran Coraata. Coraata fell from the sky and grabbed the monkey. "I win!" He shouted as King Kai walked up and Coraata held Bubbles above his head. He set Bubbles down and smiled at him then to King Kai." I caught that monkey, what next?"
"Well since you got this down, we can work on the Kaio-Ken." King Kai smiled.
"Okay so how is it done?" Coraata asked
"You..." King Kai began.
"King Kai, if you don't mind could I work with him on this?" Goku asked.
"I would like that!" Coraata exclaimed.
"Okay if you wish." King Kai mumbled.
"You must manipulate the Ki in your body and make it burst and make your power explode and power you up to a point double, triple, quadruple, or even more than your natural Ki." Goku went on explaining as Coraata nodded, "this attack increases your strength and as well as all your other abilities." Goku showed this, his hair flared up and a red aura appeared and Coraata could feel a drastic change in his power Coraata took a step back and watched in awe. Coraata took his power up stance and growled out loud like when becoming a False Super Saiyan. Nothing happened though. "You have to unleash your inner power and let it rise to your surface. Try to do it while flying." Goku said and Bubbles cheered in the back round. Gregory laughed as King Kai watched intently while giving a small giggle. Coraata continued pushing his energy out and his hair started to flail. He squinted his eyes and rocks around him started to lift. His aura appeared and the ground below him started to disrupt and the dirt flew around. The aura started to transform into a light red. The aura turned to a normal red and Coraata shot into the air. He felt a rush of adrenaline as he hit the peak of where he was going. The rush vanished and he looked down as his arms swung around and he fell to the ground. His face was full of dirt and he pushed himself up and he rubbed the dirt out of his eyes. He smiled as he picked himself up. He had learned the Kaio-ken. Over time he practiced it more. He would chase Bubbles and then in a split second he would use the Kaio-ken and catch up to him only to be out ran when the ability came to an end. Eventually he caught on and used the Kaio-ken x2 and charged in front of Bubbles catching him when he ran at him. He had races with Goku which he lost every time. Him, Goku, and King Kai would make jokes and mess around, they would play pranks on Gregory as well. He had fun learning the new technique and he was ready to move on to new techniques. He was told that just for a little bit more, he did, he started to practice going into the third stage of Kaio-ken. He would practice punches on Goku who would barely move when attacked, he even witnessed what was called a Super Saiyan, he had only heard stories but up close, up close it was so different. It was so powerful.

Coraata woke up this morning and was a little bit more use to the gravity but still used his Kaio-Ken technique to move around fast. He woke up and walked outside, he rubbed his eyes and scratched his tail. He went into a running position stretching his legs. He was going to start working on training, he needed to get ready to learn the spirit bomb but also being able to do other things on this planet as well. He started by jogging, he jogged around the planet, this alone was extremely hard and tiring. He still needed to do it or he would have trouble moving around the planet. He was in the direct path of the one tree on the planet so when he came near it he would use the Kaio-Ken to move away from it then back into position. He needed to get the use of the technique in his head. He would hop up into the air and try a flip usually failing but occasionally succeeding. He would fall back on his hands and feet in a crab position. He lifted his feet up and then did a strange type of push ups. He then held himself up with one hand. He would use the Kaio-ken again and push himself up higher and at a faster pace. He held himself at the highest point he could while he left the Kaio-Ken putting a lot of pressure on his body as the gravity wanted to bring it down.
He fell down to the ground and lied there. He then pulled himself up and through a few punches in the air. Once again he used the Kaio-Ken for this exercise. He would use it and power and speed up his punches then do a spinning low kick. He would then jump into the air and impact the ground. He picked himself back up and then kicked out. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and then hopped up and balanced himself on his tail. This was really painful at this gravity. It got to hurt after a while on earth but here at an extreme gravity it was nearly unbearable. He then left that position. He ran for a little bit and then got an idea. He would try even harder than he has before. He would go to a new length, new to himself at least. He would attempt a Kaio-Ken 3.

Coraata
Coraata gazed at what a true Super Saiyan was, this was a really strange thing, the body did not change as much as a False Super Saiyan, his hair changed, as it would with a False Super Saiyan, though it was gold, not red, his body remained the same color just a bit lighter because of the glow the transformation gave off. The power nearly pushed him away, it was at least twenty times stronger than Coraata, which made him wonder how strong his enemies were if they required many people to become this powerful in order to defeat them. "This is the power of a Super Saiyan, your ancestors marveled at this, well my ancestors did, you are a decedent of me or Vegeta so your ancestors were Super Saiyans, it is a little bit sad though, that now the Saiyans have to strive so hard in order to become a Super Saiyan, if your generation can at all, while me and my kids did it so easily just by training."
"So, you are saying there is a chance that we, my generation and I, will not be able to become Super Saiyans?" Coraata said in despair.
"You have more human blood than Saiyan, there is no telling if you can become a Super Saiyan, maybe after extreme training, or maybe Shenron could help, I don't think it would be past his power."
"Who is Shenron, is he some powerful being who can help me train to the point I can become a Super Saiyan."
"Shenron, Shenron is a powerful dragon, the Eternal Dragon of Earth, he is awaken when all seven Dragon Balls are gathered. He can grant you, well last time I used them, two wishes. If you could find the seven Dragon Balls, gather them into one spot, then summon the dragon by calling his name, he will grant you those wishes, one of which could be a wish to become a Super Saiyan, though I am not sure it would work, there is always a possibility though."
"That sounds easy, though how do I find the Dragon Balls?"
"Most of them belong to an android, but I have not checked in a while, this does mean you will have to fight the people who posses them, unless you can steal them."
"Oh, I almost forgot about Earth, tell me how do I get back there?"
"Well, back when I was alive you had to gather the Dragon Balls and wish someone back to life, though they are lenient now, you can learn the Instant Transmission and use it to go back, you will gain your life back and lose your halo when you are ready to leave."
"Oh, that is good. So how do I learn this Instant Transmission?"
"It is really simple, I will help you learn it, it is the first technique I learned after going Super Saiyan for the first time to kill an evil tyrant, he was a monster and had to die, I tried to give him a chance to change but he did not take it, it was his loss however."
"Okay so how is it that this technique works?"
"The technique works by focusing in on someone's energy signature then you use your energy to push your body through space and you are instantly there, this does requires concentration, if you fail who knows where you could end up." Goku explained and Coraata nodded, "okay do those steps and lock on to King Kai's energy and then teleport there, I will see you there, oh and put your index and middle finger on your forehead, that is how you make the technique work." Coraata nodded as both him and Goku put their fingers on their forehead and Goku flashed away, Coraata thought for a moment locking on to the energy he felt across the small planet and thought, he locked onto the energy of King Kai, his body flashed and then he appeared in front of King Kai and Goku, he had successfully used the Instant Transmission. "Well Coraata, it looks like your training here is done, you can go back to Earth," King Kai said snapping and Coraata's halo disappeared. Coraata smiled, "see you later, and Goku, I will try to gather the Dragon Balls and wish to become a Super Saiyan. Anyways buh-bye!" He said and with his fingers on his forehead his flashed away teleporting to Doreiku's energy signal.

Under the only lone standing tree planted on King Kai's, the North Kai's, planet, a monkey and a grasshopper sat with a deck of cards between them, with poker chips off to the side. The bets were not existant, but it was just some fun way to pass the time before their next trainee arrived. King Kai had gotten word a little while back that a new trainee had arrived from the land of the living, Earth, and that this new trainee was to be expected soon, as he had been told after Ryan had escaped from King Yemma's clutches while listening to the arduous 'The Wonders of Mahogany' speech. It was a wonder in itself that after all these years, that King Yemma was STILL discussing Mahogany with everyone that even poked some sort of semblance to his Mahogany desk or doors. It was sad, really, that such a great and powerful being, with such a whole stack of responsibility, could not get his mind off of Mahogany. He would probably marry the very fine and very expensive building material if he could. But that was besides the point. The point was, that King Kai was expecting a new student soon. Very soon. So soon, in fact, that he was falling towards the planet as Bubbles, the monkey, and Gregory, the cricket, played their cards and chips under neath the one, lone tree that was planted on King Kai's rather small planet.

"LOOK OUT BELOW!" Ryan yelled as he fell towards the planet, already right side up to the planet, having anticipated the change in gravity instead of jumping head first towards the planet and not flipping to land feet first. The young swordsman from the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School landed on the world round pathway with a thud, as he used his ki to brace himself as to not hurt himself on the way down. It took a lot more work than he realized. This little planet, despite its small size, must have had an increased amount of gravity. It was strange. But it was to be expected. Not every single thing here was the same as it was back on Earth. That was for sure.

Ryan had landed in a crouched position, one knee on the ground, and leaned over and bracing himself from the excess gravity of King Kai's planet. It took him a little bit to stand, but once the young swordsman had retained his footing and balance, he had no problems with the gravity of this small dwarf planet. He had spent most of his life, from the moment he could easily run, training to be a warrior.

Ryan looked around to see the monkey and cricket sitting on the under side of the lone tree, playing cards with poker chips and a deck between the two. They were obviously only playing for fun, but none the less, it was strange to see a monkey and a cricket playing cards. Were one of these two King Kai? He doubted it, but then again, not everything was as it had seemed. He knew that from personal experience.

Ryan walked over to the two of the little critters playing cards under the tree and squatted down. "Excuse me. Do either of you know where I can find King Kai?" The two under the tree, the cricket and the monkey, looked to each other before looking back to Ryan. Both of them pointed behind Ryan, where King Kai stood, seemingly appearing out of nowhere. The small blue man raised his hand and spoke.

"Hi. I'm King Kai. I take it you're Ryan Greyson?" The blue man asked while looking up at Ryan from behind his glasses. While he seemed small, Ryan had been told the Kais were some of the greatest teachers to ever grace the warriors with their teachings.

The young swordsman was surprised. How did this short, blue man know Ryan's name? "How did you..."

King Kai put his hand up and stopped Ryan from speaking. "I was told you were coming. Also, I have a special request from the Fortuneteller Baba. It's from your father."

"My...my dad?!" Ryan was surprised. He knew his father had lived on in the afterlife, but how?"

"Calm down, there, kid. He wanted me to give you something he brought with him." King Kai held out his hand. In it was a sheathed Gunblade. One of the highest caliber. "Your father said that you would know what this was, and how to use it."

Ryan took the gunblade and looked it over. "The Lionheart...I thought it was lost." Ryan took a moment longer, admiring the blade, and then strapped it to his back. "King Kai, I have come to train under you. I..."

Again, King Kai had put his hand up and cut Ryan off from talking. "We have a dire situation at hand. The earth has been invaded by Saiyans. We need to train you, and quickly. The Spirit Bomb will be most helpful. That is a must. As is the Instant Transmission. It locks on to Ki Signatures, and allows you to teleport to that signature. Something that may help would be the Kaio Ken. It allows a moment's worth of power increase, but it is dangerous if you power up too much with this technique. Thus, you must carefully moderate your power usage."

"I think I will skip that one. I need to return and help with these Saiyans as quickly as possible. Instant Transmission and the Spirit Bomb will have to do."

King Kai nodded and waved for Ryan to follow him, leading him to the clearing, away from the house and tree.

Ryan bowed to King Kai, having finally finished his training. No more words were needed. Ryan's halo had disappeared during the training and he had known it was time to return. With one final nod, the young Swordsman was off to go back to Earth. It was time...
