Premaz took one last look at the meadow. it had only been a short time since his return from his travels, but he was leaving again. this time was different though. this time he would not be alone. next to him stood Diantha, a young mare who was, in his opinion, leaving all she knew for a false hope. she was traveling with him in hopes of one day being mates, but Premaz did not see that same future.
when he first came upon his herd he was assigned to the duty of nanny. he loved his job and took it very seriously. every foal was equal in his eyes, that is until diantha was born. for some reason or another he was attracted to this foal. it was a problem, an adult liking a foal, not allowed. it was for this reason that Premaz was sent away the first time, not allowed to return to the herd until Dia was grown.
on his journey he met a beautiful mare who hid her face behind a bone mask. he did not understand why she shunned showing her face, and when he offered her love she rejected him. Premaz went home with a bruised pride. the young Dia had grown into an adult while he was away and told him that she har feelings for him. does he have feelings for her? it is a question that he cannot answer yet. his pride wont let him, for he has never loved anyone who was not gorgeous beyond belief, but something was tugging at his heart. a small feeling that was longing to grow.
He looked at his travel partner and nodded with a smile. "well, im ready to leave when you are."

Dia had wanted to go out someplace with Premaz so bad. she had wanted to spend time with him and get to know him. She liked him so much but she was still onsure about how he really felt towards her. She wasn't sure how to really get him to like her back but this little adventure might help them. She wanted to be with him always!
She trotted along after him and smiled as she looked around at it all and was so excited to be going out of the herd area to explore with him. she looked at him when he asked if she was ready and nodded her head with a smile. "Yes i'm very much ready! I'm so excited to be going on a trip with you." she said with a smile as she walked along with him. She was sure this was going to be so much fun! It just had to be cause she was going to get to spend so much alone time with Premaz.

Premaz smiled at her and then took the lead. he headed straight into the forest. "i like it best to get lost, then try and find my way to the end." he had no intentions of following any known trails or paths. the way might be rough, but they would sure find many interesting things and places. he had a destination in mind, but it would be a good few days walk there. it was a lake with a serface so smooth that you cold see your reflection perfectly. it was the best way to see yourself. he wanted to see how him and Dia looked together. that is if they had children, how would their colors mix and what not. he was still a young stag, with much to learn.
