I honestly haven't put any thought towards a plot. ^^; I say we just start the RP when we get more people, and see where it takes us. Unless, ofcourse, you have an idea.
Sipher-Justin had an interesting idea. We could create bounties by making a most wanted list. This would give people the chance tpo be evil, and give others a little action. Sounds like agrat idea. I'm going to make a Big Shot link. (big Shot being the TV show that shows current bounties.)

I will help on the story I just need a little info on when it takes place (before or after the anime. If any main characters are alive and which ones if any. Ect....)

I say we start out with some sort of crisis (Like the start of every Final Fantasy Game) In which case a very high security prison break out turns out with all the criminals breaking free and running out throughout the galaxy creating a universe of crime. This in-turn will create a high need for Bounty Hunters. I say it should start out with an explosion, a visiting person explodes, a bomb hidden inside him. (Chemical bomb untraceable) Which blows the room apart and some of the guards that are dirty move in on the confusion and let out a prisoner (A very high rolling gangster) On the way out this gangster flips a emergency switch letting out a whole block of prisoners freeing more prisoners who in turn free more. This prison was fairly large and maximum security most of the prisoners where born to kill so they got out fairly easily. The whole prison was tore apart, criminals escaped everywhere.
Again just an idea biggrin

Plan B= Awesome just expand on it a bit, zombies are always awesome. First of all draw out a cause. In this case lets say a gang is spreading a drug that suspends a persons mind and makes them high. Okay now complicate it. Another gang amps up the drug making it more potent. Problem is that the drug also produces the virus, (Solanum), and the effects are permanent. People are found dead in their homes taken away to a bio-hazard area where they arise again and start spreading. The only problem I see with this is that it can't easily fit in with the bounty hunter setting Cowboy bebop provides. Although this is an interesting idea. Even in a world full of zombies poeple are going to want other people dead, so send someone else to do the job :3.
Plan C: Always good as well, I think most great RP's are created on the spot and spontaneous.
