Alright Hinote, I admit, this is a blatant ripoff of your thread, but hey, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
I was inspired by Hinote, and I want all you guys to post what you hate about me. Unless it regards race, religion, creed, or anything else like that (Use your common sense) I want to hear anything and everything you've kept pent up inside you about me, everything you hate about me, your worst thoughts posted here. And I want this to be serious, this is a thread that will help me improve if it is kept serious. Now, show me your worst.

Now, Greg, you know that I love you and anything/everything I am about to say is only said to help you (If I didn't love you like family, I would not be getting something tattooed on my person in plain sight that commemorates something you did for me.)
You need to cool down a bit with the profiles. When I was still editing my profile for Leiko (Now named Nike), I had people PM-ing me asking me why you were being such a jerk to everyone.
You're getting abrasive to people. You're blunt, and I love that, but you really need to think about how much your words can bother people sometimes. I hate saying that, because it makes me feel like a mom and you know I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it.
I love you like a brother, you know that. You are one of the most genuine, sincere people I know. You have a pure heart and good intentions. You have the ability to be the most trustworthy, caring person that I know. But I only know this because I went looking for it. Make other people look for it. Show people who you really are and I promise, you won't regret it. People will love you for you. Just like Shira does. Just like I do.

I REALLY REALLY HATE HATE HATE HATE when you don't let things a chance to be considered for acceptation if you don't like them. I could make something that the whole Guild would enjoy and then you'd go on a rant about what an abomination it is and how much you will not let it be accepted. Maybe if you don't like something THAT MUCH, you should PM other Crew, explain your reasons and have them also give an opinion. It would help the Guild get more things accepted that have the potential to be amazing for everybody.
However, I must say that you are the hardest working person I've ever seen on Gaia and I cannot help but respect you more than most people I know. Just please try to involve more Crew Members in your decisions on things you don't like. And no, I'm not spiteful about my Zombie Summoning. That is completely alright it didn't get accepted here. Though, it'd be useful for a Halloween Event. mrgreen

You LOVEEEE to control things like profile acceptance. It's rare I see another crew member approving those or else where at times....and your just plain rude when asked a question your like SERIOUSLY?!?! then the person is like WTF DUDE!
and you can't even enjoy Minty's jokes. And when people are having fun in the chatroom with argueing/agreeing(though i agree it does go too far ><) your like butting in saying you don't like the talk so end of discussion. i mean seriously! >_< in my school the most things talked about is that kind of stuff! it helps understand each other better!(maybe....) and you just can't stop freedom of speech(even if your in britian or whatever) but still you don't like the talk then don't read it sheesh, unless you see it going out of hand >_>

I Hate how you randomly pop up in forums; and how you flaunt Ouguns around everybody; the most of anyone in the whole guild crew! Even more than the guild captain for crying out loud!
Also; no fence or anything; you seem from my point of view you act as if you own POTS.... neutral
And; I agree what Hark said; you brutally deny anything you dont like in the customs;
Last but not least you have way too many rage moments (Cursing; big red letters; flaunting Ougun as if he was your pet; etc.) in the customs; the OOC and in the Profile section. >.>.

I gotta agree with her Greg. The Ougun and demotion threats are a bit overboard. And when half the guild is terrified of you, it gets a bit scary. I expect new members find it even scarier, because all they know about you is that you're a VC.
On a sidenote, I will pay 50k if someone makes a good picture of Gregar with Ougun on a leash.

Alright, I'll respond to this.
@Auggy: Alright, I'll try to loosen up on that, but I still wont allow blatantly obvious pornographic statements.
@Hark: I do allow things to be given a chance, otherwise puppets would have never existed in this guild. There are plenty of systems that I want to get rid of, but I dont. And on my denial of things, I only deny it if I forsee a big problem with it in the future (and sorry if this sounds egotistical, but 80% when I see a problem about to happen, it happens. Just looks at the whole Mistah as the lightning Daimyo thing)
In response to your zombies, I did that because I'm trying to make summons what they're supposed to be: Animals. Ninjas never summoned spirits, gods, the undead, the horsemen of the apocalypse, or any of the other things I've seen go through there. And before you use my "we are not Naruto" speech against me, know that some things in Naruto DO apply in this guild.
@Mint: I'm the only one who does profile because, other than lance, I know profile better than anyone in the guild. Having more than one person do it becomes confusing, and we start having profiles that look different from others. I've seen it happen in this very guild.
I'm the first to admit, I cant really take a joke, I'm far too serious when people are joking. I'll attempt to work on that.
And for arguments, I only butt in if the argument is starting to go too far, if it involves things that can offend people, or if people start personally attacking people. I do this because I care about the people here, and I dont want anyone to be offended by anything, or leave the guild because of that. Also, I know about freedom of speech, I AM American, but even freedom of speech does not allow people to verbally abuse each other, which is exactly what I'm trying to prevent.
@Keishi: Half the time, that is my dry sense of humor flaunting the ougouns, or when I'm threatening to take demons away. I thought thats what the little devil emoticons would signify, that it was mainly a joke. Come on, I'm not actually gonna take demons away because someone keeps saying I own a puppy named snuffle muffins (DISCLAIMER: I do not own a puppy named snuffle muffins).
I know that I do not own POTS, and I dont plan on it. I think it seems that way because I'm online way more than lance is, who is at work most of the time. Lance and I know each other IRL, and he knows that I wouldnt try to take the guild from him.........right lance?
In my own defense, whenever I curse I use the @#$%, and half the time, my big red letters are used so everyone can pay attention to an announcement I'm making.

Greg has a low tolerance for people. He likes to see things in black and white, rather than making a mess with all of the nonsense. I swear on the grave of my mother, that if you really get to know him, you will come to love him.

As I said before, and as has been said, you as well as other crewmates are SOMETIMES much too sensitive in the customs and abrasive in how you say things. But I'm working on my tolerance for certain things just like I'm sure you all are...

Actually, Spirits were summoned, but just once.
Of course, we are not exactly naruto, is it dosen't matter.
I don't think Gregar is that bad. While I think he is rather strict, he seems to do things that are fair and best for the guild.

Tha Mistah...*Ahem* "The Great One" says that Gregar is awesome.
Tha Mistah thinks that the only thing you should work on is trying to be a bit more patient with the profile moderation. You've pick a very stressful job because you have to deal with the N00bz in what is probably the most repetitive job ever. It seems like sometimes you insult people's intelligence when they are confused with the chakra system. Like that Vanilla Bear guy. And on the page it does say "...if the math confuses you, just ask Lance, Deil, or some other math-qualified person for help, but it shouldn't be that difficult."
Personally I think the way the system is worded is what is given people problems (I may try to correct that) but still, since you are the first crew member that the new people come in contact with, it would be nice to show how helpful and kind you can be since it reflects on their opinion of all of us.
All the while you are still a Supa Dupa guy with a kick-a$$ avi.

I feel slightly sad. The things people like about Gregar are the same things they dislike about me...
I do believe that you should at least try someone else helping with profiles. It's undoubtedly one of the most stressful jobs in the guild, but I don't think it's as complicated as you say. Even if it is, you only need to train someone on how to deal with them.
