Isn't it self explanitory? No? Well then I'll explain, You fill out the exam provided below and PM it to me. Based on how many points you get will determine if you pass. Note: Not all questions are worth the same amount, so you may only get a few major questions right and still get in.
I'll post how much each question is worth in parentheses after the question.

1. What is the most common difference between a Starter Deck, and a Structure Deck? (3 Points)
2. Does any Ritual Card require a specific number of stars for the summoning.(4 Points, 5 if you meet certain requirements)
3. What is the Major difference between Spirit monsters and regular effect monster. (2 Points)
4. Which is the good effect on the Monster Arcana Force 0 - The Fool? (2 Points)
5. What color is a Normal monster card? (1 Point)
6. What color is an Effect monster card? (1 Point)
7. What color is a Ritual monster card? (1 Point)
8. What color is a Synchro monster card? (1 Point)
9. What color is a Fusion monster card? (1 Point)
10. How many tributes are required to summon a level 12 monster?(5 Points)

If you fail you must wait 1 day till you may Retake the Exam

1-4 Points = Slifer Red
5-8 Points = Ra Yellow
9-10 Points = Obelisk Blue
