Kai returnd to his dorm and set his things down, then fell to his knees glad he could rest. He stood back up and decided to make himself some dinner so he fired up the stove and set to work.

Amberlyn needed a room to stay in, cause she was kicked out of her old one. She left a note on the door, asking Kai if he'd be willing to room with her. And went to class.

Kai returned and saw the note. He understood and nodded. "Yea sure come on in." He said to himself silently. And sat down on his bed reading a book.

Amberlyn came into the room and dropped her bags on the free bed. She smiled towards Kai, "Hey, thanks."

Amberlyn smiled as he walked away. He was a rather sweet boy. When she heard him in the kitchen, she decided to get changed for bed. "Hey, umm... where's the bathroom?" she called out from the bed.

Amberlyn went down the hall and got changed in the bathroom. She came out a few minutes later, stopping in the kitchen, now dressed her in plaid pajama pants and red tank top. "Need help with anything?" she asked kindly.

She nodded, sitting at the table and picked up the fork. "So, what should I know about you?" she smirked. "I mean, are there any deep dark secrets or terrible rumors I should know about." She laughed softy, joking around, and began eating her soup.
