That I've played?
Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 4: The Room. D: They still scare the s**t out of me after I stopped playing for the day – they give me nightmares. D:
Add the entire Fatal Frame series to that. I am petrified for life.

Clock Tower 3. I haven't played that in 2 years and I still have the occasional nightmare from it O.O

The scariest Japanese horror game for me is the Fatal Frame series. They totally scare the hell outta me with the creepy ghosts, who remind me of The Grudge and The Ring. O.O

Calling
Rule Of Rose.
Among many others I can't remember.
The scariest I think was Clock Tower.
The most disturbing is Rule Of Rose.

I'm playing through Corps Party now for PSP. It can be quite creepy at times. And it's an amazing game.
