Details have been leaked onto the internet with the dates of the US Celebi event. This event will take place from February 27th until March 7th.
Two main events occur in Black and White once Celebi is transferred over.
1. When taken to the Transfer Machine, Celebi unlocks Zorua in the same way that the Legendary Beasts unlock Zoroark. Link
2. Celebi, when taken to Ilex Forest in HG/SS, will unlock a ministory for exploration. I will not post details as a spoiler guard, but if you would like to find out, click here.
The event will take place at Gamestop.

I'm kinda ticked with Nintendo right now. Not one, not two, not three, but five event Pokemon are being given out within a similar time period and not one is over Wi-fi. The Celebi event is confirmed to be a GameStop download. My lacking ability to get to a GameStop means that I can't get them myself. Luckily, I have a friend who's getting four of each event, so I should be set regardless.
