Pft, what a dull day this was turning out to be, with nothing to hunt and no one about to chatter with. Mohana tilted her head slightly, the mud smearing her chin and cheek as she laid against the fallen log. The sun was already setting, turning the sky into a fabulous display of crimson and orange. It was almost enough to soothe the lioness' mood, but only by a smidge. She sighed deep and loud, before heaving her body to sit upright with a flick of her speckled tail. Perhaps she should head back into the heart of the swamp, where the rest of her family surely interacted. But she was in no mood for large groups right now. And besides, she much preferred the strange sights and sounds at the borders of their pride. It was much more interesting to see lost strangers or even wandering prey to cross their lands every now and then. Oh how she loved to tease them with her 'spiritual beliefs' of this cursed land.
But there were no laughs today. No strangers to bother and keep her entertained. What a bummer.
