How bout this?:
Well, there is an arc I had developed for a novel I was writing related to Bleach called the Mech arc.
It starts out as such: The Head of Squad Twelve developed a new method of developing mechanically enhanced zanpakutos that would cause greater and more efficient damage, and be able to harness non-natural elements and abilities...
Now, Konton, the leader of a new clan that was developed on the outskirts of Soul Society itself, sent out someone to steal the plans so he could develop an army of his own and attack Soul Society to prove his dominance over the Gotei 13
((Konton is a childhood friend of Ruka's, the two were very close and when she was taken away to be trained by the shinigami, he wasn't selected and because of that, he became enraged.))
Konton developed and spawned an army of modded shinigami that wielded mechanical zanpakutos, that could turn them into mechs, give them mechanical parts, or allow them to control toxic gases and atomic explosive power.
Because of this he now has a superior army to Soul Society, and with his general, Daiki Sasaki, who wields a gun-blade zanpakuto, he attacks Soul Society. The shinigami have to fight back

Hey, I don't have a recommendation for an Arc, but I have a way to help kick the Roleplaying off again. Right now with all of the inactivity, people are all scattered, so why not have everyone in the Soul Society meet up for a meeting. It honestly would pull us all into one area and is bound to bring some activity. Plus people could branch off from there and build new bonds with others. Because after all, I think we all loved the Roleplaying when it was strong here, so why not kick that off again?

I think it would be good to call people back, and we do need to get roleplayers back again. Either with more activity or recruitment.

Might I suggest having less Races. Humans and Quincies are the least favorite and rarely used. I would just have the 3 races ( Soul Reaper , Vizard and Arrancar ) to start off with and as the Guild gets more members, then perhaps later bring those classes back.
Also, systems need to be made to explain the Profiles - I was very confused as what an Arrancars powers were ( because the name of the releases got changed ). Just a quick explanation of each release can make profile making faster.

I know the current arch is still kicking off but I was curious if folks might be interested in a plotline involving a new council of 46 or even the soul society being forced to track suitable members or a arch involving the royal family.
I have some ideas on both but no point fleshing them out in any detail without an interest in it.
There's also always the idea of outcasts from another soul society somewhere else that are looking for sanctuary and end up turning on their hosts in a desire to have a new home of their own...or helping agaisnt the same enemy that took them out in the first place.

Actually Shiba, I already removed the Bount RPCs from the guild.
And Miyuki, there's a reason we have so many races. It gives people a bit of variety. I mean, I don't wanna limit to a certain few races or anything. So I was thinking just to leave it at humans, hellfires, shinigami, vizards and quincies.
And those aren't Arrancars. The Arrancars in this guild are extinct.

I was curious to, that when it came to spells without incantations that are known in the series if people could come up with some of their own for kido so they could still give it some flavor and show that they possibly tossing in extra power by doing a full incantation.
I like the idea, but I could see some people that are really hard core canon being against it so wanted to toss it up for discussion.

I agree with Sombre on this one. I think a made up incantation is fine, we just need the Rpers to understand the con of using one, the attack will take much longer. So how would we play it off? Write the incantation in one post, then shoot it in the next? Or write it all in one post and let the person react accordingly?
