Clan Name: Fuma(風魔, literally means Wind Demon, anime translated it to Demon Wind)
Village: Founded in Amegakure, many of the ninja of the Fuma Clan have branched out, creating bases in Kirigakure and Otogakure.
Element Affinity: Wind, +Member's Choice for a second(should they want one)
Specialty: Taijutsu/Shuriken users, but ninjutsu is available to them, albeit weaker than the average, while genjutsu is not even an option for them.
Fighting Style: Fuma members are trained in the art of Gouken from birth, therefore the majority of the clan uses it, but some opt to become experts in other fighting styles.
Description of Limit: No true Kekkai Genkai, Fuma clan members have been simply known to have uncanny accuracy with shurikens, especially those of their own making(Fuuma Shurikens) and be mainly Taijutsu users, the absolute masters combining their elemental affinity to use Nintaijutsu.
Description: A small clan of shinobi unable to use genjutsu and have a lack of skill in ninjutsu. They make up for it in uncanny skill with shuriken and taijutsu. Their main goal is simply to make a name for themselves.
History: The Fuma clan, or formally called Fuma Ichizoku, was founded long ago, probably around 600, maybe 550 years ago in Amegakure, or at least that's where they were first known, since nobody knows who the first Fuma was, but the clan members just say they hail from Amegakure just to make it easier on everyone. Credited with the design and invention of the infamous Fuuma Shuriken, the Fuma clan members are a proud, if not aggressive people. Always competitive, they strove to outdo one another and their teammates. One day, a sort of in-clan war broke out, where half the clan wanted to leave Amegakure, the other half argued that they had earned a decent and respectable reputation there, and they refused to leave. The ones who wanted to leave wanted to simply explore more of the world, but the clan elders decided that it was for the best to stay in Amegakure. Almost immediately protesting, the other Fuma's decided to just disband from the clan. Still using the Fuma name, they set up "bases" and new homes in other villages such as Kirigakure, and Otogakire. Throughout all the wars, the Fuma clan have survived, numbering almost 1,000 people put together in seperate villages. Through the generations and all the wars, the Fuma's had forgotten why they disbanded and some were in different villages than others, and dismissed it as mere expansion all those years ago. Using their gouken style taijutsu and their even more famous invention, the Fuuma shuriken, it was very easy to recognize a single Fuma clan member in battle. Known only for their taijutsu and shuriken use, many have assumed that the Fuma simply cannot USE ninjutsu or genjutsu, this rumor was confirmed when a Fuma member freely admitted that he could not use any form of genjutsu, but he merely said that he "sucked" at ninjutsu. This information was leaked to certain high ranking members of the government who were the clan's enemies, and tried to exploit this weakness and assasinate a member, but the clan member easily dispatched whoever they sent to kill him, stating that "Anyone that wants a Fuma member dead should meet them in honorable combat, and do so without being overconfident."
After that incident, nobody tried to bother the Fuma again, all citizens understanding that they were not to be dealt even with their genjutsu crutch.

In a fight with another Fuma clan member, if the same wind jutsu is used by both sides, the damage from both is reduced to .5x damage. (to promote peace and stability)
Habits and Social Structure: The younger members of the clan are notoriously bitter at the fact that they cannot utilize the shinobi skill of genjutsu, but the more mature members have accepted that fact and work hard in society to prove their worth in other areas of expertise.
Internally, they like to hold a tournament of sorts once a year open to all clan members to try to make a name for themselves. This competition evaluates how much raw skill and talent one has, and has simple games ranging from shuriken target practice to challenges such as sparring with the previous champion.

Takes .5x amount of time to learn any shuriken affiliated jutsu.
Takes 1.2 amount of time to learn any other jutsu(Non-wind related Ninjutsu, Medical jutsu)

Name: Kaze Shuriken
Description: The user pressurizes the air around them to form a "shuriken" of sorts. Chakra is infused into the edges and is then thrown to inflict damage onto anybody within range. This technique and process is known and used only by the Fuma Clan to prepare their young academy students and genins for techniques that require a large amount of chakra control and precision.
