Snow Inspired Locals, or Ice feilds
===============================================
Deep within Space there was created a moon no larger then that of the earth's for this Tournament's battle purposes. Gravity is reduced, but not to the same degree as earth's moon. If one remains focused, a straight out run is possible. but jumping will lead to Superman style leaps in which momentum and body rotation will be your only way to maneuver naturally in the air. The surface of the planet is naturally rocky and uneven, but ice now covers is surface making a majority of the planet a ice rink. Rocky spires still break through the ice as hazards, but they tend to be in clusters that are uncommon but often in site (some rising to heights of sky scrapper buildings).
The outer crust of the planet is thin, and a strong explosion or strike could leap to it breaking and creating a opening to the underground network of rock and ice tunnels. No light gets down here, but the tunnels are on rare occasions dimly lit by a large firefly like insect. They are not aggressive, and remain perfectly still when in fear (they make for good torches..yuck)
The tunnel sizes vary, with icy rocks like spears extending from ceilings in most sections. Uneven grounds make it harder to navigate and drops into pits that could be several meters deep prove dangerous.
Despite the location in Space, Everyone can breathe normally, and the temperature of the planet will not seem any colder then earth. This is because the cold comes from the center of the planet. But this means people in the tunnels will be at greater risk from cold. Ever meter of decent decreases temperature of air by about 7 degrees.
Now Due to this moon's location it has no altering weather patterns, one looks up into space, the black void of nothingness (minus distant stars).
