The sun was just beginning to replace the moon in the sky. Aras noted in her mind as she watched the sky, thinking which direction she should go in next. "That sun marks the start of the fourth day of my searching," she said aloud to herself. As she glanced around the rouge lands to mark her location, her eyes stumbled upon to birds flying in the sky. The birds were flying together in various circles and it almost looked like they were ... smiling? The moment she thought of smiling, she realized how long ago it had been since she smiled. Then again it had been days since she allowed herself to meet anyone.
"My task is more important," she reminded herself as she shook her head. "Then again..." she whispered under her breath, "...maybe I could take a small break."
