- The apartment complx where Riko and many other students live, is not too far off from the school, just about down the street and to the right. Riko's apartment is your typical Japanese apartment, really small(15x15 ft), but has everything a person really needs. Inside his apartment, posters of risque women don the walls, with some Cup 'o Noodles scattered around. Dirty magazines are also scattered, along with some issues of 'Bikini-Babe', his favorite Magazine. -

At the entrance to the apartment complex resides an Middle-aged man, with a sweat stained tank top, shades, and a half burnt cigarette in his mouth, whom Riko calls 'Pops'. He takes care of all the rooms and Maitenance throughout the Complex. In the front of his desk resides a large sign that has in bold letters, "Registration". Across from Riko's room is 318, and next to it is 319, so you see the pattern here...

Touya entered the halls of the main housing complex. He immediately saw the sign up ahead reading "Registration". He sat for a while on the nearby seats and waited for the housing attendant. 30 minutes have passed though nothing has come. It's already getting late.

Finally an old man walked in. His clothes were quite simple and he always carry with him a gentle smile. He sat on the attendants desk and then asked, "Yes? May I help you?"

Touya's face then began to smile. 'At last - this has been the best of this day. At least something good may come...'

"Umm... do you still have rooms open? Can I reserve a room? I'm just a new student here, see... and I come from Shibuya and ride a train just to come to this school. You gotta give me a room!"

Ryu walked into the room looking at the old man with a pair of keys in his hand. "Well Im getting room 315...Oh and here.." He tosses him a copy of that student sheet and it had his name on it. "Alright? Thanks.." Ryu said as he walked outside and into the shadows reappearing outside his new room.

Touya quickly grabs the form and hurriedly finds his pen somewhere. He put on the room 316 on the space and signed it with his signature.

It's almost dark and he also needed to catch the hourly train back to Shibuya. After the paper was finished he quickly placed it to the old man's desk and knocked to get the old man's attention.

"I really gotta go, mister - I'll miss my train ride soon - I'll just see you again tomorrow, okay?", and with that he left the apartment complex.

[[leaving the apartment complex... ]]

*Stepping in, he looks around. the room was small, but then again, so were all the others in the complex.* I was thinking of moving into this apartment complex...But I have no job, so I've been sleeping in a motel, using the money I get from street fights to get by... *he shrugs a little, and plops down on one of the pillows.*

*He sips from the tea, and almost spills some on himself.* A helping hand? Well, I could use a place to stay until I have enough money to pay for my apartment... *he laughs a little.* But that's out of the question... *He finishes his tea, and lets out a sigh. he pulled off the headband he was wearing, his hair falling to the sides of his face. the current headband he had was really just a rag, his real one was left with the person he had saved at the school.*

*He looks at his headband.* Oh...There was this girl with a really bad looking injury on the back of her head...from a baseball bat, I belive she said...I gave it to her as a makeshift bandage when she fainted. *He poured a little more tea.* It was a gift to me from my old master when he left for another country...He's the one that taught me this weird style I use... *He smiles, and then looks up at her.* And as far as money loaning goes...I don't like being in debt. But as for staying here with you... *He sips from his tea.* Would you really let me crash here for awhile?
