Hm, I've been trying to find dramatic price changes on items like 150k for cheapest then the second 180k o_O so I can do like....a monopoly and buy out the cheapest and raise the prices, but havent had any luck finding items like that XD

find items that are cheaper, then sell it instantly for higher, like what you sound like you're doing below. Don't think you'll be able to change much of the average for most items, though.
