Kekkei Genkai (血継限界 "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Most clans have developed special jutsu related to their kekkei genkai and their related jutsu cannot be taught or copied by others, as they require the specific genetic trait to work.
Kekkei Genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called "pupil, or ocular, techniques" (瞳術, dōjutsu?), such as the Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan. Other kekkei genkai, like the First Hokage and Yamato's Mokuton ability, revolve around a simultaneous combination of two separate chakra elements.

This is where all the Bloodlines, Clans, and Traits are written, followed by their respective rules.
Each Bloodline has Rules that must be followed. And you will find them in this order.

Mangekyou Sharingan

Mangekyou Sharingan


The Mangekyou Sharingan, literally "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye," is a higher form of the Uchiha clan Sharingan. Until recently, it was thought that only natural Sharingan users could obtain that technique, but it seems that Kakashi proved everyone wrong by activating the Mangekyou Sharingan to rip off one of Deidara's arms. The Mangekyou Sharingan is not easy to obtain however for those who are not made of cold blood as they must make a tremendous sacrifice in order to obtain it, they must kill their best friend. Well that is in theory.

Requirements:
• Kill another Sharingan user at the same rank, or one higher than you
or
• Post 225 times of Sharingan usage (Collective)

Rules
1. You will go blind if used for 15 posts in a single battle
2. Costs [100] Chakra every two posts to remain active.
3. You must be Konin or up to achieve Mangekyou.
4. There will be only 3 user of this stage 2.
5. Upon first release of Mangekyou Sharingan the owner may activate 2 S Ranked Techniques to start with. [1 For Each Eye]

Kamui (God's Majetsy)

Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

Amaterasu Goddess of the Sun (Heavenly Illumination Technique)

Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

Tsukuyomi God of the Moon (Moon Reader Technique)

Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

Susanoo (God of the Sea and Storms)

Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a spectral warrior to protect and fight for the user. Susanoo goes through several development stages as users gain control of it. The various stages are best seen while Sasuke is learning how to use Susanoo, though Itachi can briefly be seen with both incomplete and complete forms when he first begins reforming Susanoo after Kirin hit it and when he runs out of chakra and nears death. In its earliest form, users can only manifest some of Susanoo's skeleton. Sasuke does this to produce a ribcage that he uses as a defence, though the bones can be broken, melted, or shattered. He also makes an arm to interact with his surroundings on one occasion. Because these skeletal structures do not entirely surround them, users can move around much easier.

As users gain additional control, musculature and skin begins to appear on the bones. It grows to its full size and the user is completely surrounded, eliminating the vulnerabilities of the skeletal form. The user can also change the size of it to fit the current situation. Susanoo eventually develops into a "complete" warrior-like form, with skin, armour and its final arsenal of weapons finally manifesting. It anchors the user to the ground at this stage, preventing opponents from forcibly moving them unless they can get through Susanoo's various layers. In its final form, this fully humanoid form is surrounded by a secondary layer of armour that causes Susanoo to resemble a yamabushi. The color of the Susanoo is relative to the user's chakra, and it's weaponry differs, having no set factor.
[Susanoo post go through 2 posts in each stage before achieving the next for. Susanoo may only fight for ten posts. Additionally; you must have both of your eyes.]


Izanagi

When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space. To a degree this allows the user to control their own state of existence. It is normally only active for the briefest of moments. This technique is capable of turning injuries and even death inflicted upon the user into mere illusions. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, he or she automatically fades away as though they were an illusion all along and then returns back to reality; physically real and unscathed. Once used, this jutsu will stay active for three minutes [3 posts] and afterwards, one eye will lose its light completely.

Shin Byakugan

True Byakugan


The second stage of the Byakugan grants the user an advanced range of vision while using their Doujutsu, doubling it's effective range and turning it into a way to easily track foes over long distances. The user gain's the ability to manipulate chakra all around them, including that of their opponents. The user's eye's become amalgam of white and black, while the veins veins around their eyes spread further down their cheeks and neck.

Rules
• You must be Jounin level or higher
• There will be only 2 user of this stage 2.
• You must defeat(not necessarily kill) a Sharingan, Tenkougan, or Ranmaru user of the same ability level as you. Implants do NOT count. Or you must post 50 times training your Byakugan with a 3 line minimum post length.
[Must have proof to accomplish either, contact a VC when you do]

Passive Abilities

• Greater Range and Ability to see movement with the Byakugan active. There is nothing that can out run a Stage 2 Byakugan user's eyes. The blind spot at their back in no longer conical, but is rather simply a tiny straight cylinder about as big around as a nickel.

• Taijutsu users gain the ability to mimic opponents moves for the duration of a battle. This can not carry over into other battles and you can not use the techniques again until you come across them in battle again. Applies only to Taijutsu. Ninjutsu and Genjutsu may not be mimicked.

• Medical Nin gain supreme sight. This allows them to see every level that makes up the body, from skin all the way down through to the circulatory system, each on different levels. This allows them to act quicker than any other medical nin and heal wounds on themselves and others much more effectively.



Techniques

-Eight Divination Signs, Healing Threads- B Rank
User can enter their chakra through the chakra points of the body by placing a finger on all of the desired points. They can insert their chakra through out the bodies chakra veins and create little hands which can heal injuries at an extremely fast pace. This makes healing a very quick process due to the fact that not only is the process itself fast but since they can determine the exact problem quickly it gives precision healing when needed.

-Eight Divination Signs, Five-Hundred and Twelve Strokes of the Fingers- S Rank
A seemingly weak technique, the user strikes the opponents tenketsu with their fingers instead of their palms. This attack is done 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 and finally 512 times totaling to 1022 lightning strikes against the opponent. This move is different from the other palms of the Hand techniques because it doesnt directly strike the tenketsu, the users fingers slightly graze the tenketsu and instead strike the chakra veins. The users hands during this technique have small blades of chakra barely visible to the eye protruding from the tips of their fingers. These small bladed tips are used in a whole different way because instead of sealing tenketsu, these blades are used to sever the chakra veins completely through out the body. This technique however has a .5% error margin, they can miss cutting veins and only nick them if the opponent moves as well as not being able to finish this attack all together if the opponent escapes them during usage. (Only another Hyuuga or a Sharingan user of at least Jounnin level can truly dodge against this technique.)

-Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Velocity Run- S Rank
An advanced version of the heavenly spin technique, the user exerts an extreme amount of chakra from their Tenketsu causing a 360 shield of chakra. They then spin at an extremely high velocity creating almost a gigantic vortex of chakra, strengthening the technique by almost a hundred fold. Inside the vortex they are protected from all projectiles and taijutsu, any opponent caught in this vortex will be almost ripped to shreds and then thrown for miles by the extreme verocity of the chakra flow. Any ninjutsu B rank or lower will be reflected against the user and any ninjutsu period up to an S rank will be deflected and absorbed. The downside to this defensive technique is that not only does it use incredible amounts of chakra but the higher the ninjutsu defended the more strain it puts on the users body. (One use per battle.)

-Eight Divination Signs Tenketsu Seal- A Rank(Chakra usage only)
Using their affinity with chakra in their surroundings, a Stage 2 Byakugan user can use this jutsu to block the use of chakra in the form of Ninjutsu by all who are within the range of his Byakugan for 5 posts once per battle. No one, including the user, can use Ninjutsu at anytime during this period. This works in the favor of the Byakugan user in that it can allow them to get in close and use their Taijutsu against an opponent who might normally keep them at bay with Ninjutsu. The process involves creating a seal that suppresses Tenketsu points in the area, the seal cannot be destroyed while the jutsu is active and the user remains alive.

Bleeding Wagtail

The Shukketsu-Seki is a greater form of the Ranmaru Eye that was discovered by the last of the member of the clan. It is believed that at this stage the Ranmaru clan's Kekkai Genkai reaches a level that is equal to that of the Sharingan and Byakugan. Little is know about the few remaining members of the clan, but what has been seen of them suggests that their Genjutsu techniques surpass all others.



Rules
- You must be Jounin or above to achieve this stage.
- Can suppress any Dojutsu up to it's Second stage.
- User is blind when thier Dojutsu is not active
- Increases any Genjutsu used while active by one rank.
- Must defeat a Hyuuga of the same skill level or post
- There will be only 1 user of this stage 2.

Jutsu:

Blinding Eye - A Rank
The user's eyes glow an extremely bright red causing any active Dojutsu other than the Ranmaru Eyes to be deactivated for a short period of time. In the process of suppressing the Dojutsu, other clan traits are diminished and no jutsu associated with the clan can be performed.

Blood Thirst - A Rank
The users eyes glow an extremely dark red color, and their body tenses up as their adrenaline spikes. For the duration of this technique the user is granted enhanced senses, as well as physical strength. This allows them to move in ways that most Genjutsu specialists couldn't imagine. The user becomes enraged and attacks wildly for a short period of time. ( 3 Posts )

Ultimate Genjutsu: Eternal Rain of Blood - S Rank
This is the epitome of what a Genjutsu should be. It is on the same level as that of the Uchiha clan's secret Genjutsu. However, this Genjutsu can effect multiple opponents and is guaranteed to destroy the mind of a single target if they are the only focus of the attack. This jutsu, just like the Mangekyou Sharingan, lasts only a moment, but is completely based upon the target's state of mind. Instead of the repeated impaling of Itachi, this technique forces the target's brain to believe that they have lived through a literal eternity of gruesome deaths but not had the good fortune to actually die. If the opponent does not find a way to disrupt the focus of the jutsu then the effects become permanent and their RPC's mind is destroyed.
-Does not require eye contact but requires a charge time where the user can no longer see. (3 Posts)
-What the target sees is created by the target but must include description of at least one death.
-Ranmaru user can not use anymore bloodline techniques for the rest of the battle after using this jutsu.

Arashi Tenkougan

Upon the abilities it's lower form grants, this new version, becomes some what the Ultimate weapon of any Raiken clansman. This eye grants the user, a slight higher reaction, time to go along with the the users obvious high speed. Allowing them to not only slow down jutsu, but can now react to fast and powerful Taijutsu user. Something that can be a real annoyance to all shinobi, being able to see an attack yet not having the ability to react to it.


Rules
• Must Be Konin
• Boosts Reaction Time to help with the users now exceptional speed.
• When active the user gains two ranks in speed.
• Raiton attacks are two ranks stronger up to S+
• Only element must be Raiton.
• Can create Raiton based jutsu using one hand
- There will be only 2 user of this stage 2.

Requirements:
Must defeat a Dojutsu user of the same rank with evidence of said scenario.

Bloodline Jutsu:

Raikou Sori [Lightning Warp]
Passive
The user can temporarily slow an opponents jutsu and create an opening to dodge. This technique utilizes the Raiken speed and reactionary skills to make the impossible to dodge possible. [Only 5 Uses]

Tsume no Raikou [Claws of Lightning]
B Rank
Infusing lightning chakra around the tips of the users fingers, the chakra glows all around his/her hands causing them to shock and slightly paralyze where they hit. If the user knows a jutsu such as Chidori, they can add the effects of it, so that these claws can cut through anything. After this jutsu wears off, the user's hands burn and sting, making taijutsu difficult.

Meimei Ranpu [Transparent Light]
A Rank
The user melds themselves with light rays of the electron-magnetic spectrum, they can then move about as a transparent figure, being completely see through and being hidden. This uses up a lot of chakra and takes much practice to use, if they mess up the color, they can become visible, it also strains chakra over time, also, they will become partially visible if they move without perfectly adjusting light.

Kyougeki Reiki [Extreme Aura]
Rank S
Pushes the diagon and users chakra to the limit, making them have very strong and powerful taijutsu, speed, and lightning jutsu for a short time. It makes the aura from the kyougeki diagon grow to its full potential, and greatly increases taijutsu and speed, as well as lightning jutsu power increased. This works for as long as the user can keep it up, but once it goes off, the users greatly weakens, taijutsu become almost impossible to do for 4-10 hours depending on the strength of the user. It also exhausts the user of using the Tenkougan for the rest of his/her fight.

Raikou Shigai [Lightning Corpse]
S Rank
Creates a gigantic lightning storm, The use can then control the lightning bolts, causing colossal or most likely fatal damage to the opponent, and making a Deafening crash-like sound. This jutsu is deadly even to practice and is only used by the best of the best Raiken's.

Rasenikazuchi [Thunder Spiral]
S Rank
Similar to rasengan, the user focuses all of their lightning chakra into their hands, puts them out in front of them, and twirls them in a spiral, forming a huge, spiraling ball of lightning, using the last of the chakra they focused, they shoot out the spiraling sphere of lightning, causing it to keep twirling even on contact, but terribly electrocutes the opponent when hit. The downsides are when creating the ball, your hands will begin to take in some of the electricity, making it very hard to concentrate and having a good amount of pain.

Taku Hyouton

High Hyouton


Due to the increasing use of their Ice abilities, as well as their ever-increasing vengeance for those of them that were slain in cold blood, the Hyouton users started to use their ice more and more, even coating themselves in the ice, using it to their advantage. This slowly led to the bonding of the ice and the ninja's body, as the increasing use of the ice led to the chakra seeping through their very skin. The users slowly gained the ability to not only control their ice like one of their own limbs, but soon, they gained the ability to turn even their own bodies into the very ice they created.

Rules
-Must get permission from the GVC or GC before obtaining
-Must be inside ice for 30 posts, meditating
-Must learn from the Clan Head, or someone recommended by them
-Can withstand demon fire, but not lava
-Only One User.

Jutsu:
Tsumetai Ten - Icy Sky
Rank: C
Using the moisture in the air around them, the Hyouton user will freeze separate areas of the air, compacting the moisture into discs, spikes, or other projectiles, without having to use a handsign. As the projectiles are created, they start to collect in the air, and then all at once, rush at the enemy. Being much larger than senbon and shuriken, the projectiles are much harder to dodge

Samuke - Chill

As the user gathers their chakra around them, they must first push it through their legs, using it like a person wanting electricity would use a lightningrod to gather lightning. Emanating out into the ground through the user's feet, the chakra used freezes the ground around the user, being able to be manipulated for later use, or to make the enemy's footing harder to maintain

Hiken - Ice Blade

A very simple technique, the user will use the move just like they would the regular Water Sword way. But, as the water is called together, it will quickly condense, forming into a blade, it's length depending on the user's chakra size, as well as control. If the user has medium chakra, it will form into a regular katana, to a medium sized cleaver. If they have High chakra, it can form anywhere from a katana to a large zweilhander. And the size and shape only increases as the user's chakra control increases. High chakra control will being about the same effects as high chakra, and higher than that, gives you the ability to make most any kind of sword thinkable, as long as it is not beyond your power

Kisoku Hidoru - Breathing Ice Doll

Using a very large amount of water, usually by use of a water source, or even the air, if the user's skill is high enough, a clone is made of the user. This clone, however, contains all the knowledge of the user, it's strength, and abilities. The Doll is able to use up to 3 of the user's jutsu, up to three times each, as long as it is an ice jutsu. The Doll is made of the same ice as the Hyouton use regularly, and is almost impossible to break or kill, as not even steel can harm this clone.

Hada no Hi - Body of Ice

After mastering the ability to completely control their ice like a part of their own body, the Hyouton user must first learn how to contort the ice to their own body, becoming accustomed to the feel and texture of their own ice. After a short time, their chakra will start to seep into their skin, slowly turning even their own bodies into the very ice they use. When used, the whole body, even the hair and eyes, become made of ice. The user's eye color, hair color, skin color, and clothes all take on a light blue, transparent look, that makes it look like they are an ice sculpture. In this, they are nearly indestructible. Only demon fire of a very high level[probably only nekomata] can hurt them, causing burns, not melting their body like it would their regular ice. While in this form, though, the user is slower, and has a harder time maneuvering. After coming out of this form, it can only be used once more in a battle or else they risk becoming an ice sculpture forever.
-Cannot be melted, as it is their body. Causes burn-like wounds.
-User is slower in this form, and is heavier than normal
-Can only be used twice per battle
-Must be taught by someone who already knows the technique[and needs proof]
-Can only use the move for five minutes[5 posts] at a time, with another five minute[5 post] interval in between uses

Greater Mokuton


Senju (Thousand Arms) of the Forest were one of the founding clans of Konoha. Under Senju Hashirama, they allied with other clans including the Uchiha, to found the Fire Country's ninja village. It is unknown if Senju retains a clan structure in the current Konoha. Tsunade is the only known living descendant of founding brothers of Konoha.

The Mokuton (木遁, Mokuton literally "Wood Release" English "Wood Style") jutsu are techniques that combine earth and water-based chakra to create plants, specifically trees of varying size and shape. Mokuton techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user's body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life. The First Hokage, the first known possessor of the technique, used the ability to grow the trees that served as the foundation of Konohagakure, the primary reason for his being given the title of Hokage. After the First's death, Yamato was injected with the First's DNA in an attempt to replicate the ability. Yamato survived the experiment and is the only known living user of Mokuton.

It is rumored that a special family line, one born from pure Senju blood, still exists. They have the ability to commune and manipulate the nature around them via, what come call, Nature's Blessing. This comes not without price, as it eats away at the shinobi's life force, causing them die extremely young.

Rules:

Bloodline Techniques:

- Wood Element: Binding Nest- A Rank
Mokuton • Jubaku Eisou is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. The user performs the needed hand seals and then vines will sprout from the ground, underneath the target to ensnare and entangle him to immobilization. The vines will grow into a strong woody material, and eventually to a tall and sturdy tree, trapping the victim inside the trunk and eventually crushing them inside.

- Wood Style: Four Pillar Prison Technique - Thousand Raining Thorns - C Rank
An improved version of the Four Pillar Prison Technique. It is a unique Ninjutsu technique known only to those who are of pure Senju Blood. The user performs hand seals to create the Four Pillar Prison Technique. As the beams rise from the ground to shape that prison, huge wooden spikes will grow from the beams. The spikes can fly at the opponent at will, or, can extend so that it stabs and punctures the opponent.

- Wood Movement - D Rank
Moku Ugoki is a basic Senju technique that simply allows the user to merge with any source of wood, and transport themselves from one place to another. It is a D-Rank jutsu that the Senju often use to conduct sneak attacks or spy on another person.

- Wood Style: Wooden Fortress Technique - B Rank
Mokuton • Moku Toride no Jutsu is an improvement defensive jutsu used by the higher ranking shinobi of the Senju. The user will form handseals and cause beams of wood to appear from the ground or from any other source of wood or water, and surround him so that he is enclosed in a full sphere of strong impenetrable wood. This wood is unaffected by lower ranks of Raiton, Fuuton, Doton, and Suiton Ninjutsu, however, can be affected by a mere C-rank Katon Ninjutsu. From there, the user can utilize any form of other jutsu to their advantage, being protected by the wooden sphere.

- Illusion Art: Hidden Leaf Dance - B Rank
Magen • Konoha Odori is one of the rare accounts of Genjutsu that the Senju have created. It was named after the Hidden Leaf Village - the original home of the Senju Clan. The user puts their hands together, palms flat against each other, and performs the Genjutsu. When struck, the victim will begin to feel light headed. He will dream about floating in midair, surrounded by an infinite number of green healthy leaves which swirl around him like air itself. Then, the suffocation begins as the leaves start to crowd him. After a while, the leaves become sharp blades that injure the victim - cutting him more than a million times - before the technique breaks. The victim is then left in a state of shock.

- Tailed Beast Taming Technique - S Rank
The Tailed Beast Taming Technique is a high level jutsu used by the Senju to calm down the legendary Tailed Beasts. It is known that Yamato can use this only to a certain extent, in which Naruto calms down when the Kyuubi Transformation starts. The user creates certain hand seals and gives rise to a nine pillars of wood that have intricate dog-head carvings on their peaks. The pillars form circle around the target. The user will then hold out his hand, the kanji of "Sit", drawn on his palm. He will begin to focus his chakra to the wooden pillars to try and suppress the energy of the target.

- Wood Style Secret Technique:~ Death of Dense Woodland - A Rank
Mokuton Hijutsu ~ Takai Koutan is a Ninjutsu technique used only by the higher ranking shinobi of the Senju. It is required the the user performs this in the presence of a random forest area or in a forest of his creation(Using the Birth of Dense Woodland). The jutsu is a massive chakra draining technique. The user performs a set of hand seals and places their hands on any wooden surface. The forest would start to wither as the chakra is transferred from its sources to the user of the Jutsu, thereby replenishing their own chakra pool. Any person within the area of the forest who is in contact with any form of wood would have their chakra drained from them as well.
