A Room that looks empty but looks like a court 3 elders from the sand 3 elders from the leaf and 3 elders from the cloud sit up high in the stands
Elder 1 from sand:::: "we have formed this meeting to talk about a shinobi who has left the leaf to the cloud but has become the raikage"
Elder 3 from sand:::: " he was reported missing after telling the hokage he was leaving"
Elder 3 from leaf::::" yes we are informed of this in this should have never happend tesai is a good excuse me one of or best ninja in the village"
Elder 2 from leaf::::: "and yes we regret to have the thought in our minds that he is a missing nin
Elder 1 from cloud:::: "yes our kage has gave him the position therefore he should be aloud to stay"

Elder 1 from leaf:::: "and we also understand the bond between the kazekage hokage and tesai but the kages will have to relize that he is a missing nin and they loose there spots if they are aiding the nin

Elder 2 from cloud::::: "there must be an agreement we can form for this matter"

Sasido apeared with Tesai and the old Raikage on either side of them. The old Raikage spoke "Well elders here we are. now what is the problem?"

As every one showed up the lord of the fire showed up

Sasido stood first "Lords and Jury I believe that all of the charges against Tesai should be dropped. We have evidence that no rules or regulations were broken. If you would hear out the former Raikage I believe he could explain everything." Sasido glanced at the man waiting for him to speak up.
The old Raikage sighed as he stood up "First question who reported Tesai as a missing nin. I thought to be a missing nin the Kage of that village had to offically report them as a missing nin so they could be added to every lands Bingo Book?"

Lord of the lightning" agreed you are right we have not much evidence but we do know he came from the cloud to the leaf and then you say you did not even fill the work out mistake me if im jumping to conclusions but that must mean it may have something to do with you"
