I'm afraid of going back to WoW. I'm afraid that its warm embrace may root me to the spot for the next decade. 3nodding
I'm anticipating the release of Diablo 3 though. Definitely going to spend the next 50 years on that game, lol.

I like it... also, leveling is a **** of a lot easier since the last time I played WoW. Along with everything else... although it's retarded that 1) people spent sssoooo much time getting EPIC raid gear & then they go ahead and make the 80-85 gear better than 2 years of hard work. 2) all the prices being lowered are great but, maybe some of the people who spent thousands of gold on all of this stuff, should get a major refund.

I wish I could comment on the raid content, but since so many of my guildies and non-guild raid buddies have hopped server/sides, or just aren't motivated to raid, I can't really say much since I haven't seen any of the raids yet.
That aside, here's my thoughts on what's good and bad of Cata.
First, it's great that Org looks a helluva lot more like a city now. Before it was just kinda a village sprawl in a valley behind a big wall. Lots more character now.
Second, the overhaul of the vanilla world is fantastic. A lot of the zones have so much more personality and are more exciting with more stuff going on.
Third, the new high content is just fine. I don't understand why people b***h and moan about how the new gear is so much better and it makes all their work worthless, blah blah blah. I didn't start replacing most of my epics until Deepholm because ultimately the synergy bonuses of armor sets, gems, and chants were better than Hyjal and Vashjir greens. I like most of the new zones, though I didn't enjoy Vashjir much. The dungeons are pretty sweet, though I have MAJOR beef with Blizzard considering I nearly always get Halls of Origination as my random heroic, and usually if I don't get Halls it's Lost City instead.
What really is bothersome are the 'class fixes' Blizzard is doing. My main and true love is my warrior. While they've given a couple nice new tricks to Arms and Fury, I'm deeply saddened by how Prot has taken such a tremendous blow by the various nerfs. There truely is no reason to take a Warrior tank over any of the others for a raid or dungeon, and the upcoming Cleave and HS nerfs will only make them less desirable. Meanwhile Druids are going down the same path with Feral damage getting nerfed due to the insane power of cat Feral mastery. Simple solution to balance PvP and not make things so harder on Bear tanks is to remove the cat mastery and make the Bear mastery just plain Feral mastery, for both forms. I'm rather aggrivated with how DKs are getting tweaked to become even better for PVP than Warriors with a speed boost getting thrown their way soon, as though DG, Chains (and if specced for Desecrated Ground or the Frost Fever slow) aren't enough.
What to say, I'm just getting annoyed at how Blizz gives some classes far more than others.
