I'm on a roll today! Arlight, it's great to know what other choirs have done so you can have new ideas of what to do in the future. This includes pieces, and I'd also like to know about any special concerts, or trips or anything you've done!
Pieces my choir (university) has done in no particular order-
Fall/Christmas- Vivaldi's Gloria Medieval Carol Fantasy Amahl and the Night Visitors (Opera) Hallelujah (Messiah) Come In (Women's) O Star Prelude to Glory (9/11 Commemorative piece; more below)
Spring- All That Jazz (women's) Phatom of the Opera medley Gonna Build a Mountain Orkney Lullaby Shut De Door Hotaru Koi (Women's)
(Lots more I can't remember. Will add as my mind de-fogs)
Special Concerts- We haven't been able to do too much since I've been in this choir, but we sing at various functions around the New Haven CT area, as well as singing with other choirs in a special Halloween Concert last fall (2004).
Prelude to Glory National Debute in Washington D.C., Constitution Hall, on 9/11/2004- This was a special piece that is actually about the Revolutionary War, although it was written as a 9/11 commemorative piece. Several choirs from around the country were asked to sing with the National Philharmonic Orchestra, and we were one of those able to participate. It was a great honor, and a lot of fun--even though the promoters messed up, and the concert was never.. uh.. promoted, and there wasn't much of an audience.

I'll do highschool. I have way too many years to recount everything.
Hallelujah (Messiah) Carol of the Bells O Sifuni Mungu? (couldn't spell it to save my life) Nigra Sum (really pretty) Cindy Le Mes Medley In Stiller Nacht Sleighride Santa Baby He's Gone Away
Wow. I can't think of anymore acurate titles for now. I've been gone too long.

Among the most memorable pieces we did last year (not necessarily all from the same concert)...
Sleep (Eric Whitacre) 3 of the 7 poems by Robert Bridges set. One of them (I Have Loved Flowers That Fade) was only three part (sat) and damn near impossible to learn. x_x Salmo 150 Adagio for Strings (Agnus Dei) (Samuel Barber) Praise to the Lord (some sort of Lutheran thing... it turned out awesome).
....yeah. ._.

It's an amazing work. You can listen to the practice recordings (it hasn't been recorded by a professional choir yet) here. *Plugplug*

Yay Sleep! We're doing that at contest this weekend. If only we had the breath support to sing it as slow as it should be sung... ah well, it's still my favorite that we're singing right now.

Okay, just going to pick a few that I can remember... if I can remember names...
Tres Cantos Nativos Christ Ist Er Standen Funeral Music for Queen Mary Libera Me Amor de Mi Alma Tambur
Those are all from last year or the year before. Last year we took a trip to England and Wales over spring break, the first three we sang while we were there. We also sang the Welsh National Anthem, and a mothers day song that we learned during the rehearsal before the concert, because our director had just written it the night before... he likes to surprise us like that. There was also a Kyrie Eleison in there, but I can't remember who it was by or anything.
earlier this year, we sang
Loch Lomond O Lux Beatisima Hosanna! Another Kyrie... can't remember which one this was either...
That's all I can think of at the moment

Im in chorus angelicus, a connecticut based choir.. We toured to Ireland, Nova Scotia, we're also going to Italy next year.. My director is Paul Halley, he won a few grammys and you can google him if you want.. I personally have been in the choir for four years and done at least 200 pieces.. The Schnittke I would have to say would be my biggest accomplishment as it is about 100 pages and very challenging music.. SATB arrangment.. Also I have done a lot of songs written or arranged by my director Paul Halley.. Untraveled Worlds would have to be one of my favorites.
