Ever since her interplanetary date with Sailor Orion on his planet, Devi had been more than curious to see what Sailor Requiem’s planet held in store for her. But the journey scared her. What was she expecting to find? Surely there would be no people left there, but perhaps she may find a second home. Ideas raced through her mind of what she could find. She imagined it to be filled with grass in the brightest shades of green, purple skies with orange suns, fresh water waterfalls and beautiful quiet palaces.

After over a week of letting her imagination run wild, she could no longer resist not exploring. She did her best to remember what Orion had loosely explained to her. He didn’t give a full explanation as to how to space travel, of course, as he was still largely unaware of Devi’s hidden identity as Sailor Requiem so skimmed over the technical bits. This led to her having to turn to the wisest authority of Senshi business she knows, Derp.

It took a while, but eventually she learned what she needed to know.

Henshined up as Sailor Requiem, she snuck into the Gellner’s funeral parlor in the midnight hours and hid in the back room, a perfectly safe place where she won’t be interrupted. She followed the cat’s instructions, whipped out her cellphone, closed her eyes, and listened for the tone of her planet. It was a chilling sound; a low droning groan meshed with a haunting high-pitched wail. The vibrations of the sound overcame her, and she felt herself get sunk into the noise, disengaging from the earthly world and being transported by the creepy lure of the noise.

When she reopened her eyes, the transportation was complete. She was no longer on the familiar planet Earth; she was on planet Requiem. And what a…dreary planet it was. For the most part, the ground was seemingly entirely flat and barren, except for a quarter of a mile in the distance was an odd tower built on a small steep hill with spiraling stairs leading up the base of the tower. The tower looked crooked, perhaps half-destroyed.

Enchanted by the allure of the tower, the seemingly only location of interest in the barren planet, she found herself being physically drawn to it, subconsciously walking towards it. She wasn’t even paying attention to where she was stepping until she heard a strange crack coming from below her feet. Her senses keen once more, she took a step back to see what she had stepped on.

“OH MY GOD,” she screamed. It was a – now shattered – skeleton hand, sticking out from the dirt. Now noticing the ground with more awareness, she realized that bones were sticking out from the ground wherever she turned.

She should have expected this – it should be no surprise that the Senshi of Burial’s planet has such a grim vibe – but that did not cure her disappointment. How badly she wanted a beautiful planet like Orion’s to explore and find peace in its glory, but instead was stuck with a deserted planet filled with death.

Overwhelmed by her disappointment and on the verge of tears, she hurried towards the tower, hoping to find something more optimistic inside. She climbed up the steps made of femurs, skulls and sternums, and hurried into the tower. It was a disheveled mess. It had more signs of former life than the barren outsides, but whatever was here had been torn to pieces.

Unable to take more disappointment, she leaned against the wall to take a breath when a new feeling took over her body. It was an odd experience, a jolting feeling that took over her senses watching some else’s experiences like a clairvoyant vision. But it wasn’t that, it was a memory…

The tall and beastly man loomed over the short girl as he wrapped his hands around her face, pulling her in for a strong kiss. His thick beard pressed against her face as he lifted her up pressed her body up against the wall. Her inhibitions faded as she wrapped her body around his, and let the rest take its course.

Sailor Requiem was no longer crying.

No, instead, she was feeling confused, mortified, grossed out, and…slightly hot. What was that? She knew the answer to that one, thanks to health class and the Internet. But who was that? Was that her? And if so, who was she with? And why was he so hairy? Was he a man? Was he a bear? Was he a man-bear-pig?

She was not used to having these sorts of thoughts, especially ones that felt so real, so much like a memory. But how could that be a memory? Could she retain memories from a past life? She could hardly distinguish what was more confusing to her: the fact she had the memories, or the content of the memories themselves.

Either way, it was far too much confusion and disappointment for one night, it was time to head home. As she used her cellphone to connect back with Earth, she noticed through the window of the tower a courtyard in the back with staircase leading…down into the planet? What the---

---before she could get a better chance to look, she was back on planet Earth in the Gellner funeral parlor’s back room. She instantly tried to call back planet Requiem again, so intrigued by the staircase leading down into the planet, but was unable to return. She was far too tired, despite her curiosities, and her mind was in no shape to focus after the…interesting memories.

Her face still red-hot in a mixture of embarrassment and arousal, she headed home wondering just how to put this in her diary.
