im just wondering why people typically stereotype the seme as the taller character and the uke as the shorter partner?

xp any one know of a manga/anime that contradicts this? i would really like to read it

im taller than most people >.< but i have an ukeish personality

Yeah...it really is pretty uncommon, especially in actual couples...(un-slash pairings)

Ah ha ha...but the first thing that came to my head when I read this was Meryl and Milly...

While Milly is tall not the most girly looking...she's still totally adorible and obviously the more uke type of gal. Meryl on the other hand is bossy and agressive...so there ya go!

Ah yeah! I totally picked short seme! I can be a uke if I try...but I prefer seme.

And I'm 5' 4"...that's pretty short...at least in my school were more than 85% of the boys and 60% of the girls are 5' 8" or taller ... @.@

Small feminine guys are usually uke.. >>; It'd be a bit scary to see them being seme. o_o Especially against a taller more masculine guy. But I'd probably pay to see that. ninja sweatdrop I guess it's just what most people like and expect. neutral
