Manakel had been rather excited over the fact that they were heading for the place that he and Aikyn had come from. It would seem as though, at last, he was going to be brought back to where he really wanted to be after months of trying to make June bring him back!

"Its about time you brought me back." He muttered, giving the man carrying him a long glare. It would seem that, while he could easily shift his tail to legs, that he was being lazy and making the other man carry him... not only because it would bother him but because if June was carrying him he couldn't carry Aikyn who was trotting along beside them, clinging to June, and doing his best not to step in whatever various things were laying around.

"Bringing you back? But we..."

"That's enough Aikyn, no need to spill the beans yet." He said in a gentle manner to his older son. He didn't want for him to tell the other boy why they were here as it would just lead to a lot of problems. Might as well allow Manakel to enjoy his visit to the place since they weren't going to be staying... not a single one of them. Manakel was sure to be more then a little ticked when he learned that he was coming home with the rest of them...

June gave Jillian a smile as he looked down at her, "A little of both actually, is there anyway that Manakel can meet with the Pegasus and Aikyn see the unicorn again?" Best that he allow them both to busy themselves so that he could talk with Apoxi, see if she had any suggestions for how to go about soothing Manakel to get him to behave or if not behave at least understand that he'd been adopted. While June didn't mind the visits here he couldn't really see himself just abandoning the boy because of Manakel's current temperament.

"While they visit is there anyway I can speak with Apoxi? Or should I keep an eye on them?" He wasn't sure if them meeting with the two horses on their own would be a good thing or not, they might need supervision. If he recalled right it wasn't the Pegasus or the unicorn that was dangerous, that was nightmare wasn't it? He tried to recall the information that he'd been given the last time he'd brought Aikyn here for a visit.

Manakel gave June a nudge in the ribs that said he wanted down and the moment he was lowered to the ground his tail shifted to a pair of legs and he moved away from the man, giving him a look, sticking his tongue out at him, then pushed his way passed Aikyn who moved out of his way despite being a lot bigger then he was, "Why the Pegasus? Why can't I meet with the mermaid? I bet she will be more interesting then some horse." He complained, less because he had something against that parent and more just because he wanted to complain when it came to anything June suggested.

"Because I want you to stay with your brother." He told Manakel before giving Aikyn an apologetic sort of look, knowing that this was a little tough on him but he was doing very well in dealing with his moody sibling.

Aikyn gave his father a smile to reassure him that it was alright before trotting closer to Manakel, "It will be fun I bet." He told his brother, at least hoping that Manakel would at least have a little fun with the meeting they were going to even though he didn't seem to be acting as though he wanted to be there. A shrug and a noncommittal response was all Aikyn got in return.
