About three weeks had passed since the Halloween incident. The punishment hadn't been the easiest to deal with but Mitsu had other things on her mind. The fact that she felt like she was teetering on the edge of going crazy, the fear of snapping again, and most of all.....the whereabouts of her brother. She had a feeling, a deeply sad feeling, she knew who was behind it, but she couldn't be sure.
With a sigh she sat at the desk she had been stationed at, staring at the clock until it was time to go to the cafeteria for dinner. Suto kept them here until late hours but today he had told them they could leave at 5:30 and that they would have tomorrow to themselves since they had been rather well behaved. It was a relief but a curse all the same. These extra classes had kept her mind busy....what would she do tomorrow...when she was all alone?
When the clock finally hit its destined time, Suto dismissed them all as he gathered up his own papers and headed for the door. Slowly Mitsu got up from her seat, tired eyes staring down at the work she hadn't bothered to complete. Closing her books she stuffed them into her bag wondering if it would be best to just go back to the dorm. However, she would still have to check in with the lunch lady at the cafeteria. That was the rules. They had to check in with everyone at the moment. Their dorm supervisors, the lady running the lunch room, their teachers, someone always had to know where they were.

The so called punishment was more of an irritation to Shun more than anything else. It was menial in his opinion. This of course was coming from someone who was used to taking a beating in one way or another as a punishment.
He kept an eye on Mitsu over the weeks, and he knew how she was still very distressed. With all this probation, he hadn't been able to get revenge just yet, but he wouldn't forget to do it once he had the chance. Of course, the fact that her brother was missing probably didn't help with her pain.
The boy had done what he could to try and find out more information of what had happened - if Ginji had enemies or if someone had put some sort of hit on the guy. Nothing came up. That only frustrated him further.
In any case, he wanted to try and ease Mitsu's troubled mind. He did not enjoy seeing her like this. Fortunately, he was able to think up of something that just may help.
As they were packing up to go, Shun just stuff his work into his bag. As usual he barely put any effort into it. Getting up, he moved on towards the girl's desk and set something down in front of her without a word. At first glance it looked like a slip of paper, but the text on it showed it to be a concert ticket to the orchestra playing in the nearest city, set for the next day.

Mitsu was nearly packed up when a slip of paper was set on the desk in front of her. Looking up to see Shun beside her, she turned back to the paper curiously lifting it off the desk. Reading over its contents she was about to say something....but in doubt she had to read over it again.
"A...concert?" She asked curiously. While she was still hard pressed to smile her eyes lit up a little at the thought. Looking at the ticket again she saw that it was tomorrow. It was almost a divine reprieve but..."This...must have been expensive." She said as she traced over the elaborate font.

Had Shun been someone other than himself, he probably would have smiled to see her eyes light up like that. But being who he was, he pretty much had his usual expression, though it did seem somewhat softer than normal. In any case it seemed he had a good idea with this, but he didn't know how it could go wrong seeing how Mitsu loved music.
"Don't worry about it. I have connections," he stated. Or rather his family did, but still. Being a part of the Yakuza had its advantages. The ticket was still on the pricey side, but he wasn't about to say that.
"You don't have to take it if you don't want," he added with a shrug.

Eyes staring at the ticket in her hand she looked back at Shun. He had gotten this for her and it would be rude of her to refuse it. "I would love to go." Though she was rather curious. "Y...your going with me....right?" Otherwise, she would surely get lost and what good would it do to sit at a concert all on her own?
"I don't really have...anything fancy to wear." She had A nice dress. Had being the key word. In her random fits she had shredded it because it had reminded her of Desmond; and then moments later she cried over it because it reminded her of Desmond. She just couldn't seem to keep herself under control anymore. Something that day had snapped and was now broken and Mitsu was unable to replace it.

At her question, Shun reached into his pocket and took out another ticket. Classical music wasn't his favorite but he figured he should probably keep an eye on her at the concert. He supposed she probably also would like the company.
"... We'll get you something after dinner," he said, partially not believing himself there. He was seriously going to be taking a girl... dress shopping. But it was either that or receiving grief from the concert hall staff for being under dressed. It was probably easier to just deal with this now. ... Probably.
Oh he was never going to hear the end of it from Bent-Tail if the rat were to catch wind of this.

"O...okay." Mitsu wasn't sure what to think about the offer. Somehow dress shopping seemed like it would be....awkward, but she would take all the help she would get. Her brother had picked out the last dress for her....and he couldn't even see it. Thankfully it had been just a simple dress but she really wasn't up to date on elegant fashion. She mainly frequented thrift stores.
Putting the ticket in her pocket for safe keeping, she put the rest of her things away before they headed to the lunch room to check in. She didn't really plan on eating, she hardly ever felt like eating, but Shun was probably hungry. "S...so..." She started off awkwardly. "What made you think of the concert?" Bent was usually here to help with conversation. Not that she didn't like talking to Shun....but he really wasn't a talker but she just couldn't deal with silence at the moment.

Once she had all her things, Shun placed his hands back into his pocket and walked along side her towards the lunch room. Raising an eyebrow at the question, he shrugged lightly.
"You seem to enjoy music a lot. It seemed appropriate," he answered. Between how she acted in music class usually, and the fact that her panda stuffed bear was named Ludwig.. he could figure that much out.

"That was.....thoughtful," Mitsu looked like she was trying to smile but her mouth failed in the attempt as she turned back toward the lunch lady as she approached. "I'm just checking in."
"What will you be having for dinner?"
"No, I....I just want to-"
"Its Italian today so there's spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, fettuccine.."
"I...I don't really..." But the lunch lady wasn't listening, she merely continued with her list of things and then awaited expectantly for Mitsu to choose.
"I...." Mitsu sighed. "I guess I'll have chicken alfredo..."
After the lunch lady served her a nice sized helping of pasta and chicken she turned to Shun with the same expectant expression.
Not looking particularly thrilled Mitsu took her tray and continued down the line so that she could pay.

The attempt to smile didn't get past Shun so he knew at least she appreciated it. Glancing at the lunch lady as she pestered them for their order, he grimaced and let out a sight.
"Lasagna," he muttered, not really caring really. Once he had his food, he continued on after Mitsu to pay as well, not really saying anything as usual.

After they had gotten their food and had taken a seat Mitsu was hard pressed as to what to talk about. She just stared at her noodles rearranging them on the plate but never really eating. Once it seemed Shun was mostly done, Mitsu stood to get rid of her tray and uneaten food. "S..so where are we going from here?" She asked not really knowing where to shop.

Seeing how Mitsu wasn't really eating, Shun couldn't help but wonder why she wasn't hungry. Then again, the girl was never one to eat a whole lot from what he's noticed.
"To town. I'm sure there's a few places there where you could get something," he said as he finished up his food. He never really paid much attention to where the dress shops were, but he vaguely recalled where at least one of them was. If his memory served him wrong, there was still bound to be one or more somewhere around.
Standing up to put his tray away, he glanced over his shoulder to see if the girl was coming.
"Let's go."

With a short nod Mitsu followed Shun to town, eyes looking around for a suitable place to shop. It seemed to two of them were a little over their heads but maybe if they combined their forces they could come up with something. "What about there?" Mitsu pointed at one of the first shops she saw that sold dresses. At least a few in the window looked like nice formal wear. If anything it would be a good place to start.
As she approached the door she looked back at Shun. "You really...don't have to go to all this trouble....just for me." She said softly.

Glancing over to where Mitsu pointed, Shun merely nodded and headed over towards the shop.. if not somewhat hesitantly. It felt a little awkward to be doing this, and he glanced at her when she spoke up again.
"I don't. But I want to," he replied before opening the door for her, not really giving much explanation. Perhaps she could figure it out anyway.

Eyes softening at his reply, she nodded as she walked through the door. The dress picking process was a rather slow one. First they had to wade through the shop to find what was formal enough for a concert. Then it came down to picking out something. "Eh, I don't know." Mitsu grumbled pulling out a dress to look at it. Some of them had strange designs. "I didn't even pick out the last one I had. My brother.....did." And suddenly her eyes were sad again as she dropped that dress and moved on to a different one.
Against her better judgment she checked the price tag and felt like she was going to be sick. Apparently her brother had paid a bit of money for the dress she had before....and she had shredded it to pieces. After a bit of searching Mitsu finally stumbled on something very similar to what she had had. A simple sleek dress made of velvet like material that was such a dark red it was almost black.
