She had found her mate and talked to him about meeting the family. He agreed to meet them within the week. Sabbia was a bundle of nerves now, not really wanting to be home because she knew some of her siblings would know she had a mate by now. Her father probably told her mother, who probably told some of her siblings. Which meant, being one of the only two girls out of the litter, she'd have over protective brothers or teasing brothers. It wasn't that she couldn't handle it, it was just she didn't want too right now. Still, she didn't want to go to the beach today, Nohokai wasn't going to be there. He mentioned having to do something with something or other. Truth was, with all that was on her mind, she couldn't remember what he'd said.

So, she had taking a few of her crafting things closer to her home. There was a rock just outside the den everyone sought out. She'd gotten lucky snatching it at this time of morning. The others would probably be awake soon. At least Sabbia would enjoy her quiet time.

The sun was shining brightly outside and Kaimu couldn't sleep any longer. He stretched and yawned a bit, sleep slowly leaving him. He looked around his den and saw that most of his family was sleeping, including his twin, Caspian. All is well then, he can have some time to himself...which was rare since they were almost always together.

He stretched as he got up and made his way out of the den, hoping to snag one of his favorite spots. Unless someone was alread there....like his sister! With a large smile on his features, and with his bubbly personality, he bound over to Sabbia, "SABBIA!"

Sabbia had enough sense to put down what she was working on as she heard Kaimu's voice. Ever bubbly, like the rest of her siblings, she gave him a warm smile as he bounded toward her. "Good morning, Kaimu! Is your brother waking with you?" Usually the two were nearly joined at the hip. She got off the rock and moved to butt heads with him in a friendly matter, though she was apprehensive about this one. Everyone knew he was the teaser in the family.

Her craftings were left on the rock. She was actually working on matching presents for the twins. She felt they needed something special like her daddy got.

He pushed his head against hers as he laughed, "Oh no, I'll get Casp in a bit. I noticed that a certain someone was missing!" Putting a nice emphasis on the word. It wasn't news to him about his sister's mate. His father had informed his mother, which of course, meant that everyone knew. The only thing was, that he hadn't met the male yet! And he was secretly hoping that the male was here....but alas, not this time it seems.

Sabbia didn't want the male to come to her home just yet. Really, she was waiting for all the buzz to die down about him a little bit before she brought him to 'meet the family'. But the teasing tone made her cheeks flush pink with embarrassment and the girl squeaked out a reply. "Shh.. Don't wake up everyone." He wasn't being loud and she knew it. She just didn't know how to respond to the teasing. Easily flustered, she adjusted herself and then sighed softly. ".... So... you noticed I was missing?" She was predictable in when she was going to disappear and all of that, so she didn't know why this came as a surprise for her. Anything to get the topic off her mate, she supposed.

He nodded, "But of course I did! It's rather hard not to miss the only green female of our family!" That, and he was usually up early but would fall back asleep...not having a second care in the world as to what his sister was up to. Until now.

"I won't wake everyone up and you know it! So when do I get to meet your mystery mate! And to think, you got one before everyone else!" He looked at her, "Put to make sure, this isn't some imaginary male, is it?" He teased her playfully.

Sabbia pouted at his teasing and stuck her bottom lip out, cheeks puffing. "He's not imaginary, thank you. He's quite real. You can ask Kiv or Umu. They've both met and see him..." Her tail thumped before she broke out into a smile. Of course she noticed she was the only one who got most of her dad's green. But that made her that much closer with him. Her and her daddy, to almost everyone's opinion, were a lot alike in more than just looks. Mannerisms, speech patterns when one got Sabbia on the right topic. All very similar. She was a tride and true daddy's girl.

"I'm surprised you and Cas aren't... moved off with your own mates... I hear a few girls chittering about you when I come home from the beach."

He laughed at her pout, which of course was what he was sure she would do. "I'll have to do that then! I'll be on the look out for my sister's mate!" Oh, he was itching to meet his sister's mate. He wanted to know who exactly he was....and deep down, he wanted to make sure his sister was in good paws. He loved his sister dearly, and it was just for his satisfaction, to approve of her mate as well!

He snorted, "Pft! Are you sure they were talking about us or about how much of a pawful we are! We are the first set of twins to be born here in the pride, so I'm sure that others might be talking!" He blew at his bangs slightly, "And besides....I'm not sure if I have met anyone yet."

"Even if you haven't met them yet, doesn't stop them from talking about you two. I mean, like you said. Twins!" She giggled a little bit and pawed at his face in a cub like manner. Then she saw him blow his bangs and she pushed them for him, getting sand all along his nose and forehead, but didn't care. It was her way of getting back at him for all the teasing. "....But he'll be over soon to meet everyone. I promise. Then.. everyone can satisfy their curiosity..." If Kam was like this, Cas would be just as bad. She wondered if her only sister would be jealous of her finding a mate first.

He couldn't help but agree with her words....Casp and him were often the talk about the females, afterall. They were rather special...especially since twins ran strong in their family, their father was a twin himself afterall.

He pawed back at her playfully, "But you'll be there with him..." He paused playfully, "I'll go and find him when he's not with you! That'll be so much fun!"

He looked at her, even through all the teasing, he was still very curious. "How did you become mates? How did you find him?"

She looked almost fantic as he mentioned finding him without her. Then again, she knew that Kam wouldn't take things too far. He would probably just question Kai to make sure he was right for Sabbia. Nohokai most certainly was! He was kind, and careing, very protective and loving. Lovable, too! She knew he had what it toook to become a family charmer.

"We actually met when I was younger. I was at the tide pools, studying them and looking for shells. He played with me in the water all the time.. He was my best friend. ...Then it ...grew as I did. And one day.. he made me my bracelet and asked me to be his mate... and I said yes." Simple as that.

At her story, he listened quietly and couldn't help but smile. "Well, isn't that just cute! Kind of like a cub romance!" His eyes shifted to her bracelet as he looked at it. It suited her very well, her mate had good taste.

"Well it is only a brother's right to do a bit of teasing to his sister!" He stuck out his tongue in a friendly manner, "But really, I am happy for you Sab...just wait till I get some nieces and nephews, I'll make sure to have so much fun with them!"

He laughed warmly, "But of course! It is only natural for me to want to play and spoil my future nieces and nephews!" Which he would definitely do just that.

He reached forward to nudge her shoulder, "Warm, cuddly pile.....which is why cubs are a good thing!" He couldn't help but chuckle softly, but he knew that it was too soon to for such a thing, since everything had just happened. That didn't mean he still couldn't think about that. He did love cubs afterall! They were so playful, energetic and full of energy!

"Well Sab, I'll let you go....for now!" He gave a playful threat, "I need to go and wake up Casp now! We got lots to do today!" With a playful wink, one could only imagine what he had in mind afterall.
